"Gustave Dre's 'Kamikyoku'" [Ginza Retro Gallery MUSEE]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 30, 2017 16:00

dante002.JPG

At the Ginza Retro Gallery MUSEE, a retro Western-style building facing Ginza 1-chome, Showa-dori, "MUSEE Exhibition Gustave Dre's" Kamikyoku "dante" Kamikyoku ", more than 500 years of precise visualization "is being held.

dante004.JPG

On display are 29 pieces individually framed from an illustration book about 100 years ago () purchased by a representative of the gallery at a secondhand bookstore in New York.

dante003.JPG

Güstab Dore visualized Dante's "God Song" Hell, Purgary, and Heaven.

dante005.JPG

It's monotone, but the work depicting the episode of the heavenly edition on the second floor of the gallery looked like the work itself was shining.

dante008.JPG

From the work of the Privilege on the first floor, I felt strange depth and thickness.

dante006.JPG

Since Gustave Dore visualized the feature epic "Kamikyoku" written by Italian poet Dante from the 13th and 14th centuries with woodblock prints in the 19th century, I realized that there are many things around us today.

In fact, if you look at it, you can see clearly, but I think it's like Harry Potter.

dante007.JPG

I thought that the publication of this illustration book would have been really epoch-making at the time.

dante011.JPG

We recommend that you take a closer look at the works exhibited on the first and second floors of the retro gallery with the naked eye.

dante009.JPG

The event will be held from Wednesday, August 23 to September 24 (Sun).

Opening hours are from 11:00 to 18:00, and are closed on Monday and Tuesday during the period.

dante013.JPG

In addition, we received your consent for photography in the gallery, and the representative of the gallery gave a direct explanation of the contents of this exhibition.

Thank you very much

dante010.JPG

By the way, at dusk, the appearance of the retro gallery, which you can see when the gallery is lit, is also wonderful.

Visualization of wall greening [Chuo-ku government office]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 26, 2017 18:00

In Chuo-ku, I often see buildings that are green on the wall, but sometimes I want to know how effective it is actually.

At the Chuo-ku government office, a thermometer for greening the wall has been installed next to the front entrance for a long time, so that the difference between the temperature of the wall that is not greened and the temperature of the green wall can be seen in real time in real time. "Visualization" is planned.

hekimen001.JPG

On the day of shooting (August 22), the temperature of the wall that was not greened on the wall was 34.3 degrees, while the temperature of the greened wall was 29.0 degrees, 5.3 degrees different. Was

hekimen003.JPG

Wall greening is amazing, or this effect using the power of plants is amazing.

From tomorrow (23rd), the temperature will rise further, and the effect of wall greening is expected more.

Thank you for your understanding when taking photos.

Thank you very much

Kurashiki Vegetable Dyeing Exhibition [Gallery Yaesu, Tokyo]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 24, 2017 14:00

krsk001.JPG

At the gallery "Gallery Yaesu Tokyo" in the Yaesu Underground Shopping Center, "Kurashiki Vegetable Dyeing Exhibition-Clothing, Food, Gen-" is being held.

krsk000.jpg

I am impressed that "~ Clothing, food, also, source ~" is a wonderful subtitle instead of "medicine food source".

krsk008.JPG

When you enter the gallery, you will find women's clothes in the center of the venue, and dodon and onion mountains at their feet.

It's surprising that this kind of taste comes out of the onion skin.

krsk002.JPG

We asked Yuriko Okubo, the representative of Kurashiki Vegetable Dyeing Research Institute.

Mr. Okubo uses vegetables grown in-house in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture as dyes, uses natural material fabrics, and makes specialty products by hand dyeing.

krsk003.JPG

The works on display are attractive because of handmade warmth and indebted texture dyed with natural dyes.

krsk004.JPG

It's the ultimate eco-friendly to use onion skins and eggplant skins () that should normally be thrown away for dyes.

krsk005.JPG

This is the first time that an exhibition has been held since each item is handmade one by one, and this exhibition is a valuable opportunity to see "Kurashiki Vegetable Dye".

