A luxury bread that sticks to Shikawa's water in Ginza

[Mapo ★] January 18, 2019 09:00

Ginza seems to be a boom in bread.
A new bakery opened next to Kyobashi Park in September 2018.

It is a shop called Shikawa, but the bread here is particular about water.
There is 60 water for 100 flour.
And by using alkaline ion water for the preparation water
It makes your ears moist like silk.
It seems that the melting of the mouth like light snow becomes a slightly sweet bread.

It's really wasteful to bake it in a very fluffy way.
It's 864 yen for two loafs.
It seems that it can be stored at room temperature for 3 days including the day you bought it.

Surprisingly, there are times when there are no queues at noon.

What I thought was a little interesting was that I collaborated with "Kamawanu"
If you wrap it in a furoshiki with your name, it will be a souvenir of 2,000 yen (excluding tax).
It's smarter than a paper bag.

In January 2019, you will also enter Osaka Senba.♪
