"Chuo-ku Marugoto Museum 2017" co-hosted by Chuo-ku and Chuo-ku Cultural and International Exchange Promotion Association will be held on October 29 (Sun).

DSC03013a.jpg

Of course, a free tour bus will be operated again this year. Every 15 minutes.

This bus will be accompanied by a bus guide volunteer by a correspondent of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, and will guide you to the highlights of Chuo-ku.

Rosmari is one of them, and we are preparing for the explanation again this year.

※ In some cases, bus guide volunteers may not be on board. Thank you for your understanding.

For more information, please see page 7 of the event guide.

The following points have been changed since this year.

① Unlike last year, it is a route that goes back and forth between Harumi Wharf and Higashinihombashi Station.

If you wish to travel via Harumi Wharf, you will need to change the bus at Harumi Wharf once.

In addition, since only one route is operated, there may be cases where it will be a detour to the desired destination.

② We will use a Toei bus from this year instead of a medium-sized sightseeing bus until last year.

So, the bus stop also uses the Toei bus, so the location is different from last year.

Please be careful not to make a mistake. The staff will guide you.

③ As the type of the bus has changed, unlike last year, you will be able to ride in a wheelchair.

In addition, the stroller will be able to board without folding it.

You can also ride with your pet.

Up to two wheelchairs, strollers should be fixed with auxiliary belts inside the car, and pets should be used in cages.

The number of passengers has also increased significantly.

Standing rides will also be possible from this year.

However, from the simultaneous clockwise and counterclockwise operation until last year, the number of operations will be reduced by half.

Please be careful about congestion.

However, since it is a Toei bus, I think that getting on and off will surely be smoother than the sightseeing bus until last year.

※For details, please ask the staff who guide you at each bus stop.

We are waiting for you at the bus stop marked with the "Marugoto Museum".

For the location of the bus stop, please see the "Overall Map" in the event guide.

Information is also available.

※ There will be one additional means of transportation from this year.

You can use the community cycle of Chuo-ku. The first 100 people on a free one-day pass will be distributed.

As a convenient means of transportation on the day other than the bus, it is possible to go directly to the event where you want to go.

For more information, please see page 9 of the event guide.

200 years with Japanese paper-washi Haibara ~

[rosemary sea] October 22, 2017 09:00

This is a rosemary sea, covering "gifts and I enjoy myself" with systematics.

This time, I would like to introduce a long-established Japanese paper shop in Nihonbashi, Haibara.

We handle a wide range of paper products from Japanese paper and Japanese paper accessories to stationery and letter sets.

1505_016-21b.jpg

Mr. Haibara has been in business for more than 200 years since 1806 (3rd year of culture), but the shop is a new store constructed in 2015 (Heisei 27).

An eye-catching building where you can feel the tradition and innovation of a long-established store.

Both the interior and exterior were awarded the Good Design Award in 2016.

As I mentioned earlier from the appearance, of course, my main business is shining more.

There are also a variety of customers.

From the Imperial Family to successive ministers, British rockstars and Queen's Freddie Mercury, we have responded to the needs of everyone.

I have a lot of business relationships.

Yumeji Takehisa, Kyosai Kawanabe, Shinsui Ito, Shibatazeshin, etc.

Yumeji Takehisa ... correspondents, you learned in the text.

Kyosai Kawanabe ・ ・ ・ Please see the article "Eitarou Sohonho" by Rosmari.

Shinsui Ito ・ ・ ・ ・ Please see the article of "Bivilizationdo Tokyo" by Rosmari.

When I start talking about Mr. Haibara's history, I can't see the end.

I would like to talk a little more about history in a later article.

DSC02992a.jpg

The current president, Tatsuo Nakamura, is the seventh generation.

We spoke with Yoko Nakamura, a spokeswoman for Haibara Corporation.

This is the president's sister.

Let's introduce the product.

1511_00109a Gander paper. jpg

・・・ Ganposhi paper

1505_062a.jpg"Ganshin paper Haibara" written on Haibara's noren.

As shown here, since the Edo period, "Gange Paper" has been a signboard product representing Mr. Haibara.

What is a geese paper?

Paper made of deciduous shrub of the ginkgo family called geese.

The fibers are short and thin, so the surface is fine and glossy.

Therefore, it is soft around the brush and ideal for writing letters.

In addition, since its strong and closeness and strong resistance to pests, it has been used in emakimono, documents, Buddhist scripture and books since the Heian period.

On the other hand, geese is difficult to grow and takes time to manufacture, so the production volume is very small at present.

During the Edo period, when Taihei continued, the hobbies of townspeople were also mature, and high-quality and beautiful paper became required.

