regional cuisine in Akita at Higashiginza ★Akita Domain

It's right next to Kabukiza, a shop in regional cuisine in Akita.

I've heard the name, but I don't know that it's a fish.
I ate it for the first time in my life, but it was delicious like a shishamo.
I was told to try it from my head, but my head was impossible (>_<)
I was full of bones even near my head.

 

 

 

I didn't eat tonburi (caviar in the field) because I was not good at crushing.
My husband was eating deliciously. I like fish eggs (laughs).

On the right, I baked Hiuchi chicken.

 

 


And the tempura of wild vegetables and the vinegar miso of firefly squid.

 

 

 

And Kiritanpo hot pot.
Kiritanpo was delicious as if it were using Akitakomachi.
The vegetables in the pot were the vegetables I've never seen before. The amount is small.
The last shime is Inaba Udon. This was delicious~★

 

 

 

This is Akita's specialty as much as this!

My husband's father had a treat when he came from Osaka on a business trip.
I don't remember the price clearly, but I think it was Ginza price.

 

I don't see many shops in regional cuisine in Akita in Osaka.
I searched for it because it was a rare shop, but I was pleased (* ^^ *)

Tea room at West Confectionery West

West is a Western confectionery shop located at 6-chome on Nishi Ginza Street.
It's also in Mitsukoshi in Ginza.

The main store of the tea room is Ginza, but it seems to have been made in the new building in Mitsukoshi.
I told the head office today.


In addition to the cake sample, "There are Mont Blanc, shortcakes and cream puffs."
That's why I went to Mont Blanc and Half & Half Shoo.

Mont Blanc is marron paste on top of the roll cake.
It feels like a traditional Mont Blanc, and it's a little smaller.
It may have been nice to have this size because it is quite sweet.♪
It was Mont Blanc with a nostalgic taste.

The cream puff is also delicious, but it's sweet (laughs).
This is half with my husband ... For those who are not good at sweets, about half may be good!

 

 

In a store with an atmosphere that feels like a time slipped back a little ago.

Mercure Hotel Ginza ★1,000 yen lunch buffet

The air-lifted bread at the Melcule Hotel buffet is delicious.
I was told by a person at work, so I went there immediately.

There were many customers from foreign countries, and the staff also from foreign countries.
It looks like a hotel for tourists from overseas.

It is directly connected to Ginza 1-chome in Metro Yurakucho.
I'm glad you don't have to walk outside even on a hot day (* ^^ *)

Lunch buffet that chooses one main dish is 1500 yen
Lunch buffet without main is 1000 yen
I don't think I can eat so much, so without the main.

There were various kinds of salads, side menus, soups, etc.
I have a lot of likes and dislikes, so only what I can eat (laughs).

My friend who went with me seemed to like Ratatuille very favorite!

I'm not good at green beans, but it was delicious when I drank beans soup.

This restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the bistro "Le Champson".
The Mercure Hotel is a French hotel and seems to be a lot of people all over the world.
