It is an organic JAS certified farm that has been conducting chemical-free and pesticide-free for more than 8 years to grow cow pastures.

Safe and delicious soft serve ice cream, 350 yen.

The shop is only Kyobashi. We don't have any other stores. It seems that the chef prepares himself within the reach of his eyes.

Owner-chef patissier Hidemi Sugino and La Coupe du Monde de la Ptisserie (La Coupe du Monde de la Ptisserie), the world competition of patissier, has successfully led the Japanese team to the first victory as a leader of the Japanese team.
