Nestle Japan Co., Ltd. and Rirakuru Co., Ltd. are holding a limited-time event ~ Sleep Cafe ~ at "CHAIRS" at Ginza 8-chome on the sleep day on March 18th.
This is the third time that a sleep cafe has been held at Ginza "CHAIRS" as in September. In this interview, Mr. Onishi, the on-site staff, told me a lot.
Sleep days include "World Sleep Day (March 18)" set by the World Association of Sleep Medicine and Japan's unique September 3, and Nestle holds an event according to that period. It seems to be doing.
There are two courses where you can simulate "night sleep" and "daytime nap", and the "sleep" course is a "premium mattress" that can perform comfortable treatment jointly developed by Riraku and France Bed Co., Ltd. You can receive the best service provided by the training trainer that is proud of "Rirakuru", which has trained 12,000 therapists nationwide.
You can enjoy caffeineless coffee before sleep for massage and coffee (with caffeine) after getting up. It is said that he proposes a lifestyle that separates caffeineless coffee and coffee (with caffeine) according to the scene.
I went around 11 o'clock on Sunday, but because of its popularity, Tokyo Dumbo managed to apply for the last frame of the "sleep" course.
In a 30-minute massage, I turned on my shoulders and back and asked for my neck, and then in a sleep time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, I became a slept from the middle of a pleasant massage and became a slept at sleep time.
The coffee I received is Nescafe Gold Blend in a bottle, but it was a type that puts crema (bubble) on the handy ice cream server scheduled to be released in the future, so it was very good to taste.
The "Nap" course proposes a new nap style called "coffee-nap" that provides coffee (with caffeine) before nap, and drinks coffee with caffeine and then only take a nap.
The "sleep" course is 1,000 yen and the "sleep" course is 200 yen, which is reasonable.
Why don't you take a break in Ginza and see it?

Keika Square, located at Hatchobori 3-chome, the southern end of Hatchobori Suzuran Street, is a facility where Keika Elementary School, founded in 1901 (Meiji 34), has changed its shape and continues to live in the community.
The current building has been reusing and using the former Keika Elementary School and Kindergarten buildings built in 1929 (Showa 4) as a "reconstruction elementary school" focusing on earthquake resistance after the Great Kanto Earthquake.
Keika Elementary School was closed in 1993, when Chuo-ku was a time when the population was declining, because it was integrated into Chuo Elementary School together with Tepposu Elementary School, but in 2001 (Heisei 13), the Chuo Ward High-Tech Center (training room, meeting room, exhibition hall, lobby), Kyoka Community Room, Chuo-ku Silver Extension Center, Chuo-ku Human Resources Center, Chuo University.
Kinjiro Ninomiya was studying in the schoolyard.
Waseda University Extension Center, as the meaning of "Extension" (= expansion, opening), is an institution to widely open the research and education functions of Waseda University to society. Hatchobori Campus offers a large number of courses every spring, summer, autumn, and winter semesters such as liberal arts, business, language, sports, etc.
The Waseda University Extension Center Hatchobori Campus, Japan's largest lifelong learning institution, is located nearby, so there is no way to use it.
Tokyo Dumbo also started learning this year.

Ha: Do you know mo?
Toyota is committed to creating a next-generation transportation system that optimally connects personal vehicles and public transportation, and supports seamless and comfortable transportation and solving local traffic issues.
You can easily register for use from your smartphone, get on right when you want to ride, ride as much as you need, pay for that amount, and pay for parking lots and fuel.
Currently, demonstration experiments are being conducted in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, Tokyo, Okinawa, Okayama City, and Bangkok, Thailand. In Tokyo, in collaboration with Times Car PLUS, Chiyoda-ku, Chuo-ku, Minato-ku, Bunkyo-ku, Taito-ku, Sumida-ku, Koto-ku, and Edogawa-ku are located in about 100 stations.
Like the usual Times Car PLUS, it costs 206 yen in 15 minutes, but the biggest difference is that it is possible to drop off at other stations.
Chuo-ku has 18 stations, second to 32 locations in Koto-ku.
Tokyo Dumbo is located at Kyobashi 1-chome to Shintomi 2-chome station.
Ginza → I've been driving through the Imperial Palace.
Open a zipper into a single-seater EV vehicle called COMS at a dedicated station and board it.
Hold your smartphone over the right side of the seat to start the announcement and start using it.
Although it is a very small vehicle, the speed rises smoothly to 60 km / h, and there is no problem with driving in urban areas. Please note that you will not be able to enter the highway.
In addition, there is a trunk in the rear, and it seems that it can be fitted with a small carry bag.
I think there are still some improvements, but I would like you to continue the demonstration experiment as a new foot for business and tourism in Tokyo.

