Everyone eats it! Udonkai "Let's make udon in your favorite form" ("Hama House" x "Taniya")

[Edamame] Nov. 27, 2018 18:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

Autumn with many events.

There may be many people who try something for the first time.

Meanwhile, Edamame & Daughter Azuki (a 3-year-old child who loves to eat) is

We have been challenging the "first udon noodles".

The place was "Hama House", which was taken care of at various events before.

※Click here for some of the past events

And today's teacher is

Mr. Tani, the owner of "Taniya", which has shops in Ningyocho and Hamacho.

On a day off at home, go to "Taniya" for lunch.

There are quite a few udon noodles.

Every time I come back with saying "It's delicious."

When an event invitation comes from Hama House

In two more replies, "Taniya no Udon!? I'll go by all means!"

Well, right away.

Udon dough prepared by Mr. Tani early in the morning.

※It is wrapped in thick vinyl so that it does not dry.

The dough is weak against dryness.

About 500 grams of this ball.

I hear it's about 2 people.

By the way, a professional is four times the size of the shop.

I'm going to do it in the unit of 2 kilograms ...

It's amazing. That's a word.

That ...

Let's step on!

The point is that it is not just stepping on, but to have a uniform thickness.

This makes the body of the udon.

And...

DSC_4289-1.jpg

I'll also step on it!

Well, but it's not easy to sink because it weighs 15 kilograms (bitter smile).

However, do you understand what you need to do, has grown more than before?

On the way, I changed to my mother Edamame and stepped on.

If the fabric stretches to the extent that an adult has widened the palms

It's a work of stretching it with a noodle stick on the table.

Shake the flour

DSC_4297-1.jpg

Put your weight firmly and stretch it.

I think it's easy when the teacher does it.

If you don't put your weight firmly, you won't grow!

And if you try to do it with Azuki

It's a "two-person haori" state, so I don't get weight well.

It took a long time.

But it seems that I wanted to try it.

I love to eat.

But I'm going to crush my child's thumb with a noodle stick.

Please be careful!

A tool to cut the udon that Mr. Tani always uses.

The kitchen knife is very heavy.

・・And yeah. The finish is beautiful!

Edamame was cut with a normal kitchen knife with Azuki.

The weight may be necessary.

I had a hard time cutting it.

And I still do it with "two-person haori"

Actually, azuki, "I held a kitchen knife for the first time."

It's quite impossible to cut it into thin pieces ...

DSC_4320-1.jpg

Super thick udon is completed (great sweat).

Tani's comment "Boiled time, it's about 25 minutes if it's cold. 15 minutes if it's warm."

Wow. ・... Let's eat it warmly.

"Please think that udon will be 1.5 times more boiled."

・・I understand (sweat). It's going to be a huge thickness.

And as it was in the title of this event.

DSC_4322-1.jpg

We also make "cookie-shaped udon noodles".

The children seem to be more fun here.

"Hey!" "Suzu!" "I'm afraid!" It's a lot of things.

What I pulled out in a square shape is like a lavioli.

The difficulty of self-made udon is that "the boiled time is not written on the bag" (natural).

DSC_4326-1.jpg

If there is a slight yellowish left

It's a sign that the salt in the udon remains.

So let's wait a little longer.

※In addition, when Edamame boils souvenir udon at home

 "Yellow-like ...? A little more?"

Please note that it was overdoing and it was slightly overboiled.

Simply "eat" is the best way to check it.

Well, boil it.

Where adults enjoy "Kamatama", etc.

Please use "Taniya" special "Kakedashi"!

The chewy texture is delicious!

And the soup stock is also delicious!

In addition, we brought Mr. Tani's special cold bukkake udon (Tempura nose).

I'm sorry. Don't forget to take a picture.

It's a beautiful finish!

Of course, the taste is also good!

"Yes. This is this!"

It's firm. It's a really delicious udon.

And this "Kashiwaten" is what Edamame secretly loves.

I'm particular about chicken, and it's a breast, but it's very soft.

"Is your chest so soft?" Was my first impression. Oh, it's irresistible!

That's why I made it fun and filled my stomach.

Both mother and child were able to have a good time.

If there is such a meeting again, I would like to participate again next time.

And ... While writing the article, I wanted to eat the udon of "Taniya" again.

I'm going to eat soon!
