"Bus Day" event, a great success

[Koedo Itabashi] September 29, 2014 17:19

Take a sightseeing bus.

It was a longing event for children.

Just looking at the city from the high window is exciting.

The gaze of the people looking up was proud.

An event where various buses gathered was held on September 23 in Chuo-ku.

"Bus Festival 2014 in Harumi"

The venue is the lobby of the Harumi Passenger Terminal and a parking lot for large vehicles.

Buses as a convenient means of transportation have become more accessible.

Tokyo Bus (Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau), Odakyu, Keio, Keikyu, Tokyu, Kanto Bus

Vehicle display will have the highest tension.

If you wear a hat and sit in the driver's seat, the children will become drivers.

The stage equipment is a magic unique to a real car.

This event was held after the bus day on September 20.

Oh, there's a bus day.

In Japan, which has a 365-day anniversary, the bus day was October 1987.

It was decided at the bus operator meeting.

This is because Japan's first bus service started in Kyoto City on September 20, 1903.

It is surprisingly slow compared to rail transport, which started operation in 1872.

It would have taken a lot of years to get a bus operation to be established as a business.

The diorama of Tommytec's moving bus set up at the main venue was a must-see.

I knew the heart of the child (no, even adults) who stuck on the edge and stared at it.

There was also a hot Basma near, as the child who gripped the handle and sparkled his eyes.

The auction venue for parts.

I'm working while keeping in touch with my like-minded person on my smartphone.

Yuru-chara-style costumes, including the capital bus character "Minkuru", were popular with bus lovers.

Here around Harumi, the surroundings change every time I visit.

This large parking lot will also proceed with further changes in anticipation of 2020.

Goldfish because of the remaining heat

[Koedo Itabashi] August 27, 2014 11:00

Even if you wake up from the throat of a nap, your body that has been over hit by the heat cannot easily get up.

As I had an early evening meal and was lying around, my feelings finally shifted to the remaining time on the precious holiday.

Do you have any events that will be in time for you to go in the future?

It's not a goldfish connection that I wake up from a nap, but what about the night aquarium in Cored Muromachi?

If you pull out the collected pamphlets, the final entrance is 23:00 and it is open until 23:30.

I have enough time to enjoy it.

The aquarium will be held until September 23.

Open at 11:00 and until 19:00, "Art Aquarium" is open.

From 19:00, you can enjoy two different productions with the composition of "Night Aquarium".

You can also enjoy paid drinks at night in the venue.

Walking in pale light with a bottle or cocktail glass in one hand, you can immerse yourself in a stretched adult mood.

Is there a way to show such a flock of goldfish?

・・I'm surprised.

The diversity of aquariums indicates the high level of glass technology in Japan.

"Nitrate bacteria cultured at high-speed high concentrations." For the first time, I learned that it is the leading role in the shadow that purifies water and directs this aquarium.

The ancestors who have poured deep affection and passion into the mutation red goldfish and nurtured a style culture of celebrating goldfish.

It is a figure where the rich culture of the Edo period and the skills of playfulness are fruitful.

Since it was a peaceful era without war, I could have concentrated on cultivating goldfish.

Because of the night, many of the visitors were accompanied by two.

She is leaning on the edge of the aquarium and looking up a little over her eyes. You know the gesture that looks beautiful.

A boyfriend taking a picture in one hand of a bottle with a glittering water tank in the background. You're handsome enough.

That's right. You are talking to the goldfish in the aquarium while sitting alone. You look tired. Please have him heal.

My eyes were used to the dim space with the lights turned off, and the flow of the aquarium and the water were distinguished.

The overflowing sound and light give you a pleasant feeling of uplift.

Music may have created a different Japanese atmosphere by incorporating not only the sounds of synthesizers, but also the sounds of nature and classical instruments.

A yukata with a red spot pattern on a white background that resembles a goldfish.

The girlfriends the fluttered silk skirt and walks fast.

"I'm sure this is more cute than the Goldfish!"

If you were a five-year-old Shinnosuke, he went out to the street, thinking that he would say so.

The surrounding commercial facilities were lit up and large goodwill, giving the historical atmosphere of Nihonbashi.

The summer light-up is an event until August 31st.

The best hospitality

[Koedo Itabashi] July 30, 2014 14:00

This kind of person came to the correspondent of the tourist association.

I felt very proud and nostalgic.

Lecturer of "town walk leader training (hospitality course)" is Masanori Shikita, who plays a concierge at Nihonbashi Takashimaya. 67 years old.

A good-looking uncle wrapped with a soft expression.

I was comfortably drawn into the story by the voice that passed well and the rich expression.

The "Edo Town Walking Leader Training" is a workshop for correspondents, cultural property supporters, sightseeing ambassadors, Miss Chuo, etc. in Chuo-ku.

This year, we will conduct two lectures on the role and knowledge of the leader, travel laws and regulations, and set up a model course and conduct on-the-job training to actually lead, and on July 29 as the fourth workshop "Hospitality Lecture "was held.