Since the 90th anniversary of the opening of the Ginza Line, Tokyo Metro has started various events commemorating the 90th anniversary of the opening of the subway.
It opened on December 30, 1927 (Showa 2) from Asakusa to Ueno 2.2 km, and five years later, Mitsukoshi-mae to Kyobashi 1.3 km on December 24, 1932 (Showa 7) Has been opened.
(In Chuo-ku, 0.7km in front of Kanda-Mitsukoshi on April 29 of the same year is the first opening.)
Please see below for the history of the Ginza Line. https://metroarchive.jp/content/ginza.html/
Tokyo Metro has begun a commemorative stamp rally to celebrate both stations that opened on Christmas Eve.
stamp rally covers Nihombashi Station, Kyobashi Station, and the sub-stations of both stations, Nihonbashi Takashimaya and Meijiya.
From December 9th (Sat) to 25th (Mon), press a fun stamp designed with the Ginza Line image character "1000 Series-kun", and from December 23rd (Sat) to 25th (Mon) Will be officially selected at the special booth at Nihombashi Station premises (near Tokyo Metro commuter pass Uriba) and a rotary ceremony will be officially selected!
Tokyo Dumbo immediately pushed the stamp.

In April of this year, Mr. Mitsugane Kyobashi ordered vermilion seal stamp-wari, but since it was already full, it was newly created. I don't have the back of the ink, and I like it a little large format.
This time it is a shark crest of Edo tradition. The shark small crest is a small crest dyed like a fine hail pattern, and it is a shark skin pattern in which a fine round pattern dyes the entire surface like a shark skin without gaps. It is said that the orderly side by side is a shark, and that it is a shark that is not a shark, Tokyo Dumbo becomes a shark.
About two weeks after asking for the production, I went to pick it up, and a Phalaenopsis orchid with "Congratulations on the first anniversary" was displayed. Although Mitsutsugane Kyobashi has been operating for one year, Kinyosha Printing Office has a history and tradition of nearly 90 years.
BUNGUBOX Kaoru Yamagishi, who sent the first anniversary commemoration, is a pen shop in Hamamatsu, and there is also a Tokyo store in Omotesando. In collaboration with Mr. Yamagishi, he designed and developed the Tokyo Metro coloring book attached to the appendix of the Tokyo Metro color. That's good!
In addition, the Seven Lucky Gods Goshuin Book of Mitsugane, which can store seven "Fuku" in one book. The Seven Lucky Gods depicted are based on Edomachi fire extinguisher Nishiki-e master Okada.
Keep an eye on a number of new developments that focus on Japanese traditions.
I think it's wonderful that there is a shop in Kyobashi where you can feel Japan that I would definitely recommend to foreigners who come to Japan.
My husband, Mitsutsugane Kyobashi, who has a wonderful smile.

The other day, I went to a studio in Tokyo Square Garden B1F to record "Hello! Radio City" of Chuo FM Co., Ltd.
This was my first time in Tokyo Dumbo. ☆I enjoyed recording with Mr. Cricket and Mr. George May. Thank you very much.
During the meeting of the recording, MC JUMI talked about "Momoroku"'s raw soy sauce dumplings, so I went to "Momoroku" immediately on the way home from the recording.
"Momoroku" is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded in 1869, and the fifth generation now inherits the taste.
Tokyo Dumbo has also purchased "Momoroku"'s dumplings, dorayaki several times, and it is one of the favorite shops for the whole family.
The dumplings are small in size, three rice cake styles, and the taste is raw soy sauce flavor and strained bean paste.
Every day, the dumplings handmade at the shop are baked, and the taste of soy sauce purchased from "Nurihiko" right next to the shop is soaked in a slightly burnt place, and it is fragrant and very delicious. The red beans used for strained bean paste are also cooked by hand at the shop every day.
What is shown with the dumplings is called "Oki no Stone", which is Momoroku's original Ann Donut-style sweets, and I went here too.
In addition, "Momoroku" is often used by Kabuki actors, etc., and among them, Mitsuko Mori, an actress of the National Honor Award, is favored, and Mitsuko Mori's masterpiece "Wandering Ki" In commemoration of the performance in 2017, we have started selling Dorayaki with a "Wandering Record" and a seal. It's a taste that has a solid taste but is not too sweet.
Please drop in when you come around Kyobashi, "Momoroku" Japanese sweets, which are not only enjoyable for yourself and your family, but also perfect for inserting and using items.
