Fukushima's gem, there are still many more 2-Nihonbashi Fukushimakan "MIDETTE"-

It's rosemary sea, touching the Alpha and Omega of "Gift and Enjoy yourself".

 

Nihonbashi Fukushimakan "MIDETTE", an antenna shop in Fukushima Prefecture, is sending out Fukushima's "now" and "attractive, energy, and vitality."

We would like to introduce items that could not be introduced in September and October, and newly added items this time.

Sweets corner

Located in the northeastern part of Aizu region, Inawashiro is the Kodaira Kata Tenmangu Shrine, which celebrates Tenjin.

In Aizu, when a boy is born, there is a practice of giving a papier called "patron saint of academics of Aizu" in hope of growing up wisely and healthy.

It is said that this confectionery called "Aizu Tenjin-sama" was made because of the desire to preserve this as a culture of sweets.

Umedora is carefully selected from only the oversized grains of "Shira Kaga", which has a good taste among the plums, carefully pickled and boiled.

The bean paste is also a special plum bean paste. Sweet and sourness has mildness and moderate sweetness.

"I have plums with seeds in it. The image is completely different from the sour plum.

It's a sweet boiled plum. The atmosphere is slightly different from normal dorayaki. It's Koriyama famous confectionery.'

 

Chestnut Dora is a dorayaki that contains a whole large chestnut with astringent skin.

Red beans are made from 100% high-quality red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. This is also a very popular product with fluffy skin.

Komadaya Honpo in Fukushima City is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop that has been in business for 300 years.

Miso buns are made of red beans from Hokkaido, made into koshian, and wrapped in dough kneaded with miso.

Miso is sweet koji miso. It is a bun of Fukushima specialty that has been around for a long time. No additives.

Misopan is a bread made with miso kneaded into dough. It's a nostalgic and simple taste.

It was devised about 50 years ago in response to a request to eat only the skin of miso buns.

Uses special egg "Kaguya princess".

The naming is strange, isn't it?

Uses "Ayakogane" from Fukushima Prefecture. The 5 packs cost 110 yen, and there are many people who buy this one.

"Kozuyu" is a regional cuisine samurai dish from the Aizu region.
