March 31 I took a look at the topic of Tokyu Plaza that opened at Sukiyabashi intersection. It's been a bit calm since it's been nearly a month, but there are still many "watchers" similar to me.
There are 125 stores such as fashion, cafes, restaurants, etc., and it is the impression that a little town was created. Today's purpose is the cafe of Esquisse, a luxury French 2-star Michelin.
The restaurant has a little high threshold and I can't easily enter it, but I tried to bother you with the feeling of "What is a cafe?" There are a lot of cakes at the entrance, but this is only a take-out and you can't get inside the store. The Aschette Desale course (3,797 yen) is a set of Grand Desale (3 types), drinks, pre-desale and small sweets. From the Grand Desale, I chose Suffle and my friends chose seasonal fruits. Suffle is a "work" with the impression of "art" rather than "chocolate soup, chocolate sorbet, Teyuir" sweets. I don't know what the soup is in, but it's delicious!
To commemorate the opening of the store, we had bread, which has become a hot topic, as a souvenir. Bread is also sold on the first floor of Wako Annex and is a quiet and popular product. The photo shows a set of souvenir bread, croissants and chocolates (excellent).
It may be a little "high" for dessert, but how about one of the GW town walking courses?
There are cafes on each floor in Tokyu Plaza.
