[Satsuki Yanagi] December 24, 2009 09:00

The theme of Christmas at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store in 2009 is "eco Christmas".

The main building hall is decorated with a height of 15m and one of the largest xmasChristmas trees in Japan.

Using green power, not using real wood, flair 25,000 illuminations use LED bulbs with low power consumption.

This is the "Mitsukoshi Christmas" site: http://www.mitsukoshi.co.jp/store/1010/christmas/

Creperie "Breizh cafe" Crepeley "Britz Cafe"

[Satsuki Yanagi] December 11, 2009 09:00

In a nutshell, Creperie is a "crepe specialty store" ...

For Japanese people, it may be familiar as "sweet snacks" and "what you eat while carrying around".coldsweats01

In the Brittany region of France, it is said that "creperies" are more common than the number of "cafes".

In authentic creperies, the crepe made of buckwheat flour is called "galette", and vegetables, ham, salmon, fromage (cheese), eggs, etc. are put on and serve hot food as restauranta meal.

"Crepes" are mainly served as appledesserts with sweets and ice cream.

A while ago, I heard shinethat the popular "Britz Cafe" in Cancal, France, opened a store in Paris and won the No. 1 Paris selected by Figaloscope magazine.

When I go to Paris to play, at the end of the schedule, sad crepeley always jumps in when I get sick.

I know (now) that such rumored "Britz Cafe" is open in "Ginza" ... I went therescissors

puritz5.jpg

puritz4.jpg puritz3.jpg

The exterior and interior of the store are exactly the atmosphere of "crepery" in Brittany (to be correct ... around Montparnasse in Paris).note

There are many menus for both "Galette" and "Crepe".

There was just a lunch set menu, so salad + galette (a candy-colored onion and ham sauteed with apple hammer cider and fried egg with contents) + crepe (apple sauteed & salt caramel sauce & vanilla ice cream) + apple juice I chose.

puritz2.jpg The vegetables were crispy.

cryingI'm sorry ... I failed the main photo of the main "Gallette" ...

That's why previous articles

From LA MAISON GINZA by Haagen-Dazs, I will post a photo similar to whether it is easy to imagine.

puritz1.jpg It's the dessert "crepe".

I'm already full!

Looking at the website of "Britz Cafe", sign01in Japan, "Café Crepe Reel Brittany" of Kagurazaka was re-imported to France ... I feel proud.happy01

Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki

[Satsuki Yanagi] December 9, 2009 08:45

Long-established soba noodles: Yabu Izu Sohonten (Nihonbashi), a direct line of Yabusoba in Kandasudacho, holds the Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki once a month.

I visited for the first time the other day.

yabu2.jpgThere are climbers lined up in front of the shop, giving you a sense of excitement.

yabu1.jpgPass through the heavy outer gate ...

yabu13.jpg"Yabu Izu" strikes buckwheat flour ground with a stone mill twice a day in the morning and evening.

Before the vaudeville, I decided to have a soba at the second floor seat, saying, "I'm a little hungry ... yabu110.jpg yabu12.jpg

Cold soba, warm soba, soba using seasonal items ... There are various things and all look delicious.note

Sanzan-san's lost phrase ... I had lunch with Seiro lunch bleah

yabu9.jpgIt is 2 pieces of Seiro, 1 shrimp tempura, 2 pieces of "Kago Kiyo", homemade egg grill, boiled sprouts & trefoils, condiments.

The fact that buckwheat miso is attached to the photo is ... A companion said, "On a day off, when the day is a little high, I can't say that I have a cup at a soba shop."heart04 Because I asked for alcohol ...?

yabu8.jpg

Both of them have the same "Seiro Lunch", but for the first time, they gave me something other than Seiro so that I could enjoy it as "tidbits", and when I run out of alcohol, I servedshine the soba soup again, it was a soba hot water, slightly sweet and delicious!

yabu7.jpg I was very satisfied with the taste of the bush-like crisp soup, thin and fragrant soba, sweet shrimp heaven, and egg-yaki with the taste of Edo-mae soup.

After this, I thought that I would enjoy rakugo, and I felt very rich that people from the Edo period felt like this!

The appearance of "Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki" and the name of "Kazaguruma no Kai" is Suzusha Fusha and Sanyutei Nuo. The storyteller's photo should have a problem with portrait rights, so I took it around Koza. Kido coin: It's ¥1700.

yabu3.jpg

yabu4.jpgThe performances were windmills "Shirimochi", Nuku (which was included in the plan as "fun on the day") "Fudobo", and windmills "well bowls" after a break.

I've heard about other storytellers several times, such as "well teacups", but windmills refer to the tea bowl appraiser "Nakajima" (an antique expert who is also active on TV ) And included the current essence, so I enjoyed it very much!

Both of them were very energetic, and with a sweating performance, they laughed without worrying about the wrinkles at the bottom of their eyes.happy01

The next time is January 16th. yabu5.jpg

And at Yabu Izu Sohonten, Yanagiya Hanaen's "Rakugo and Soba no Kai" is also held in odd months, andflair this is said to have soba kaiseki.

For more information, please contact Yabu Izu Sohonten.
