"Dejima in Edo, Introducing again" 3-Nihonbashi Nagasakikan-

This is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and I enjoy myself" on-limits.

 

Nihonbashi Nagasakikan, an antenna shop in Nagasaki Prefecture, plays a role as a "Nagasaki culture information dissemination base" in Nihonbashi, which has been closely related since the Edo period. It's exactly "Dejima in Edo".

Since introducing it in July last year, the interior of the store has been renewed and is full of items that I want to introduce.

This is the final round of three parts.

Soy sauce type.

It is a secret taste that condenses umami by charcoal grilling, seasoned with Marudai bean soy sauce, and becomes addicted.

Seasoning with rich and flavor that can be pickled, combined, and put as it is.

It can also be very useful for vegetables, oysters, and egg rolls.

It also serves as a secret ingredient for ochazuke and fried rice.

"It goes well with butter and is excellent for meat dishes. It is a koji that softens the meat.

It's also delicious for grilled rice balls and for the first time.

You can buy seafood from Nagasaki such as Hiramasa, Masaji and Amadai here.

Aji surimi from Nagasaki Prefecture is wrapped in Goto udon dough.

Comes with a golden brown chin soup.

It's a luxury snack for dogs and cats.

Goldfish from Goto Islands was washed with water to remove salt thoroughly.

After that, it is dried slowly for 2 days with cold air drying to condensate the taste.

It is packed with nutrients such as EPA, DHA, and calcium that support dogs' teeth, bones, and health.

It can be used as a reward for pet discipline and training, and also for cats.

Recycling farming rice left: Nikomaru (from Isahaya) 1kg 648 yen Doi Farm

Rice that won the Special A rating in the national taste ranking for five consecutive years.

Doi Farm is a combined management of "pork farming" and "paddy fields".

The litter of the pighouse is used as compost to create soil for "circulating farming rice". I don't use scientific fertilizers. In addition, the pigs are fattened by eating rice from a variety of excellent taste called "Kanbiton".

"22 degrees" is a popular brand of Mugi Shochu Iki.

Authentic shochu made by storing Mugi Shochu Iki in white oak barrels and aging.

In addition, Iki, Nagasaki Prefecture is said to be the birthplace of barley shochu.

It is made of edible sweet potato, which is the raw material of Kankoro mochi.

As a sweet potato shochu, there is little habit, and you can enjoy the gentle sweetness of sweet potatoes and the refreshing drink. It is a sweet potato shochu that is popular among women.
