"Watercolor City" This is the nickname of Koto-ku.
Facing Tokyo Bay, this area has a rich waterside scenery where canals and bridges intersect.
Chuo-ku is adjacent to the Sumida River.
We had the opportunity to participate as a correspondent of the tourist association at the "Onboard Guide Training Workshop" conducted by Chuo-ku and Koto-ku in cooperation.
This is a training program that I would like to participate even if I apply for an annual leave to the company.
After classroom lectures, on March 6, I actually boarded and went around the canal.
While watching the real thing on board, the instructor will give explanations about the surrounding landscape and buildings.
In addition to the diversity of urban landscapes that are developing one after another, the appeal of this training was to see the various stadiums and planned construction sites where many competitions will be held at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.
I boarded the water bus "common kingfisher".
Because it is a compact hull, you can navigate the Onagi River and the Nihonbashi River.
It starts from Takahashi boarding area facing the Onagi River in Takahashi, Koto-ku.
Looking at Ecchu Island from the Sumida River to the left, Harumi Canal, Toyosu Canal, Sunacho Canal, Akebono Canal. See Yumenoshima and Tatsumi no Mori Seaside Park on both banks, see the gate bridge over Shinkiba's storage yard, and the Tatsumi Canal and Shinonome Canal. While looking at the Rainbow Bridge in Tokyo Bay, turn the Toyomi Fisheries Wharf on your right and return to the Sumida River. This is a course where you get off the boat at Nihonbashi Pier on the shore of Sojuro on the Nihonbashi River.
I wrote that, but I am used to traveling by railway and road on a daily basis.
Check the position by turning around the map at hand.
Oh, I've been here now.
Bridges and bridges are the best ally for checking the movement position from the ship.
General roads, car-only roads, railway bridges.
Not only the many types of bridge shape, but also the fun of multiple overlapping combinations. I am also impressed with the ingenuity of the paint used.
After all, the landscape created by the bridge with both arms widened is a picture of the season, along with its background.
And looking up at the sluice gate from just below is quite thrilling.
Tokyo is a waterside city that has expanded offshore off Tokyo Bay. Tower condominiums and housing complexes that rise in the coastal area. High-rise buildings in schools and hospitals.
These thick sluice gates have protected people's lives and lives.
The height of towers and chimneys is also an important landmark.
If the Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower are reflected in the field of view, the tension will still increase.
The position where both towers can be seen is the Golden Point.
The Sumida River Terrace seen from the water can be distinguished from the surrounding buildings only where they are jogging occasionally, and can you guide around here?
As I always think, when you go out to the waterside, the sky of Tokyo feels wide.
However, today, due to the rapid development of low pressure, it is said that the Yayoi cold air flows violently.
The perceived temperature on the water was rather severe, and it made me think that he was wearing thicker clothes.
Still, today is "Keihaku"
The footsteps of spring should be near.
After a few weeks, the area around the canal will be colored with flowers because of the severe cold. It's coming soon.
Let's warm your body from inside with sake in the finished Nihonbashi area.
Thank you very much for your support.

"Let's run the Tokyo Marathon."
A word that came out of the momentum of sake at the launch of work.
One of them will take that story.
"There is also a TV broadcast, and it's cool if the deciding pose is reflected."
"I can't run a marathon. It's an ambulance on the way."
"Because the magnification is high, it's not always possible to participate. Let's enter, also as a test of luck."
"Don't betray me. I'm sure everyone will register."
The next day, the uncles at work went to the computer with momentum, taking care of the lack of daily exercise.
The result of the incoming call a few months later is:
All fails to magnification exceeding 10 times.
It is quite difficult to be selected as a 35,000 runner.
Even so, once you start moving, you go to the next goal.
We are looking for volunteers to support the tournament.
Yes, this is it.
In 2014, international competitions such as the Sochi Winter Olympics and the Soccer World Cup will continue.
The heat ignited the feeling of "I have to do something."
And with the decision to hold the Tokyo Olympics in 2020, a clear goal was set in my heart.
Six years later, if I could get involved in some way, wouldn't it be nice?
Volunteers of the Tokyo Marathon can register their activity area as desired.
In that case, let's make it in Chuo-ku.
The decision notice is Nihonbashikayabacho, 15 wards of the Ginza / Nihonbashi area.
My role is to let the runner know where the toilet is located.
It's an important task, though sober, when needed, is always higher priority.
(If you have experienced it, you can understand it.)
On February 23 (Sun), concerns about record snowfall over the previous two weeks were cleared.
Occasionally, the sound of a flute drum flows in the tight air, where snow hits the wind.
This is a support performance in front of the nearby Metropolitan Taka Kabuto-cho parking lot.
A musical accompaniment by a local group in Chuo-ku.
Music performance of elementary school students.
I feel so excited.
When wheelchair runners and top groups appear, cheering spreads out.
In the afternoon, the sun came out.
A player who runs through the scenery of the city.
A player in elaborate costumes that reminds me of the costume prize. (I think it's hard to run as much as I stand out.)
The desired running and the wave of people pass in front of you one after another.
It seems that the number of participants from overseas has increased.
The Tokyo Marathon has joined the World Marathon Majors since 2013.
This is the world's top race, alongside the Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and Empire City Marathon.
I have a tooth that doesn't come out to a foreign runner with a troubled face.
Respond with gestures and smiles of suffering.
I managed to get through.
Next time, let's be able to guide you a little more smoothly.
On the return trip, go to the color cone in the center of the street and cheer.
Wave your hands, applaud, and call out.
You will receive a reply with a high touch or bow.
Even with just the gaze you throw, you can convey that thought.
My eyes became hot, and for a moment I saw the scenery of the building.
Volunteers made up of 10,000 people.
That age was quite wide.
I was a little sorry for the elderly because I kept standing all the time, but to the extent I was involved without overdoing it.
I think it's enough if you have a feeling of having fun together.
At the time of disbanding, my voice was heard and my feet became bread.
It was a pleasant fatigue.