Mr. Haibara, who provided high-quality geese paper, made the foundation to the present.

It seems that they have high-quality Japanese paper from various places, including geese paper.

・・・ Snakeside letter paper

"I was awarded the Good Design Award in 2012.

I want to create a letter paper that can be cut out after writing by reminding me of the idea from the wrapping paper, so new and easier-to-use stationery is added by adding modern technology to accurately folding or cutting paper along the perforation. Was made.

1708_0090 Snakeside stationery horizontally. jpgSince it was based on the wrapping paper, there was only vertical writing for a long time, but this time, "horizontal writing bellow letter paper" has been made.

It's a new product.

There were a lot of requests from customers.

Since we use hard paper, you can use one or two sheets like a card, or you can connect as much as you like.

The design uses the old Chiyogami, so it is a product that can be enjoyed by overseas people. "

It's true that if you write horizontally, you can handle English characters.

"We use Haibara's original Chiyogami and were designed and designed during the Meiji and Taisho eras.

Based on that, the cover is a slightly changed color or altered in a form that is in line with the present age.

Goshuin book is a boom now, so there are many people who buy it.

There are Fukutoku Shrine and Seven Lucky Gods around Nihonbashi, so it's a good place to go around vermilion seal stamp.

There are many people who are looking for it and leave for a tour of vermilion seal stamp."

It's a red stamp book on the cover that is loved by women.

・・・ Origami "Beauty of Origami"

"I also use Haibara's original Chiyogami.

Twelve sheets are called Chiyogami, and the remaining 12 are called folk art paper, and contain colored Japanese paper.

A total of 24 tickets.

There are various uses, such as folding origami, making Tanabata decorations, laying them under sweets and using them instead of napkins. "

"How to use it is for each person, such as sealing letters, decorating your boxes and notebooks.

It can be cut easily by either scissors or by hand."

This is a cat's pattern.

・・・Calendar

"Every year, we sell calendars using the pattern of Chiyogami in Haibara, but this year's one is the cover of a gorgeous maple pattern, and the inside is a flower pattern according to the season.

There are also large wall hangings."

1511_06037a Kaiseki 1.jpg 1511_05916a Kaiseki 2.jpg

・・・ Kaishi (Kaishi) ・

It is a paper used in the tea ceremony.

Various kinds of products are available, such as white plain, color edges, and so on.

・・・ Finally, you introduced an episode about Japanese shop curtain.

Haibara's Japanese shop curtain "Gangfu Paper Haibara" is still used in the same typeface in the early Meiji era by a disciple of Shishin Shibata, Yushin Ayaoka.

Mr. Haibara, from the Meiji era to the Taisho era, he asked Mr. Ayaoka for a new Japanese shop curtain every year and was renewed.

On December 28, 1889, Dr. Ayaoka wrote it and waited for the ink to dry, but his wife's domestic cat took it over it. A good footprint.

The disciples advised to remove dirt. Then, a gentle teacher, usually extorted, "Do you think you'll be fooled?"

He talked to Echigo-ya (now the predecessor of Mitsukoshi) who sewed the noren and asked him.

Mr. Echigoya responded kindly, sewed up all night, and Japanese shop curtain was in time for New Year's Eve.

Thank you very much, Mr. Nakamura.

There are many other items that I would like to introduce.

Please come and visit us.

And I'd like to buy it.

Things to change and things to keep protecting - Taimeiken

[rosemary sea] October 20, 2017 16:00

This is a rosemary sea, covering "gifts and enjoy yourself" neutral.

This time, I would like to introduce Taimeiken, a long-established and popular Western restaurant in Nihonbashi.

The founder is Shingo Modegi.

Independent in 1931 (Showa 6) and moved to Nihonbashi in 1948 (Showa 23).

After pursuing "Western food for the Japanese", he went from the first to second generation to Masaaki.

Master a.jpgAnd to the third generation, Koji. (The image on the right)

It seems that the number and taste of dishes have been changed according to the times.

However, there are things that continue to protect, things that have been firmly inherited.

From parents to children, and to grandchildren.

The traditional taste, this is certainly true.

This is why it was loved by many celebrities, including writer Shotaro Ikenami.

Mr. Tsuruoka, who is in charge of public relations at Taimeiken Co., Ltd.

We also provided an image.

In addition, here is an article introducing the kite museum on the 5th floor of Taimeiken.

⇒ /archive/2017/10/post-4674.html

⇒ /archive/2017/10/post-4675.html

Let me introduce you.

The first floor is a Western restaurant where you can enjoy casual atmosphere.

The line has not stopped since the opening time.

