Tsukiji Fish Bank Winter Taste Quality with Origami

[Ginzo] January 25, 2019 09:00

Following January 10, we visited a shop in the Odawara Building of Tsukiji Fish Bank on the 22nd.

The body of the tail of the tuna I bought on the 10th was carefully processed and made into sashimi. A lot of sashimi, I was very satisfied.

The hot water of shochu poured into my favorite tea bowl that I bought recently warms my palm and heart.

The accompanying wife heard that she had purchased a mechajiki fillet and would eat it with shabu shabu.

In January, you can buy fresh seafood such as Japanese spiny lobster, cotton crab and abalone.

In the Tsukiji Outer Market in winter, delicious food is served. Please go out.
