Ginza Manet Ken's monthly waffle

[Mapo ★] February 25, 2019 18:00

Manet Ken's waffle, which is always in line
I often saw it when I was living in Osaka.
Actually, I wonder if it's so delicious that it's lined up.
I've never eaten it (laughs).

Looking at it, the head office is Osaka and the first store is Umeda.
It seems that there are currently 11 stores in Osaka.
When I saw the line in Ginza, "Eh? Do you line up with Manet Ken?"
I think it was like that.

Go to Belgium two years ago and eat waffles
Knowing the origin of the word Manet Ken
(Manet Ken Piss means a piss.)
At Manet Ken in Ginza, where there is always a line from there
Suddenly I thought I would buy a waffle.
It was November last year.

Seasonal waffles come out every month, and in November it is caramel apple.
And I bought plain and chocolate.
It's delicious and surprised when you eat it (laughs).

For the time being, let's eat a whole 12-month change.♪

In addition to Ginza, there are Akihabara, Yaesu and Ikebukuro.
There aren't so many stores, so it's convinced that you can line up in Ginza.

Popular sandwiches in Osaka land in Ginza ★Ginza Sand

[Mapo ★] February 22, 2019 12:00

From a friend in Osaka
"The sandwich shop where my daughter is working part-time will open in Ginza.
I'll go to Ginza with the opening staff."
I was contacted.

Oh? Is there a sandwich in Ginza?
I have to go!

When I looked it up, Mr. Hama-chan, down down.
It's an egg cutlet sandwich shop that is acclaimed on TV.
It was a Ginza store in Kitashinchi Sand.
Ginza is the third store with Shinsaibashi Sand.
It seems that it opened on February 4th.

I was able to meet the owner, so I heard a lot of stories.
It's based on the concept of opening a shop in a top-class bar district.
In Ginza, it opened in 7-chome.

That's from five in the evening to four in the morning.
It seems that it is also popular for moms in Ginza.

This area is convincing because there are many luxury shops and famous shops for Western and Japanese sweets.

The most popular egg cutlet sandwich, the second most popular salt cutlet sandwich.
Shinsaibashi chicken chili pepper flavor and potato chips.
I had it with white wine, but as expected, all goes well with alcohol!

In particular, this egg sandwich is not the only one!

The mariage of clothes and mayonnaise is exquisite.
It's rich and tidbits♪

This is the store manager ★It was a very nice person.

I'm sorry that the shop isn't open for lunch.
Occasionally, it seems that the store is opened at a department store event.
Check it out on the Facebook page (*^^*)

A luxury bread that sticks to Shikawa's water in Ginza

[Mapo ★] January 18, 2019 09:00

Ginza seems to be a boom in bread.
A new bakery opened next to Kyobashi Park in September 2018.

It is a shop called Shikawa, but the bread here is particular about water.
There is 60 water for 100 flour.
And by using alkaline ion water for the preparation water
It makes your ears moist like silk.
It seems that the melting of the mouth like light snow becomes a slightly sweet bread.

nisi2.JPG

It's really wasteful to bake it in a very fluffy way.
It's 864 yen for two loafs.
It seems that it can be stored at room temperature for 3 days including the day you bought it.

nisi3.JPG

Surprisingly, there are times when there are no queues at noon.

What I thought was a little interesting was that I collaborated with "Kamawanu"
If you wrap it in a furoshiki with your name, it will be a souvenir of 2,000 yen (excluding tax).
It's smarter than a paper bag.

In January 2019, you will also enter Osaka Senba.♪

Popular soup curry shop ★Sapporo dominican

[Mapo ★] January 13, 2019 09:00

I want to eat soup curry after a long time.
I was looking for it near Yurakucho and found it.
It is located on the lower side of the expressway from Ginza 1-chome to Kyobashi.
There is a line on the stairs and it seems to be a popular shop.

domi4.JPG

The menu has spiciness from 0 to 10.
This is the original soup chicken curry 5 (spicy)

I also had 5 spicy hamburger curry.

domi6.JPG

It was so spicy, but I made the base soup into tomato soup.
I feel like I'm a little mild (laughs).
As I eat it, I get used to it and become a habit.

There were also original soups, tonkotsu and soy milk.

The curry comes with a mini salad.
Another thing I ordered was ramen salad.
It's like a cold Chinese flower.

This is the shop I want to repeat again.
The staff was also very nice and kind.
