On March 29, the sixth day after the flowering declaration of Yoshino cherry tree in central Tokyo on March 23, the daytime temperature rose to 21.3°C and was in full bloom at once.

5 days earlier than normal, along with Fukuoka, the earliest full bloom in Japan.

It is expected that warm days will continue in the first half of this week, so it will be a great day for cherry blossom viewing.

In Nihonbashi, a city where cherry blossom viewing culture has been alive for a long time, the annual “Nihonbashi / Spring / Sakura Weeks” is currently being held, but the cherry blossoms at the side of Nihonbashi are in full bloom and are even more bustling.

・On the east side of Nihonbashi Kitazume "Otome no Hiroba" Yoshino cherry tree

・weeping cherry tree (Sanbun bloom) on the west side of Kitazume.

・Waterfall Plaza on the east side of Minamizume, Yoshino cherry tree weeping cherry tree

・weeping cherry tree, Flower Plaza on the west side of Minamizume.

In the neighborhood, "Sakura-dori St.", which boasts the largest number of about 150 Yoshino cherry tree trees in Chuo-ku, is worth seeing, and there are approximately 80 relatively cherry blossom trees in Yoshino cherry tree in Wakagi, from the Bank of Japan to Showa-dori. (By the way, the character of the stone monument marked with the street name is the book of the 12th generation Danjuro Ichikawa).

"Sakura-dori St." and "Edo Sakura-dori St." are lit up at night, and you can enjoy the fantastic "night cherry blossoms" with a different atmosphere than during the day.

Genpei bloomed melon (boke)

[Sam] March 30, 2015 09:00

The Sakura Front goes north to the Kanto region, and it is a sign that spring is coming in earnest, but in the precincts of Tsukuda Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine, the bokeh of Genpei blooming (blooming) planted beside Kagura Hall is in full bloom.

Bokeh is a deciduous shrub native to China.

"Genpei bloom" refers to red and white (in addition, light red and middle spots <pertures) on a single tree.> It is said that the flowers bloomed separately in the "Genpei Battle" in which the color of the Genji flag <white> and the color of the Heike flag <red> fought in a mixed battle.

It seems that various "blooming" varieties are being produced, but it seems to be the representative variety "Orient Nishiki".

Depending on the year, it is not determined how red, light red, white, and spots bloom together, and it is the mystery of nature that the appearance is different.

In the flowers that bloom all at once, it is a flower that gives a more glossy and distinctive color.

"Ryu Shrine" is the largest among Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine (Tsukuda 1) precincts, and is known as "Ryujin-sama" and "Benten-sama".

Every year, Reisai Festival is held on Sunday near the Snake Day from late March to early April, and the Sakura Festival is held at the same time as the cherry blossoms bloom on the grounds.

This year's exhibition will be held on March 28 (Sat) and 29 (Sun).

About 120 Yoshino cherry tree trees are planted in Tsukuda Park, which is adjacent to Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.

On the grounds, free entertainment of amazake soup powder (11:00-15:00).

On the 28th, at 11:30, Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. <Sanken Taiko> performed and at 13:00 at Tsukuda Junior High School Taiko Club performed.

On the 29th, a large festival ceremony will be held from 11:00.

✎In 1822 (1822), the god of water, Ryuhime Ogami, was founded as a dragon shrine. After that, a white snake appeared on Tsukuda Island, and the islanders worshiped as a dragon god and worshiped in the town. In 1838 (1838), the shrine was located near a workshop where fishermen's nets were boiled in a Shibugama, and was easily affected by fire heat. In 1839, it is said that the deities of Daibenzaiten at Nihonbashi Shirakiya were too large and could not be carried away, and they were enshrined together.

Today, Ryu Shrine and Daibenzaiten are collectively called "Ryuo Benzaiten", and they seem to be revered as a god with the gods of good luck, rising fortune, thriving business, fulfilling academic achievement, performing arts, and healing of illness.

I hear that many people came to visit this day because fair in Benzaiten is the Day of the Snake.

