The Kingdom of Vermeer Light Exhibition

[Many Books Osa] April 15, 2012 08:30

ck0901_1204121.JPG
I went out thinking that the cherry blossoms had fallen due to the rain and wind on April 11, but the cherry blossoms in the park near my home were still in full bloom.

But the road is full of cherry blossom petals.

The weather was fine and a little sweaty on April 12th.

I've seen the "Vermeer Hikari Kingdom Exhibition" held from January 20 to July 22 on the 5th floor of "Ginza Sotoko Toro Lotus Hall" behind Ginza 5-chome Matsuzakaya.

Host: Vermeer Center Ginza, Kirakusha, Kosaido, Yomiuri Shimbun, Dentsu

Supervised: Shinichi Fukuoka (Molecular Biologist)

Admission fee: 1,000 yen

Opening: From 10:00 to 18:00

Closed: First and third Monday

37 items recognized as Vermeer's works, including works that have been stolen and have not yet been found, are reproduced in full size with the colors of the time. The shape of the canvas fabric was copied, and I felt like I saw a real picture.

In particular, the expensive "Lapis Lazuli" that Vermeer liked to use was vivid.

It is said that this reproduction (recreate) is being carried out with the latest digital mastering technology. There was an explanation panel at the venue for recreate.

The real thing is sometimes seen in Japan, but since it is an exhibition of about 1 to 3 points, it is wonderful that all his paintings can be seen even though it is reproduced like this .
It was exhibited by age of production, and it was good to understand the transition of his production.
Even though it was a weekday, quite a few people came to see it.

In addition, the full-scale "Vermeer's Atelier" was also reproduced, and some people took a commemorative photo here.

If you are interested or not in Vermeer, we recommend that you take a look.

It's a wonderful reproduction technology. It was said that the exhibition after July 22 has not been decided so far.

House Exhibition and Cherry Blossom Viewing

[Many Books Osa] April 7, 2012 17:03

I saw the 67th Spring House Exhibition held at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store until April 9, and then had a cherry blossom viewing near Nihonbashi.

IMG_1786.JPG"Spring House Exhibition": In November 1945, the "Nippon Art Academy Small Product Exhibition" was held at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, and in 1970 it was renamed the "Spring House Exhibition" and has continued to this day. (Excerpted from Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store HP "Spring-in Exhibition")

The number of entries this time was 870, of which 314 were selected. The number of exhibitions is 346, including works by the same person. It was wonderful.

I'm interested in Japanese painting, and it's just a cherry blossom season, and I see it every year along with the cherry blossom viewing around Nihonbashi. (I'm grateful that admission is free.)

IMG_1789.JPG IMG_1788.JPG

The cherry blossom viewing is "Okamezakura" near Mitsukoshi. But it was only leaves, so I missed the time.

IMG_1791.JPG
According to a police officer, the cherry blossoms in Nihonbashi were "weeping cherry tree" in front of the police box. It was a cherry tree today. But the next "Yoshino cherry tree" is in full bloom. Many people were taking pictures.

IMG_1795.JPG IMG_1799.JPGThe cherry blossoms on Sakura-dori St. next to Maruzen are also in full bloom. There was also a stall in the square in front of the Plaza Building. A blue sheet was laid in a good place, and the place was taken.

It was a bit chilly, but it was a pleasant and nice cherry blossom viewing. I wonder if it will scatter next week. 。 。

Visit Ginza Hatcho Shrine

[Many Books Osa] Nov. 11, 2011 08:30

November 3 We participated in the rally of "Ginza Hatcho Shrine Tour".
Finally, we planned to have a meal near Yurakucho Station, and started a rally at 12:00 from Toyo Iwaine Nari Shrine near Shimbashi Station.

I didn't know that there was a neat Inari-san in such an alley.

Most of them were visiting after receiving vermilion seal stamp.

A lot of people were going around the shrine with a stamp book. I wondered if the climate was good, and when I asked a person pushing vermilion seal stamp at "Ko Inari Shrine", he said, "I feel that this year is about 10 times more than usual."

I was pushing vermilion seal stamp to those who came at Sachi Inari Shrine, but will my arm become tendon sheathitis? ?

