Every year on New Year's Day, an event suitable for the New Year is held in this garden.

Demonstration of hawk surgery, feathering and spinning at the fun square, commemorative photo at "Tsubame no Ochiya", garden guide, special guide of "Matsuno Ochiya", provision of matcha at Ochiya in Nakajima, etc.

All of them will be held on January 2nd and 3rd.
