In the early spring of 2019, we hang around Harumi.

[May rain George] January 11, 2019 18:00

As a custom of the past few years, I use the day of the New Year holidays to walk around Kachidoki and Harumi. This area seems to be a construction rush for the Tokyo Olympics next year. As a result, this year it was a little restless sight. There were many places under construction, and Harumi Wharf Park was also off-limits.

First of all, I went to Toyo-in, where the tombstone of Jukasha 19 is located in the indoor cemetery. At the entrance, there are an explanatory version and nineteen stone monuments written by Musei Tokugawa.

Cross the Niijima Bridge on Kiyosumi-dori, turn left at the second traffic light and head for Asashio Kobashi. Asashio Kobashi is a bridge dedicated to bicycles and pedestrians.

Next, we headed for the Harumi Trade Fair venue monument I visited for the first time. It was located in a corner of the premises of the Central District Incineration Plant. My debut at the Tokyo Motor Show was here (nostalgic....)

I'm building a number of large buildings. For this reason, there are many roads that are restricted to traffic, and a few years ago, Harumi Wharf, which could be seen from a distance, is difficult to see. If you finally arrive at the passenger ship terminal, this time the adjacent Harumi Wharf Park is off-limits!

However, I was relieved to find a series of hearts that I found a few years ago, a self-proclaimed "power spot that calls happiness". Can you find it?

At the end of this Burari Walk, I went home from Harumi Island Triton Square, crossing the simple and beautiful "Sakura Kobashi", which opened last year.

Harumi in winter has many points I want to introduce, but this time it will be a curtain here.