The secret of the popularity is that you can enjoy the taste since its founding at an affordable price.

L1180067b.jpg

Furthermore, not to mention again here, the dandelion omelet (Itami Juzo style) became famous for Juzo Itami's movie "dandelion".

You all know.

Fluffy omelet on chicken rice, if you make a cut quickly with a knife ... it is opened in a half-ripe manner ... The attraction at the amusement park is already on a face.

Omurice -1c.jpg

There are also standard omelets made with omelets and ham rice wrapped in eggs.

DSC_0154c.jpg L1180096a.jpg

And Balcich (left) and Coleslaw (right), they are still offered for 50 yen.

I can't help you. I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

Here is the food lipo of the Rosmari family's dandelion omelet.

"The omelet is soft and the taste is best.

I think it can be enjoyed by adults and children."

The second floor is a Western restaurant where you can taste authentically.

You can calm down and have traditional dishes. We also have a course meal.

Small dish 4a.jpg

The specialty dish here is small dishes.

A customer-oriented dish that allows you to enjoy a lot of different dishes little by little.

That should be the case, and it seems that this small dish is based on the words from customers.

"As you get older, you will not be able to eat quantitatively.

If you eat this dish, you will not be able to eat the next dish, so it's bad but it's left.

Is there any idea that the amount is small and you can eat variously? " And so.

・・・ It seems that the first generation, Shingo, began to serve small dishes from here.

The 3rd and 4th floors are banquet and party space.

You can enjoy cooking with friends who are relaxed in great hall.

We are also preparing dishes according to your wishes, and we look forward to your inquiries.

Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm Rice Harvesting-Hakuzuru Sake Brewery-

[rosemary sea] October 18, 2017 16:00

It's rosemary sea, which supplies "gifts and enjoy yourself."

Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), who always introduces seminars, is located in the Tokyo branch office building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kobe.

This time, we introduce "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the roof of this Ginza building.

As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has created "Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm" as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building since 2007, and cultivated its own sake rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki". I am working on it.

DSC02962a.jpg

DSC02963a.jpg DSC02965a.jpg

This year, "Hakuzuru Nishiki", which was planted in June, grew steadily, and the harvest time has come.

Today (October 14) is the long-awaited rice harvesting.

DSC02967a.jpg DSC_5294a.jpg

This time, Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm Manager: Mr. Asami Oda and Mr. Matsushita, Deputy General Manager of Sales Division, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.

DSC02991a.jpg

Here, about Hakutsuru Sake Brewery's original sake rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki" ...

In order to develop excellent sake rice, the breeding of Hakutsuru Nishiki was started to elucidate the excellent characteristics of Yamada Nishiki, the best varieties of sake rice, and to develop even better sake rice.

In 1995, we started crossing the variety "Wataribune", the father of Yamada Nishiki, and the mother "Yamadabo", and registered the excellent variety as "Hakutsuru Nishiki" in 2007.

What is an excellent sake rice (sakamai)?

The preferred properties include "large grain", "low protein and fat", "large white heart", and "high absorption rate".

What is "Shinpaku"?

It refers to the starch in the center of rice suitable for sake brewing, the part that looks white and opaque.

The starch tissue is coarse, so it looks white.

And the features of "Hakuzuru Nishiki" are ...

Compared to Yamada Nishiki, the number of grains and heart whites is similar to that of Yamada Nishiki.

Therefore, the taste when you drink it is deep.

DSC_5306a.jpg

DSC02968a.jpg

The weather on this day stopped raining and cloudy. It's miraculous.

After the greetings of the farm manager, Miss Sake, the signal of the farm manager is to harvest rice and start.

The rice is harvested from the sake rice "Hakuzuru Nishiki".

It is the harvest of rice, which is a raw material for sake.

The following week, leaving the amount of the elementary school students to cut, four sections.

Everyone who wishes to harvest rice has been harvested with a prepared sickle.

DSC02970a.jpg DSC02973a.jpg

DSC02972a.jpg

It is said that about 110 people came today.

Rice is gradually harvested, cheering from couples, friends, and parents and children.

DSC02974a.jpg DSC_5351a.jpg

When Miss Sake begins to mow, Mr. Kotano makes fun of it.

The composition of the customer to make it easier.

There is no laughing around the man's farm manager.

Eventually, we had a photo session around Miss Sake and Farm Manager.

DSC_5381a.jpg

Well, this is an interview with Mr. Kotano.

"I hope you can make use of rice harvesting as an experience.

It's rice harvesting in Ginza.

Rice grows as usual.

I would like to cut it before it rains."

We also interviewed Miss Sake.