I looked up the first sunrise of 2014 far away from the series of buildings.
New Year's light that shines brightly and inserts into the window.
I will rush up and down as it is "Sunrise".
I hope there will be a lot of wonderful events and encounters this year too.
One of the New Year's events I'm looking forward to is Ekiden.
Among them, the University Hakone Ekiden, which has been held 90 times this year.
My father was a big fan, and I watched TV broadcast almost every year.
One day, "I dreamed that my child would run in Hakone," he said.
"No, no, no,"
It's good to imagine the feelings of the parents of the players, but it's impossible to put my expectations on me.
Watching the TV broadcast on the 2nd and 3rd of New Year's Day, there is something that pushes, and I feel that I can't help but run and support.
Over the past few years, we have been supporting the Chuo-dori from Ginza to Nihonbashi, which is the return course.
The 10th ward where the final runner runs. The final corner to the goal.
The dead heat of each school competing for the championship. A fierce battle for seed rights.
The area around Nihonbashi is a great point where the live video becomes a picture, so many spectators gather.
A gorgeous street with the glittering decorations of the New Year.
The person who builds up the flag of his alma mater.
A person who gets on the way through a mobile TV.
A person who is looking for a place to support with a large bag for the first sale.
You can also hear the shouts of the cheering party and the sound of the brass band.
The enthusiasm is fun, and the hedges are divided with the flag as a landmark.
The players run too quickly in front of them.
It's about to call the names of players and colleges a few times.
I've been practicing beyond imagination for the past year.
A player who flies tasuki with desperate thought and throws himself as if it collapsed.
A player who was removed from the member just before and went to support.
Still, a player who cheers louder than others.
A team that could not connect TASK on the way.
A player who can't do his best and finishes with tears of regret.
I'm really frustrated.
But raise your face, stretch your chest, and finish.
For the sweat that has been flowing for a year is so bright.
At the Ekiden Tournament in junior high school, a teacher who was accompanying with a motorcycle occasionally turned backwards.
A man riding a bicycle followed him at a certain distance.
I finished my goal and folded my body into a shape, and I got off my bicycle and looked into me, "Is it okay?"
He was a father with a red face.
"Yes. It's okay."

On the afternoon of a weekday, I invited my wife to Ginza due to mild weather.
While walking along the street from Ginza 5-chome to 6-chome, we had a late lunch, looked into the window, and enjoyed the warmth of Koharu weather.
And we did today's big purpose, "dropping in the gallery".
The reason I tried to go to the gallery was the Ginza Gallery Course, a new discovery in Chuo-ku, "Town Walking Tour" held on Thursday, November 21.
As a correspondent of the tourist association, I was in charge of the guide for this course.
The galleries I visited were "Ginza Yanagi Gallery", "Nichido Gallery", and "Shiminedo Gallery".
After entering the store, we heard from each gallery.
It was a story that I couldn't usually hear, such as how to enjoy the tour of the gallery, interesting stories about paintings, and thoughts on painters' works.
I had never had the opportunity to open the door of the gallery, and until that day it was quite a high threshold.
In addition, when we gathered information on our website, we found that it is a unique store in Ginza, which is engaged in various social activities.
I entered the exhibition room with some tension.
At each gallery, works were exhibited according to their own theme, and attention was paid to the production of the space, the light and darkness of light, and the drifting scent.
"If you want to buy one of them, which one would you choose?"
Indeed, if you look at it from that point of view, you will notice be beckoning from the painting.
A work that seems to be compatible, a work that sticks strangely, and a work that increases the brightness.
Each expression has become vividly visible.
"If you preserve your work carefully, you will have more than 100 years. Buying, having fun, and passing it on to the next generation will also inherit the culture.'
In that way, there is a way to pass it on to the present and pass it on to the future.
I can't imagine painting in the light of the house.
"If you know the author, you will see the work more fun."
It is said that those who are said to be geniuses make a bloody effort, and still a handful of them remain in the world.
If you get a glimpse of the human smell of such writers, you will be even more familiar.
It seems that there were more than 100 applicants for the Ginza Gallery course.
10 people participated in the lottery.
I went around 3 stores in the Ginza 5-chome area for about 2 hours.
Because it was a relaxed journey, the participants listened to the gallery while watching carefully.
Even though it was selected by lottery, there were only such enthusiastic participants.
I thought there was certainly a potential spread of interest in galleries, art, and art.
"Please invite your friends and feel free to come."
On the invitation, I brought my wife at once.
When he showed the story he had heard, good at, but suppressed his voice,
"Wow, nice!" The look of my wife's respect is sparkling.

