Soba lunch at Honjin Fusa [Ginza Honjin Fusa]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] February 10, 2019 14:00

This is Ginza Honjin Fusa, located on the first basement floor of the 27th Central Building, Ginza 2-chome.

It's just halfway between Chuo-ku government office and Showa-dori.

This is a convenient soba restaurant that can be used for various purposes, with banquets OK and seafood OK, but I often use it for lunch.

The inside of the store is quiet and relaxed, so you can have a calm lunch.

I ordered today's recommendation, daily rice bowl and stone milled soba

Today's daily rice bowl is "pork sukiyaki bowl".

I chose the soba and the one I wanted to fill, so I ordered the warm one.

Despite the set menu, Sukiyaki-don has a solid amount of volume and stone milled soba, and there is a lot of condiment green onions.

Fullness, fullness

From Monday to Friday, lunch time is from 11:30 to 14:30 and dinner time is from 17:30 to 22:00.

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are closed.

Naturally, there are plenty of single soba items, and shrimp tempura soba and Kamo Nanban soba are also delicious.
