This is "Fujimura Tsukiji" on the first basement floor of the EURO Building, Tsukiji 2-chome.
I went to lunch at the recommendation of a regular and gourmet colleague here.
The business hours were from 11:30 and arrived at 45 minutes on the day, but we were already waiting for three people.
As expected, it's a popular shop.
I was able to wait for a while and sat down, so I ordered a limited menu "Turuna drop / Brain Tensashi Half" set meal.
Half size is enough.
"Turuna dropout" was soft, sweet, fresh and delicious.
"Brain Tensashi" is like a large toro with a large piece of fat. However, I like this brain stabbing better than Daitoro
The reception of the shop is also quick and comfortable.
The “Tuna Middlefall / Brain Tensashi Half” I ate today was very delicious, but this shop has a reputation for being “Kaki Fly” (coworkers order this here) is also very delicious, so I would like to eat here next time I think
