Nihonbashi Takashimaya Kadomatsu and pine decorations New Year 2019

[Silver] January 5, 2019 12:00

I was wondering what kind of shape the bamboo of Kadomatsu to decorate during the New Year's Day at Nihonbashi Takashimaya was.

The upper part of the cut is equipped with safety measures. You can see a laugh at the cut. It's a good way to laugh.

As I wrote before, "Sogi" is cut diagonally in the way of cutting bamboo, and the one that is cut flat is "Shroto". This is flattened the top cut with "sogi" for safety.

The main building store was decorated with a real big black pine, and I was surprised. A lot of customers were taking pictures.

Inspired by the sake of Komono barrel, I wanted to toast with sake.

The show window is decorated with slaughterhouses, and the mood is in sake mode.

Please enjoy yourself with delicious sake this year as well.