"Chuo-ku Whole Museum 2013"
A big autumn event where various large and small events are held at the same time in Chuo-ku.
It is also attractive that tour buses and boats connecting the venue are operated free of charge.
I experienced the bus guide volunteer of the tour bus.
In advance, we participated in guide training sessions and bus test drive sessions, expanding the image, and celebrated the day of the production on November 4th.
Wake up early, drink yuzu hot water, licked throat candy, and said, "Iueo Ao, today is fine weather."
I'm in good condition.
The weather, which is supposed to be fine, has been quite heavy since the night before.
The day before, 11.3. Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles won the Japan Series for the first time.
The day when Ma Tanaka became a god and Buddha.
After 3.11, Motohiro Shima's oath, "Let's see, the power of Tohoku."
You will show me that day in such a dramatic way.
I guess it's the tears of joy between Tohoku Rakuten players and fans.
Still, I am a rare sunny man.
You don't need an umbrella anymore as the boarding time approaches.
There were a lot of things I wanted to convey to the passengers who boarded me.
First of all, the event information is being held.
Seven years later, in 2020, at the time of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, the planned construction site for the athlete village is Harumi.
Preparations to welcome many athletes and tourists from overseas are steadily progressing.
This tour bus is running on the course of the Tokyo Marathon, which will be held on February 23 next year.
A number of famous bridges span the Sumida River.
The story of subways and underground stations passing under the road.
Bon Odori, a festival of temples and shrines located in the city.
The buildings of department stores in Nihonbashi and Ginza.
The culture of Edo and the turbulent period of the late Tokugawa shogunate Restoration.
Detective Kaga played by Hiroshi Abe, the location of newcomers.
"If you don't do it, go back. It's doubled." Naoki Hanzawa scatters sparks with Managing Director Owada, Tokyo Central Bank Head Office
Buses run too much in the city in no time.
Oh, it was the street there.
The eyes of immature guides often swam.
With the support of the tourist association and many operators, I managed to reach the goal.
We apologize to the passengers on the board with a bite-to-bit guide.
The ideal is that a bus girl rides "♪ There are young hopes and dreams."
But the bus boy. Moreover, it has an old adjective.
An elegant elderly lady said when she got off, "It was a wonderful voice." I can feel happy for a few days.
Thank you very much for the ride.

14:00 on October 4, 2013
The ceremony is said to be harsh, mysterious, and grateful to join hands unintentionally.
In the darkness, guided by a torch, sacred object of worship will be transferred to the main hall built on a new site.
"The process of change."
At 20:00 on October 2, 2013, the sacred object of worship of the Amaterasu Omikami of Kotaijingu (inner shrine) and sacred object of worship of the Toyouke no Omikami of Toyo'uke-daijingu (outer shrine) at 20:00 on October 5, 2013.
Even over time, they are always young, fresh, and full of vitality.
Mie Terrace, an antenna shop in Mie Prefecture that has the "Ise-san", opened on September 28.
The place is Ukiyokoji, 2-4-1 Nihonbashi Muromachi.
Nearest stations are Mitsukoshimae Station, Exit A9 on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line and Ginza Line, and Exit A6 on the JR Sobu Express Line.
On the first floor of the building, there is a merchandise corner in Mie Prefecture and an Italian-style restaurant next to each other.
The second floor is a lineup of event spaces.
The exhibition on the theme of "Ise visit and shrine dissembling and reconstruction" will be held until October 13th.
In Nihonbashi, about 450 kilometers away, the scene of Shikinen Sengu starts moving on the screen.
The dishes that make use of the blessings of Mie Seamounts are recommended to match the Mie locally brewed sake.
Ingredients such as Ise shrimp, Matsuzaka beef, and Kuwana clams make Mie even more familiar.
Let's choose souvenirs at the sales corner.
Now, I recommend shrine dissembling and reconstruction souvenirs.
You can also choose a number of famous rice cakes offered on the way along the Ise Kaido.
Akafuku mochi, Iwato mochi, Henpa mochi ... It's noticeable.
Oh, there was "Iga no Katayaki".
It's my favorite to enjoy the style of eating with a hammer.
In the Edo period, merchants from Ise and Matsuzaka came to Nihonbashi in search of sales channels, but their ability to act continues as a long-established large store.
Listening to the store that was just open, people from Mie visited and were excited about the nostalgic hometown topic.
Yes, "Chuo-ku Antenna Shop stamp rally" is being held until October 17th.
Mie Terrace is also the subject of the rally as the 21st shop.
Let's get gifts from each prefecture while traveling around the country. It's a lottery.
