On the New Year's Day, when the cold weather was in full swing, we took a stroll along the Sakura Promenade, a corner of Triton Square in Harumi, with a dog.

"Sakura no promenade" is made along the Asashio Canal and literally is a beautiful promenade with cherry blossoms in spring.

It's Harutsuki Bridge.

Asashiobashi is seen when you look at the north side of the Asashio Canal from the top of Harutsuki Bridge.

In the middle of the promenade, you can see the Tsukishima Bridge over the Tsukishima River, which connects the Asashio Canal and the Sumida River.

On the other side of Tsukishima Bridge is Nishinaka Bridge (not shown in the photo).

It's Sakura Kobashi, a small bridge that people can cross.

Beyond the tube-like triton bridge, there is the Reimei Bridge where Harumi-dori St. crosses the Asashio Canal, but it is not shown in the picture.

Cold weather is cold, but on a windless winter day, walking while watching the canals and bridges is fun.
