And it's the dry-dried chicken gizzard (gizzard) and dry-dried beef flever purchased for this purpose in my home.

I first had a gizzard at home, but I ate if it was so delicious.

In addition, the store manager agreed with the photographing in the store.

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 26, 2018 09:00

At Ginza 1-chome, a gallery facing Showa-dori, Ginza Retro Gallery MUSEE, "The World of Beautiful Plankan Beads Embroidery-Plankan Traditional Culture Spinning with the World's Smallest Beads-" is currently being held.

pbs201800.jpg

The building with the gallery is a retro decorative tile-mounted building with nearly 90 years old, selected as one of the Top 100 Modern Buildings in Chuo-ku.

pbs201801.JPG

The event will be held from Wednesday, April 25 to April 29 (Sun).

Opening hours are from 11:00 to 18:00.

Please note that the last day will be until 16:00.

pbs201802.JPG

In this exhibition, I first learned about the traditional culture of "Planakan culture".

Born on the Malay Peninsula around the 16th century, it is a unique culture in which cultural customs from West, China and Southeast Asia are mixed together.

One of the fines of that culture is the world's smallest glass bead embroidery, and the gallery displays a very beautiful pranakan bead shoes decorated with the bead embroidery.

pbs201803.JPG

These elaborately embroidered Pranakan Beads shoes are still loved in Singapore and Malaysia as shoes to wear on weddings and other "Sunny Day".

pbs201804.JPG

The organizer, Hiroko Tanaka, lives in Singapore and was impressed by the splendor of Pranakanbead shoes, and learned the traditional techniques of planakanbead embroidery in earnest in various parts of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

pbs201805.jpg

Currently, she offers embroidery classes in Singapore and Tokyo, and also teaches local high school students and international students from Taiwan as an external lecturer at the Traditional Craft Program of the Department of Education of the Singapore Government.

pbs201809.JPG

On the first floor of the venue, about 30 pairs of works are exhibited and exhibited, and on the second floor, rare antique collections made in the 1890s, embroidery frames and beads used for production are also exhibited.

pbs201806.JPG

It is said that this exhibition will be held for the first time in Japan () specializing in embroidery of pranacan beads.

pbs201807.JPG

By all means, please feel the wonderfulness of Planakan bead embroidery directly with your eyes.

pbs201808.JPG

Mr. Tanaka himself gave a special understanding of the photography in the gallery, and Mr. Tanaka himself gave a friendly and polite explanation of the work and the culture of Pranakan.

Thank you very much

Indian restaurant in Hatchobori [Aiman]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 25, 2018 12:00

A sunny lunch reminiscent of early summer, lunch on a hot day is curry.

I visited Mr. Aiman, an Indian restaurant in Hatchobori.

ayma201801.JPG

The address is 1-chome Irifune, very close to Sakuragawa Park in Chuo Ward, facing Shin-ohashi-dori St.

ayma201802.JPG

Order a curry fried rice lunch set at the counter seat on the first floor.

ayma201803.JPG

There is salad and soft drink, and choose Lassie.

It goes well with curry, isn't it?

ayma201804.JPG

Curry fried rice has a keema curry on fried rice.

It's served with boiled eggs.

The combination of fried rice and keema curry was not uncomfortable, and it was easy to eat by a collaboration of the gentle taste of fried rice itself and the spicyness of Keema curry.

ayma201805.JPG

You can also choose spicy, so next time I will order the hotter day.

I love Kurosawa's work and watch all the works, but if I start talking about the theme of "Kurosawa's here is amazing", the blog will not end, so I would like to focus on introducing this poster exhibition I think

In this exhibition, from the collection of Toshifumi Makita, a researcher of Akira Kurosawa, there are many materials that show their relationship with overseas, focusing on 84 posters of Kurosawa films from 30 countries around the world.

kuro201803.jpg

"Heaven and Hell" U.K. Version (1963)

In front of the real poster, I was reminded of the greatness of Kurosawa that so many Kurosawa works were being screened in countries around the world.

sawa201804.JPG

The posters on display are wonderful, with their national character being felt, and in particular, the eight-piece "Seven Samurai" poster of 238 x 332 cm () by West Germany's famous designer Hans Hilton was Osako power.

It seems that this is the first exhibition in Japan.

Flowering of dogwood [Kinbikicho, Matsuya-dori]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 22, 2018 14:00

hanam201810.JPG

I wrote in the article about the flowering of "Hitotsubatago" on Miyuki Street, which I introduced the other day, but this year, the flowering time is quite different even for the same kind of flowering trees, probably because the weather was irregular from winter to early spring. I feel like

hanam201801.JPG

It's dogwood on Kibikicho Street.

hanam201802.JPG

Even if you say Kibikicho Street, it is dogwood on the street beside Kabukiza Theater.

hanam201803.JPG

The white and pink of dogwood shine in the clear May sky, right?

hanam201809.JPG

This is the blooming dogwood on Matsuya Street.

hanam201805.JPG

The dogwood on Matsuya Street has branches on the side, so the whole street becomes gorgeous when full bloom.

hanam201806.JPG

The flower of dogwood is not the so-called petals, but the leaf called bracts, and the center mass is the real flower (inflorescence).

hanam201807.JPG

As for the actual flowers, inconspicuous flowers with a diameter of about 5mm with a diameter of 4 petals gather and bloom sequentially.
