Sumida River Ohashi is the only two-stage structure on the bridge over the Sumida River. The upper part is the Metropolitan Expressway, and the lower part is a functional bridge with general roads and sidewalks. I have been asked for the Chuo-ku Tourism Certification.
In my opinion, the entire view of the bridge is not very distinctive, but from this bridge you can see the contrasting bridges of both Eitai Bridge and Kiyosu Bridge.
<<< << Eitai Bridge This is a previous photo and is currently under construction. >>>>
<<< Kiyosu Bridge We are currently under construction here as well. >>>>
Looking at the structural point, the part supporting the lower bridge girder is supported separately from the upper part.
<<<<< Bridge piers supporting the bridge girder >>>>
<<<<<<<<< Supporting the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway >>>>>
<<<<<<<<<< This part does not support the general road below. >>>>>
Looking at the upper capital high speed Hakozaki direction in the upper row, the Hakozaki Junction seems to be a maze, not only the two steps but also the other branches further up.
<<<<< It’s even more above this part. >>>>
<< << << Looking at the direction of Hakozaki Junction, the Metropolitan Expressway looks like a maze and is really important.>>>

As you can see below, not only on the bridge, but also on the bottom, there are facilities that support social infrastructure.
