Speaking of Tsukishima, "Monjayaki" is famous, but lever fry (or meat fry in the past) is a food that was originally devised in Tsukishima and is loved only by residents of Tsukishima. In the era of food shortages after the war, as a cheap and nutritious food, cows and pig livers were sliced thinly, breadcrumbs were added, fried, and passed through a secret sauce. "Hisagoya Abe" was ranked 15th in the Tsukuda edition of "Ad Street Heaven" on TV Tokyo in July 2010, and 4th in the Tsukishima edition broadcast in January 2012 as lever fly. It's a reasonable price of less than 200 yen for take-out. About 10 years ago, there were 4 to 5 houses, but now there are only two houses, Hisagoya Abe and Take-out royal road. I would like to introduce these two shops.
2 Introduction of shops

This is the original lever fly, founded in 1949, at the foot of Aioi Bridge at 3-1-12 Tsukuda, Chuo-ku. 1 History of Monjayaki
Monjayaki, which represents the food culture of downtown, is not a unique food of Tsukishima, but its history dates back to the Edo period. As you can see in Kawayanagi of "Shofu Yanagi Tadome", "Text Yakiya that cannot be written with a scoop brush", children wrote letters on an iron plate with dough dissolved in soup stock and ate while remembering, It seems that the roots are called character ware. Through the pre-war period in downtown Tokyo, children pour only a bowl of flour dissolved in water into water on an iron plate, and seasoned with prepared sauces and blue seaweed, and little by little with a small spatula It is a snack for children offered at a candy store. The taste and quantity that matched the taste of adults was the beginning of the Yoshimi family, which opened in 1954 after the war. "Iroha" in 1955, "Kabuki" in 1956, "Joshuya" in 1965, and "Hide" in 1966 will open. At this time, there were 5 to 6 kinds of ingredients such as cabbage, pork, squid, soba, shrimp, etc. In the mid-1970s, there were around 5 monjayakiya, and in the late 1980s, there were 10 houses. With the opening of the subway Yurakucho Line in 1988 and the opening of the subway Oedo Line in 2000, several stores devised new menus with ideas and originality, and began to devise creative tastes. Was. In addition, with the interest of the media and gourmet, Tsukishima has been operating more than 80 stores on Monja Street, commonly known as Monja Street, which is about 500 meters radius of Nishinakadori Shopping Street. In September 2002, the "Tsukishima Monja Promotion Association Cooperative" was formed, and efforts are being made to improve the external creditworthiness of the Tsukishima Monja brand.

The Olympic Games will be held for 17 days from July 24 to August 9, 2020, and the Paralympic Games will be held for 13 days from August 25 to September 6. Olympic-related construction is underway everywhere in Tokyo, but the construction of the athlete village is progressing at a rapid pace at Harumi 4-chome and 5-chome. The status of this construction can be seen from the roof of "Hot Plaza Harumi" at Harumi 5-chome.
![p-Relief Plaza Harumi 1 (2.) jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/2018/06/16/p-%E3%81%BB%E3%81%A3%E3%81%A8%E3%83%97%E3%83%A9%E3%82%B6%E3%81%AF%E3%82%8B%E3%81%BF%EF%BC%91%20%282%29.jpg)
(Construction status in May 2018)
The athlete's village has a site area of 44ha, with 18,000 beds at the Olympics and 8,000 beds at the Paralympic Games. Completion is scheduled for December 31, 2019 (planned).

After the Tokyo Olympics, as a redevelopment project for urban areas, approximately 5,650 units will be built and sold or rented, with the planned accommodation facilities that were temporarily used during the tournament. The completion of the project is expected to be completed in FY2024.

The Harumi area was built in 1931 and was prepared as a planned site for the Japan World Exposition commemorating 2600 AD (Showa 15), but was canceled due to war, and after the war, the first Tokyo International Trade Fair was held in May 1960, and the International Motor Show was held in 1996, but in 1996. Also, in 1955, Harumi Wharf was built as a Foreign Trade Wharf. Harumi Wharf is also famous as the destination for Antarctic observation ships. And this time, construction as an Olympic athlete village is progressing. Why don't you come to the Harumi district with such a history? The above figures are excerpted from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government website.

