White plum blossoming [Chanogi Shrine]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] January 25, 2017 09:00

White plums were blooming beautifully on the grounds of Chanogi Shrine, which is very close to the Suitengumae intersection at Nihonbashi Ningyocho 1-chome.

chano001.JPG

The Chanogi Shrine has been worshiped as Fubukuro Takashi (the god of Fukutoku Enmitsu) in Seven Lucky Gods, Nihonbashi, and was originally enshrined as guardian angel in Nakayashiki, the castle owner of Sakura Castle in Shimousa (now Chiba Prefecture).

chano002.JPG

It is said that fire has not occurred not only in the mansion but also in the surrounding towns for many years, so it is also called "protective god against fire outbreaks".

chano003.JPG

It was a warm day in late January, but people came to visit instead.

Speaking of poetry monument in Ginza, is this first of all?

ginkahi002.JPG

"Gin Koi Monument" in Sukiyabashi Park, Ginza 4-chome

ginkahi001.JPG

"The Story of Love in Ginza" written by Hisao Otaka, composed by Sou Kaburagi

This is a duet song by Yujiro Ishihara and Junko Makimura, released in 1961.

The following year, the Nikkatsu movie "The Story of Love in Ginza" with the same name as the theme song was released on the starring Yujiro Ishihara and Ruriko Asaoka.

Next, "Ginza willow Monument" in Ginza 8-chome

This is exactly the song monument of "Tokyo March"

Takuboku Ishikawa was a poet (dying at the age of 26) known for his "handful of sand" and "sad toys" (announced after death), and worked as a proofreader for the Asahi Shimbun.

ginkahi055.JPG

At Shimbashi Enbujo in Ginza 6-chome, there are two monuments of theatricians who predominantly took the world.

ginkahi066.JPG

One is "Sawa Sho" "Shojiro Sawada" (pictured above, stone monument on the right)

He was a popular actor in popular dramas who played an active part from the Taisho era to the early Showa era, founded the theater company Shinkoku Theater and served as chairman. It seems that swordplays such as "Tsukigata Hanpeta" and "Chuji Kunisada" were enthusiastically received.

"Somewhere the sound of a musical accompaniment"

ginkahi007.JPG

The other is poetry monument of the Soganoya Goro.

He was a leading figure in modern comedy in Japan, a comedy actor, and a comedy writer.

His death triggered the formation of the Shochiku New Comedy.

"Let's meet in Yurakucho" is a song by lyrics Takao Saeki, composition Tadashi Yoshida, singing Frank Nagai, and was also used as a commercial song (campaign song) by Sogo Yurakucho (currently Bic Camera Yurakucho). It is a song that was

"Ginza Old Book City" [Matsuya Ginza]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] January 23, 2017 12:00

Ginza 3-chome, Matsuya Ginza's annual event, "Ginza Old Book City" was held and went there.

This is the 33rd time.

kosyo100.JPG

The venue is Event Square on the 8th floor, and the event will be held from Wednesday, January 18 to 23 (Mon).

kosyo200.JPG

This time, about 10,000 items were collected by the opening of 16 leading used bookstores.

Each secondhand bookstore has a specialized genre, and it's fun to see the open-air shops as I'm looking for.

kosyo300.JPG

There are many Japanese binding books, very valuable literature, materials, and rare books, and it was quite crowded despite the weekday lunchtime (outside temperature 5 degrees on the day).

The customer base was mainly middle-aged men.

kosyo400.JPG

I purchased it by Hidetoshi Arakawa, "Edo's Real Story 1.2" (Togensha).

Published in May 1976. It looks interesting

It's the back cover of the book.
