Visiting Ginza Hatcho Shrine

[Asunaro] Nov. 6, 2017 18:00

Every year in autumn.

You will never visit it for shopping purposes

Visit the shrines located on the roof of the building or in the back of the alley.

Press the stamp on the "Checkbook".

It is an interesting stamp rally with about 2,000 people participating.

It was closed to rebuild the building.

Kakugo Inari Shrine is also open this year.

In addition, it is usually closed to the public and will be specially opened during the event period.

The tour will visit 11 companies including Ginza Inari Shrine and Success Inari Shrine.

I'll have a bell of the dog, the Chinese zodiac next year.

I enjoyed the unusual silver bula.

Be familiar with the white autumn light

[Asunaro] October 29, 2017 16:00

I'm in reading week to get acquainted with books.

The library of the city meets the needs of the people who live in the city.

It was the entrance of familiar information that grasps and responds to it.

It's a coincidence. And through a variety of events

I think you're looking for a new community.

 Shrine exhibition in Nihonbashi jpg

The event will be held at the Nihonbashi Library, which was renewed in April of this year.

"Nihonbashi Shrine Exhibition"

Photographs and maps of the enshrined deity and history of shrines in the Nihonbashi area

It is introduced and related books are curated.

In addition, the permanent Nihonbashi corner, Edo, Tokyo, and Chuo-ku.

The history and geography of the museum are also substantial.

Understand the functions and characteristics of familiar libraries and utilize them well.

I want to do it.

Ebisu of Engi Jinnazuki

[Asunaro] October 16, 2017 16:00

Nihonbashi Ebisu-ko Bettara City, which has continued since the mid-Edo period.

A merchant in the Nihonbashi area worships Ebisu God in hope of thriving business.

It was the beginning that the city stood for offerings.

The photo shows last year

There are many stalls around Takarada Ebisu Shrine.

At night, Japanese lantern colors and mikoshi appears on the 19th, creating a unique atmosphere.

I'll make it.

Betta pickles are auspicious, saying, "I'm lucky."

There's also something to say.

Why don't you enjoy the tradition?

I feel the coming of autumn

[Asunaro] October 11, 2017 16:00

The osmanthus that blooms small orange flowers.

You realize that the flowers have bloomed due to the fragrance.

 Sign. jpg

The scientific name Osmanthus is osme/fragrance and anthus (anthos)

It is derived from flowers.

In the book charts compiled in the Edo period, "Kurika" is "Kurika".

There is also another name, both of which show the appearance of flowers.

 Osmanthus jpg

Sweet scent with a presence is somewhat nostalgic.

It makes you feel clear and feels like autumn has come.

I found a small autumn in the precincts.

 Hie-jinja Shrine. jpg

The osmanthus is often found in parks, street trees, etc.

The flowering time varies depending on the environment.

It's mid-September to mid-October.

At this time, while being wrapped in a gentle scent

Why don't you take a walk?

Remove the plaque of bathhouse Ukiyo

[Asunaro] 16:00 on October 7, 2017

October 10 is the day of the public bath.

The first public bath in Edo was the shores of Senbei Bridge in Tensho 19 (1591).

Today, it opened in front of Tokiwa Bridge Park in Nihonbashi.

I did it.

 Tokiwa Bridge. jpg

The town of Edo is based on the geology and wind strength of the Kanto Loam Formation.

It was dusty, and people went to public baths and the number of public baths increased.

There was a sword hanging in the public bath in Hatchobori, even though it was ladies' bath.

There is a story of the Seven Wonders.

It avoids crowded morning men's baths and is quiet at the same time.

The power of Hatchobori by turning ladies' bath into hot water (chartered out)

Concentric and listen to the story you can hear from the next men's bath

I was collecting information.

 Irifuneyu. jpg

Well, Irifuneyu, a public bath near the current Hatchobori.

There is no sword hanging, but there is a strange and stunning tile painting.

Sir. A picture of ukiyo-e painted by the fourth generation Kunimasa Utagawa on a ceramic plate.

That's right. Why don't you enjoy it while soaking in hot water?

Do you think? It will be held on the 10th.

Fukutoku has a new history

[Asunaro] 18:00 on October 6, 2017

Nihonbashi has a long history since the early Heian period.

Fukutoku Shrine, which was revered by Ieyasu Tokugawa, is enshrined.

 Torii. jpg

The Fukutoku no Mori, which is adjacent to the east side of the precincts, is the Nihonbashi Revitalization Plan.

In the forest was opened a year ago.

You can feel the four seasons while office buildings and commercial facilities are lined up.

It's a cozy space.

In commemoration of the anniversary

The award of Komafuda and sake were served.

Fukutoku Shrine is lit up.

It's an elegant beauty.
