[Mapo ★] Nov. 15, 2018 12:00

I went to Nagasakikan in Nihonbashi.

A friend from Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture in August
This yuzupiri received as a souvenir for returning home!

It's very delicious, and it's a small bottle, so it's gone quickly.
I was looking for it on the internet, but it's not easy to sell it.
I found one case, but the shipping cost was higher than the product.
That's why I came up with Nagasakikan.

When I called and asked, I heard that there were two types.
I went to buy it right away.

This yuzupiri can be put on tofu or on yakitori.
It can be used when making kinpira burdock or dried radish.
It's delicious no matter what you use!
However, if you use it for cooking, it will disappear quickly.
At this time, I use it for hot pots.

If you ask the staff of Nagasakikan.
It seems that everyone has never eaten it.
I recommend it (laughs).

There is also a sampling corner of Nagasaki Wagyu, which was the best in Japan.

Nagasaki's specialty foods, glasswork, bowls, etc.
I want to come back slowly when I have time.
The meat was delicious even though it was cold!