In Chuo-ku, you can see private parking observers who often crack down on parking violations being checked for abandoned vehicles. In the case of motorcycles, a fine of 7,000 yen (2 points) will be collected at parking prohibited places and 6,000 yen (1 point) will be collected at parking prohibited places. If you park for a long time, it will become an abandoned vehicle, and it will be powered up to 10,000 yen (3 points) and 9,000 yen (2 points), respectively. Then, what is the parking lot situation for motorcycles in Chuo-ku? First, let's take a look at the paid parking lot managed by the ward. There are three ward-operated parking lots (except for regular rental only). ①Ginza Underground Parking Lot (Ginza 7-17-12, Chuo Ichiba-dori underground) 2 Kyobashi Plaza Parking Lot (Ginza 1-25-3, Kyobashi Plaza Underground) 3 Hamacho Park Underground Parking Lot (Nihonbashihamacho 2-chome No. 59-4, Hamacho Playground basement). The parking fee is 100 yen / 1 hour, 1000 yen for more than 9 hours, fixed amount, 300-400 yen / 1 night.

Motorcycles can also use parking meters and parking tickets that can be parked on the street. Is there a parking lot that can be used for free? There are few in Nihonbashi, Ginza, Tsukiji and Ningyocho districts. Many of the districts are designated as bicycle-free areas, and parks are also designated as municipal bicycle parking lots, and bicycles are parked with permission to use, so you can park motorcycles in parks etc. You can say that you can not. However, there are places where you can park for the purpose of using the facilities in the area. It is a parking lot for motorcycles for Chuo-ku government office or Kyobashi library users, and a parking lot for sports center users at Hamacho Park. You need to be careful because parking will be done within the usage time.
Parking lot for motorcycles in Chuo-ku government office
In the Tsukuda and Tsukishima areas, parking conditions are considerably looser than the above. Reimeibashi Park has a bicycle parking lot, but there is a sign that motorcycle parking is prohibited. At Harumi Rinkai Park, there is a bicycle parking lot at the entrance of the Hometown Harumi Archives. There is a free parking lot at Shin-Tsukishima Park, but there is a sign that parking is prohibited except for users. There is a free parking lot for users at Hot Plaza Harumi. In addition, there is a place in Triton Square where you can park your bike near Harugetsu Bridge. As mentioned above, there are various restrictions on parking motorcycles in Chuo-ku and there are difficult places. Let's try to use the parking lot according to the purpose so that you do not cut off the foul kick. It was the best season for motorcycles that cut the wind in the fresh green. I think Chuo-ku is also fun to go around by motorcycle. Let's enjoy events and seasons with caution for safe driving.

Introducing "Ganko Ginza 1-chome store" used at a junior high school alumni association. My alma mater's junior high school is a school in Katadasha in Kyushu, but at the end of the so-called baby boomer generation, there were 16 classes, and the same period of the first grade exceeded 700 students. More than 40 years have passed since I graduated, and a resident of Kanto has held an alumni association in Ginza, Chuo-ku, in the middle of Hana Tokyo. This time, 17 people gathered and we had a fun and nostalgic time. The venue was a private room with about 20 people. The seats are dug kotatsu-style, gentle for seniors with legs stretched slowly and weak ankles. There is a tokonoma on the front, giving a chot rich atmosphere. This time, I asked for 5,500 yen with all-you-can-drink "Spring Special Gozen".
This is the venue.
First of all, the following dishes were lined up on each individual's table. And as the feast progressed, tempura, sushi, water-cooking and desserts were served.
![Add, pot. jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2018/04/%E8%BF%BD%E5%8A%A0%E3%83%BB%E9%8D%8B-thumb-140xauto-55581.jpg) ![Added sushi. jpg](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2018/04/%E8%BF%BD%E5%8A%A0%E3%83%BB%E5%AF%BF%E5%8F%B8-thumb-140xauto-55580.jpg)
Draft beer is not included in the all-you-can-drink menu, but only the first toast was served to everyone. It started at 3:00 pm and enjoyed 3 hours and 10 minutes until 6:00. If you look for a banquet hall at a reasonable price in Ginza, it will break a chot, but please refer to it. The place is at the "Ginza 1-chome" intersection on Ginza Street.