The event will be held from Monday, August 21 to 27 (Sun).

krsk006.JPG

In addition, we received your consent for the photography in the gallery, and gave a friendly and polite explanation of the interview.

Thank you very much

Between the Rain [Akatsuki Park Adventure Plaza]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 23, 2017 18:00

boken001.JPG

A park in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, which had been raining all the time since August, is the scenery between rain.

boken002.JPG

On the west side of Akatsuki Park in Tsukiji 7-chome, the adventure plaza (map below, long diamond-shaped red frame) has playground equipment using tires and Tarzan ropes, so you can enjoy a little field athletic feeling I can do it.

boken000.jpg

During the rain, many families were using this adventure plaza (the photo was taken so that no one could enter).

boken003.JPG

Morning glory was also blooming on the fence of the Adventure Square, which matched the cheers of the children and made them feel like summer.

Summer vacation special project [Time Dome Akashi]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 22, 2017 12:00

tkrbk001.JPG

In Tokyo, I thought that summer days were not like summer in August, and summer vacation was already entering the second half of the game.

tkrbk002.JPG

At Time Dome Akashi (Chuo Ward Local Tenmonkan), located on the 6th floor of a complex such as Akashicho and Chuo-ku Public Health Center, "The Earth is the Universe" Takarabako "" is currently being held as a special summer vacation project (map below, the red spot facing St. Luke Street).

tkrbk000.jpg

The subjects were from small children to elementary and junior high school students looking for the theme of free study during summer vacation, and families of two children who seemed to be elementary school students visited during the lunch break on weekdays when I visited.

tkrbk003.JPG

It seems that the theme of this summer vacation special project last year was "deep sea", and it seems that a special exhibition that can be enjoyed by families is held every year.

tkrbk004.JPG

In this special project, the beauty of the earth and the earth, and the creatures of the earth are introduced on panels and screens at each corner, and it is devised so that you can learn while enjoying the history of the earth in a quiz-style maze.

tkrbk005.JPG

There is also a permanent planetarium on the same floor, which is perfect for children interested in the earth, space, and astronomy.

tkrbk007.JPG

The event will be held from Saturday, July 22 to August 31 (Thu).

The time is from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm from Tuesday to Friday, and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Closed every Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, the museum will be open and the next day will be closed.

tkrbk006.JPG

It seems that the weather will not be good for a while in the future, and in such a situation, isn't it a good spot to make memories of summer vacation?

tkrbk008.JPG

In addition, we received special consent for photography in gallery space, and also cooperated in the interview. Thank you very much

Minminzemi's Oai chanting [Kameibashi Park, Tsukiji River Park]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 14, 2017 16:00

minmin002.jpg

At the height of summer, the sound of Minminzemi heard during the morning work hours seems to be even larger this year.

minmin001.jpg

Minminzemi is ringing around my company at Kamei Bridge Park and Tsukiji River Park.

minmin004.jpg

There are cherry trees in both parks, and the Minminzemi that has stopped there repeats a loud voice () "Menminminminminminminminminminmin" ...

minmin005.jpg

According to books, minminminzemi and bear seminars often sound in the morning, so I certainly feel that they are the most active when going to work.

minmin006.jpg

Also, the reason why this cicada, which is originally forested, sounds in street trees in offices such as central Tokyo and Yokohama, seems to be the heat island phenomenon, and the central part of Tokyo, which is becoming dry due to this phenomenon, seems to be suitable for growing minminminzemi larvae who prefers dry soil.

Also, for adults, street trees such as cherry blossoms and zelkova are easy to live.

minmin007.jpg

The sound of Minminzemi and Higurashi is often used as sound effects in Japanese dramas and animations, and has become established as a summer tradition.

minmin008.jpg

Along the street along the Tsukiji River Park, Salsberg is in full bloom, and you can feel the midsummer with sight and hearing.
