A famous rice-style fast food

[Asunaro] March 14, 2017 09:00

 Tomeshi set meal. jpg

"Tomeshi" soup rice made with tofu soaked with taste on rice.

You can eat it with the idea of an Edo kid.

Is it like fast food?

Tofu is purchased from Ningyocho Futaba.

In addition, oden's hampan and suji (fish) are used.

The product of Shigeru Nihonbashi. I'm glad that all of them are excellent seeds.

Lunch "Tomeshi set meal" and "Oden set meal" are worthy.

The cherry blossom season has come closer after repeating the three cold four temperatures.

The custom of cherry blossom viewing is part of the reform of Kyoho by Yoshimune Tokugawa.
Cherry trees are planted on Sumida River embankment, Asukayama, Gotenyama, etc.
It is said that it was the beginning of the festival.

Nagato, a Japanese confectionery shop that has continued since the time of Yoshimune.
It's in Nihonbashi.

Traditional seasoning of Shioume Edo

[Asunaro] March 3, 2017 09:00

"Shioume" is a seasoning that combines salt and plum vinegar with good taste.

It is also a word used to express the condition of things.

I did it.

 Irizake 1.jpg

By the way, Ginza Mikawa-ya, founded during the Genroku period.

It's "Senzake".

Umeboshi and flowers are added to sake and boiled down.

It is a seasoning that was indispensable for dining tables in the Edo period.

It was reproduced from the cooking book of the time.

The balance between the taste of bonito and the acidity and saltiness of umeboshi.

It's exquisite and good salt plum, and I think it goes well with various dishes.

The food of Edo and healthy slow food are being reviewed.