I was in Tokyo in 2020, and I participated because I wanted to do what I could do at that time.

Mr. Shikita talked about Takashimaya's management philosophy, customer satisfaction, and as a concierge pursuing "best hospitality" starting with the history of the department store industry and situation analysis.

These contents may be something that can be obtained from many business books.

However, the shorter the time I felt, each one came into my body honestly.

The many episodes that I had been working on were fascinating.

"To make a lot of friends who have information. It will be a source of information."

"I'm close to the customer and look for an answer that's close to me."

"Preparing the customer with an optional answer."

I felt that the charm of Shikita Concierge was that they noticed the situation, acted quickly, and enjoyed creating smiles.

Speaking of which, I have erased the on-the-job training of the third workshop from my memory for a while.

I thought I was doing a simulation that guided me at key points while taking the lead with a flag, but I made a mistake in one corner to bend and almost crossed a road without a pedestrian crossing, The rows of lead fell apart, spread all the way, and there were no appropriate words to give instructions, so I forgot that this training had not been done and forgot to drink.

"Would you like to acknowledge the regret that your power did not reach and make use of it next?"

I felt like I had received such encouragement from Mr. Shikita.

By the way, I wrote earlier, "I felt nostalgic."

When I was a student, I worked part-time at Takashimaya during my mid-year and year-end gifts, and maybe I met him at that time.

Summer fruit shining in red

[Koedo Itabashi] June 29, 2014 09:00

A red gem that is well-shaped in the case of a "product shop" that deals with high-grade products.

It's bright. It's just like a girl's lips.

When included in the mouth, a slight acidity accentuates the wide sweetness.

You can eat as many as you like, cherries.

The cherry blossom peach season expresses a high standard in appearance, texture, and taste.

On Saturday, June 21, an event was held to make cherries very familiar.

The venue is a large parking lot at Tsukiji Honganji Temple.

It's a cherries seed skipping tournament.

The competition will be attended by the first 500 people on the day.

At around 11:20, 500 participants participated in the event, thanks to the crowd.

Last night's rain also rises before sunrise, and the competition starts with a slightly gauge wind blowing.

Stand three people on the starting platform and blow away the seeds at the red carpet, which shows the distance at intervals of one meter.

I feel sorry to fly the nucleus of that gemstone in the air.

It's hard to fly a few meters only for unfamiliar competitions.

Occasionally, when more than 10 meters come out, a shout "Oh!"

The prepared "cherries" are "Sato Nishiki" in Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, which boasts the highest production volume in Japan.

A delicate cherries that are hard to last for a long time.

In 1922, Eisuke Sato's passion for breeding has paid off, and Sato Nishiki is born.

Higashine City is the birthplace of Sato Nishiki.

And Higashine City has a deep connection with Chuo-ku.

In 1991, we entered into a friendly city tie-up.

In the lobby on the first floor of the Chuo-ku government office, alliances and commemorative items of friendship cities are displayed.

The highest record is 17m83cm.

This is a record of flying cherry seeds in Higashine City.

If you head to the starting point and look from this side about 20 meters, you can feel that distance is very far away.

A girl waiting in line was blowing away, saying, "I have to practice."

There was momentum, but the flight distance was 3 meters. "I have to use more springs."

Please do your best in production.

In Yamagata Prefecture, the fruit tree kingdom, you can enjoy plenty of fruit picking such as grapes, peaches, apples and La France, starting with cherries.

This summer, it is also an area for the destination campaign, and there are many fun events.

It is also a time of bliss to pull out one of your favorite grains directly from the tree branches and put them in your mouth.

"I'm going to go Tohoku." The station name of the Yamagata Shinkansen was also "Cherry Higashine".

If there was a "Library Grand Prize".

[Koedo Itabashi] May 22, 2014 09:00

"How many books will the librarian get or read in a year at the library?"

Looking at the librarian who arranged the returned books neatly on the bookshelf, I suddenly thought about that.

In recent years when Internet information is flooded, keys are hit, but there is no time to read books, and "separation of print" has also caused a recession.

"The Book I Want to Sell the Best Books Selected by Bookstore Staff"

When this catch phrase jumped into my eyes, I was inadvertently leaned forward with "Oh".

The "Bookstore Grand Prize" is chosen by the vote of bookstore clerks.

Because I'm a bookstore clerk dealing with new books, I can make seasonal choices that keep down on sales trends.

Then, what will happen if the librarian chooses?

There will be entries from various genres, not limited to new publications.

The artist who has made a long track record may be exposed to the eyes of the sun again.

Votes may be gathered in picture books and picture books.

An unexpected, solid book may be chosen.

There are three municipal libraries in Chuo-ku.

・Kyobashi Library (1-1-1 Tsukiji)

・Nihonbashi Library (1-1-17, Nihonbashi Ningyocho)

・Tsukishima Library (4-1-1 Tsukishima)

All three buildings are characterized by the fact that they are located in the complex.

The Kyobashi Library is located on the first and second floors of the Chuo-ku government office.