Benibusmomo in full bloom <akabazakura>

[Sam] March 25, 2015 18:00

R0032477ELSA.JPG On March 23, more than 5,6 flowers were confirmed in a specimen tree of Someisosino at Yasukuni Shrine, and the cherry blossoms were declared in the city center.

It is said that it is expected to be in full bloom this weekend, but here at Harumi Triton Square "Hana no Terrace", "Benibasmo (Autumn Leave Li)" is already in full bloom.

It is a deciduous Odaka tree of the same rose family, and it looks like it is in full bloom as "Sakura".

It is also known as "Akabazakura" and "Venice Momo".

Flowers resemble "wild cherry tree".

From March to April, many pale pink flowers are attached at the same time as the leaves develop, and the calyx is red-purple and its contrast is impressive.

I hear that the leaves have been reddish purple since the sprouting, and in autumn it has become dark reddish purple, and can be enjoyed as a color leaf for a long time, and is also used as a flower material.

Cherry Blossom Paper Craft Art

[Sam] March 22, 2015 09:00

"Sakura Paper Craft Art" can be seen on the show window of SHISEIDO THE GINZA (Ginza 7) and on the 1st floor stage.

This is the work of French artist Marianne Gary, and it is perfect for expressing the delicate beauty of cherry blossoms from 9,000 kinds of fine paper from 300 brands handled by Takeo, a paper specialty, NT Lasha (colored and colored paper with cotton) and a tailor (in Spanish).

I hear that Konica Minolta's flexible organic EL lighting with a thickness of 0.35mm is used as "thin and soft glowing paper" in the decoration of a female image that resembles a cherry blossom fairy.

The appearance of cherry blossoms is a little earlier, and it is directed by Hana and Saga.

R0032458RRS.JPG "Fukumitsuya Matsuya Ginza Store" on the 7th floor of Matsuya Ginza, one of the shops along the line (Yukari) that boils down to the Hokuriku Shinkansen Kanazawa extension on March 14.

The former "Salmon Shop Fukumitsuya Ginza Store" along Suzuran Street, which opened in May 1999, closed on July 31, 2011 due to seismic retrofitting work after Great East Japan Earthquake, and opened a new location in February 2013.

Fukumitsuya was founded in 1625 in sake brewery, Kanazawa. Since 1960, he has been working on contract cultivation of sake brewing rice based on the idea of "from soil making", and in 2001, switched to full pure rice production. In addition to brands such as Fukumasamune, Black Belt and Kaga Tobi, we also develop fermented foods and natural ingredients.

The shop's concept is "Fered Beauty of sake brewery," suggesting that various ingredients such as natural amino acids produced from rice fermentation work beautifully inside and outside the body.

It consists of a product sales space and a food and beverage corner "fermentation bar".

From March 18th, "Sakura BAR" with a menu related to cherry blossoms, with lacquerware of Wajima Kirimoto in line with "Ginza Fashion Week", "Sakura BAR" (Sakekasu Sakura Anmitsu, Sake Kasu Sakura In the middle of Sake Kasu Sakura, Junmai Ginjo Sakura Sake <with sake appetizer>) starts.

You can also enjoy "Sake Kasu Peach Parfait", which is made with sake lees ice cream on a seasonal sake lees roll cake and topped with white peach jelly and sauce.

For the time being, this time, `` Seasonal sake drink comparison set sake appetizer '' (Kaga Tobi Junmai daiginjo Ai Shibori raw / Kaga Tobi Junmai Ginjo Arabashiri raw / Kaga Tobiyama abandoned pure rice super spicy mouthless filter raw, appetizers are hard tofu soaked in miso for half a year.

The bar counter is located in the corner of the 7th floor and is a quiet and comfortable space.

The "Kuradashi Limited Sake Enjoying Party", a series with sake appetizers that match the sake, seems to be popular.

(The 5th will be held on March 18 and 19, and the 6th will be held on June 23 and 24.)
