Learn the wisdom of Edo cuisine unique to the era when there are no refrigerators, and the history of Nada sake popular in Edo.
It is a luxurious content that allows you to enjoy Edo cuisine that reproduces the recipes of the time and Edomae sushi that craftsmen hold in front of you while having Nada sake.