The Nihonbashi Library is located on the 5th and 6th floors of Nihonbashi Elementary School.

The Tsukishima Library is located on the 3rd floor of the Tsukishima Kumin Center.

I use a library card when looking for local materials.

It is an era where you can easily search on the Internet, but the feeling of turning the page while feeling the weight of a book that conveys the smell of the library somehow seems to be a strict ritual, and the back line extends smoothly without heart.

I sometimes stop by while walking around the city.

It is also quite interesting to relive the scenes in the city you have just seen with prints such as town guides.

I'm lucky if there is a seat available.

There are various types of libraries in Chuo-ku, like the chair gallery space.

The variety of this chair is also one of my favorites.

In the library, there is a notice saying "Smartphones and mobile phones are prohibited" other than the designated places, but an uncle sitting in a chair behind the bookshelf in the back is a picoiko with his fingers.

When I was staring at it, I felt like I was gaze, and gently put it in my pocket.

The Nihonbashi Library is exhibiting on various themes.

When I stopped by the other day, I introduced related books such as "Ichioshi's Children's Writers, Chumoku's Picture Book Writers". .

"Come! "BuRaRi Nihonbashi" is issued approximately every three months.

When you collect back issues, you can meet interesting space with the thoughts of the staff every issue.

Recently, I heard that the Vibrio Battle has become a secret boom, competing for "Introducing the books you want to read and which book you want to read the most".

It is also called "Intellectual Book Review Battle".

I'm very happy to be able to come across a book that I would like to recommend to others.

In fact, there were times when I thought the librarian's work was also attractive.

However, the dust of the old book caused an allergic reaction and met the tight eyes that stopped coughing, and gave up the way.

The librarian should be a person who is strong in books, not even in old books dust.

Library Librarian Grand Prize chosen by a reading professional.

If the book won the grand prize, I would definitely like to get it.

Fukushima's "Delicious!" It's all right. Nihonbashi Fukushimakan

[Koedo Itabashi] April 17, 2014 09:00

"Look at it", "Look at it", "Look at it", "Look at it", "Look at it" ...

Fukushima Prefecture is large.

Even when the cherry blossoms bloom, it is said that the Pacific coast and Okuaizu are more than a month away.

The invitation word "Look, come and see" also has many changes depending on the region and age.

The climate, history, and culture are diverse, and there is a rich way of hospitality.

"MIDETTE" is a nickname for "Nihonbashi Fukushimakan".

"Look at it." Yes, it sounds like a common word in Fukushima Prefecture.

It's something that makes your heart warm.

On April 12, the Nihonbashi Fukushimakan, a base for transmitting information in the Tokyo metropolitan area in Fukushima Prefecture, opened.

I miss Fukushima, where I spent my high school year, so I went to Sunday the day after the opening.

The location is 4-3-16 Nihonbashi Muromachi, Chuo-ku.

From the east exit of JR Kanda Station, take Chuo-dori toward Nihonbashi for about 5 minutes.

From the A8 exit of Mitsukoshimae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, it takes about 3 minutes along Chuo-dori toward Kanda.

Oh, there was a line waiting for entrance.

According to the staff, the first day was a row of hundreds of people.

TV and newspapers were also featured as topics.

The demonstration corner on the right side of the entrance is thin bun.

There were many kinds of sweets that were pleased with the souvenirs of returning home.

The fresh fruits and vegetables piled up in the vegetable corner will bring joy when you look at them.

The seeds of cod are tempura. Boil the well-formed asparagus and use sesame miso or mayonnaise. Tomato cucumber is chilled with ice water and rounded.

It is probably a product that the producer sent it to Nihonbashi, Tokyo with confidence.

Just looking at the ingredients, you can imagine how to eat them.

If you ask the staff who speaks with matching uniforms, you will be able to teach you the best cooking method.

There are also folk crafts and character goods.

At the eating and drinking corner in the inner space, depending on the day, Namie Yakisoba and Aizu Ramen are exhibited.

What surprised me was the enhancement of the sake corner.

There were a lot of brands that were difficult to obtain locally.

If you look at the information poster, it is said that sake in Fukushima Prefecture has won the highest gold prize in Japan at the National Sake Inspection Fair in 2012.

The snowy mountain surface is shining, and the thaw water is running down the waterway vigorously.

A climate where vivid subsoil water springs up richly.

If rice, water and climate are good, delicious sake is brought up there.

There was sake brewery on the way to the elementary school, and at the time it had a fluffy scent.

One of my classmates was a daughter of a sake brewery.

As an adult, it's really fun to see the lineup of this brand now.

There was a staff uncle who was talking to customers in a cheerful voice while running around the store.

It looks like a familiar person and a store manager of the antenna shop "Fukushima Market", which was operating in Kasai until this spring.

Familiarity went to Nihonbashi in conjunction with the opening of the Fukushimakan.

Your hard manager, you must have built a wonderful human relationship in Kasai.

I'm glad that, so I've purchased a lot of special items.