2017 Miss Sake (Miss Sake) and Rinno Tanaka.

"In June, we planted rice with elementary school students here.

I've been looking forward to harvesting rice this time.

I'm glad it didn't rain today."

"Miss sake was chosen in March of this year for a one-year term.

We are working to convey the traditional culture of Japan and abroad through sake.

I'm from Osaka, but now I'm in Tokyo."

We also interviewed a mother with an infant who has just finished harvesting rice.

"I came from Koto-ku.

In June this year, I experienced rice planting for the first time.

I planted it just around here.

It's a valuable experience to be able to harvest rice in Tokyo.

The child is muddy."

Immediately after, my child fell in a puddle and said, "I thought I would do it (laughs)."

DSC02975a.jpg DSC02976a.jpg

The rice is harvested in about 30 minutes, and it is finished safely. The rice goes to the drying stage.

I can't wait for it to become a fine sake "Hakuzuru Nishiki".

Everyone who came here will have dinner in the building after this.

It's loose, but it's not just loose. Looseness is attractive. ~ Living tool shop surou~

[rosemary sea] October 17, 2017 09:00

This is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as one item.

There is a living tool shop surou at the corner of Ningyocho 1-chome near Suitengu Shrine.

I'll read it. The word "loose" may also be written.

We have a collection of things that will make your life a little luxurious, focusing on interiors and miscellaneous goods.

It seems that the motto is to face customers honestly and sincerely, even though it is loose.

We talked to Minamoto Kawai, Representative Director of SAL Consulting Co., Ltd., which operates surou.

Born in Ningyocho, the shop here is Atsumiya Shokudo.

It seems that your parents' house was running.

And the other person involved in management is his wife.

The origin of Mr. surou's name ...

The shop was opened in Ningyocho in 2008 (Heisei 20).

The name of the shop was "Slow" from the previous shop.

I don't want to do it too much, and if I'm so relaxed, "Is it okay?" What do you think?

Then, if you put "slow" on your name, you can say that it is slow.

(... No, no, it's reasonable.)

However, "slow" is too bad, so I read it there a long time ago and my favorite book was "slow boat to China".

A collection of virgin short stories by Haruki Murakami.

Bring the "slow" from there and make it Roman letters "surou".

I don't know what I'm selling by itself, so the subtitle is "living tool shop".

But in fact, it seems that this one was decided first.

It has become a rare name shop that lives together with nostalgia and fresh sound, and is still vague.

It seems that he was involved in everything from store design, interior, painting, etc., but the biggest feature of this shop is "scaffold board floors, shelves, tables".

It looks like a board material used for the construction of a temple.

It's the cedar board itself.

And the concrete floor. There are also notes during the construction work in some places.

It tastes good. It's "loose."

Thank you for waiting. This is an introduction of the product.

By the way, the person standing behind succulent plant is President Kawai.

FUTAGAMI is a daily necessities brand launched by Nijo Co., Ltd., a brass casting manufacturer in Takaoka, Toyama.

It is a product that allows you to enjoy changing over time.

・・・ Diary (Hijiki) Marukawa Store

"It's a 10-year diary.

"Matsusaka Momen" is used on the cover.

The diary is a very popular product."

It is designed to keep writing continuously.

It means that the entry field for one day is about one to two lines, so that you can easily write it every day.

I could write a week's worth of work on the weekend.

In addition, the paper is ... low backwards, good writing, moderate thickness, good texture, and shades that do not get tired of eyes ... It is said that the paper was selected that meets these conditions.

DSC02952a.jpg・・・ Original design glasses of Sghr (Sugahara)

"It's a glass that is made by craftsmen, not by being a writer.

There are a lot of craftsmen, and they are designed by craftsmen.

This is a glass with bubbles.

It can be mass-produced, but it is a very unique item."

It is finished in a glass of a beautiful flowing form created by craftsmen one by one. It is also characterized by its unique brilliance.

NuRIE (color painting) and cultography (white map) Maruai Co., Ltd. (O Ai)

"There are many different variations in coloring pages.

There are things like rolls, and there are box types.

It is a product that can be enjoyed by painting."

"It's the same manufacturer, but it's a blank map.

You can arrange it yourself and make it. I'm writing where I went."

A white map with a sense of freedom and can be used in various ways for adults.

I wonder if it can be displayed as an interior.

By the way, the coloring on the roll type is ultra-long size of 2,280 mm long.

It's worth painting.

Thank you very much, Mr. Kawai.

In addition, there are many products that you are interested in.

A dish that can be taken by hand, touched, and moisturized to life.

How about? I'm sorry.

・・・ In addition to the introduction, there are also recommended gift items.