I went shopping on the way and did window shopping, and arrived at Sony's souvenir exchange shop around 2 o'clock. Here, I got a bell of the zodiac "Tatsu" next year. It seems that 2,000 pieces were prepared, but the participants came to exchange constantly and seemed to be gone before 4:30 before the end. I walked about 10,000 steps.

The photo at the bottom right shows the stamp book, bills and gifts received at the shrine, and the bell of "Tatsu" (center of the photo). I also posted page 50 of the Chuo-ku certification text.

100-year festival parade of Nihonbashi Bridge

[Many Books Osa] October 31, 2011 08:30

On the morning of October 30, I took the 6th Edo Cultural History Test and took part in the stamp rally to see the parade of the Nihonbashi Bridge Centennial Festival, which began in front of Mitsukoshi.

The opening ceremony was held on Nihonbashi, but the bridge and its surroundings were full of spectators and PRESS people. It's hard to walk.

The parade began with a classic car and a music band of the Tokyo Fire Department, and was a large parade such as warriors, floats, Tekomai, and mikoshi. It was hard to take a picture, and it depends on taking it from a person.

At YUITO, I bought a new shellfish Tsukudani (it was half price) as a souvenir, and at Taro Shobo, I bought a "Chuo-ku Monoshiri Encyclopedia" that was completely revised in preparation for the Chuo-ku sightseeing test in February. .

On the left was the 100th anniversary of Kaishin's Tsukudani / Nihonbashi Bridge.

This is the hand towel received after the rally is completed.

In Ginza, there was a field point of "Silver Tea Party" next to Ginza Matsuya, and many people also participated here.

It was a great success with many people everywhere. I'm tired.

Betara City

[Many Books Osa] October 20, 2011 08:30

The annual "Betara City" will be held at Takarada Shrine in Nihonbashi Honmachi on October 19th and 20th.

I went there on the 19th.

I arrived around 4:30 in the evening, but the street was lined with stalls and shops selling various `` Bettazuke '' on both sides, including stalls and Shintakaya, full of spectators, shoppers, and people visiting shrines. Was.

Nearby, students from Atomi Women's University exhibited "History of Bettara City" and "Bettara's Manufacturing Process" made by visiting factories on panels. It seems that this year is the first exhibition.

2011_1020fujimi0080.JPG
In addition, we distributed recipes using "Betara" that we thought about ourselves, and we answered the questionnaire and held an event where a T-shirt hit if we were lucky.
The temperature was a bit low and it was cold, but I was calling out to everyone in a loud voice.

There were 6 kinds of recipes. I got 6 kinds of things to make them all.

2011_1020fujimi0084.JPG 2011_1020fujimi0083.JPG

2011_1020fujimi0088.JPGI also received a recipe and immediately made and ate "Serotara" using "Bettar and celery" at home.
The sweetness and celery matched well, and it was just a good taste for beer snacks. I think it would be nice to add some mayonnaise.

The picture above is a T-shirt that you can get lucky.

I went to the vermilion seal stamp of Takarada Shrine, saw a mikoshi, bought a nearby "Otake Dainichi Nyoraiido Site" and returned.

I went to see it, I participated again this year.

[Many Books Osa] October 11, 2011 13:00

October 9 I went to see the "Tsukiji Autumn Festival". We arrived around 10:30, but it was already full of people. As usual, tickets worth 1100 yen were sold for 1000 yen.

2011_1009fujimi0115.JPG 2011_1009fujimi0101.JPG 2011_1009fujimi0100.JPG

Sword fish from Choshi were salted and sold, but there was a long line, disappeared from the baked soba, and at around 11 o'clock, there was a sold-off Kanban.

There was a contest to eat children's fish well. I was eating it neatly. Nearby, I was doing BQ with plenty of seafood with the borrowed seven wheels. It's a small banquet. There was also a kitchen knife sharpening class.

Children from youth baseball came from Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture to help sell special products from the Tohoku region.

2011_1009fujimi0119.JPGI bought a T-shirt in commemoration and went home. The design was a tuna seen from the back, and the back was a tuna seen from the front. This picture is a table.

After that, I went around the annual antenna shop. I went around all 17 places. Aomori and Oita prefectures are closed on Sundays and holidays, so I went around the previous Saturday.

I bought Gunma-chan in Gunma, thin skin buns in Fukushima, and Okoge Senbei and Ankoromochi in Kyoto.
