Michizo Tachihara Learn here

[North Yujin] May 19, 2011 10:36

An explanation board stands in the planting on the left front of "Hisamatsu Elementary School" in Nihonbashihisamatsucho.

It seems to have been built on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of the opening of the school.

I would like to introduce it.

Michizo Tachihara Learn here

Michizo Tachihara (Michizo Tachihara), one of Japan's leading lyric poets, graduated from our school in 1927 His birthplace manufactures wooden boxes for packing in Tachibana-cho (currently Higashi Nihonbashi 3-chome).

He lost his father when he was young, but he spent his childhood full of compassion with his mother, climbing, and his two-year-old younger brother, Tatsuo (graduated from our school), and spent six years in elementary school.

Eventually, interest in a wide range of fields, such as painting, music, tanka poetry, and astronomy, began to flourish as he progressed to the prefectural Minaka, Ichitaka, and the University of Tokyo.

At university, he entered the Department of Architecture and received the Shingo Tatsuno Award (*), which was given to top performers, three times during his enrollment. On the other hand, he deepened exchanges with Saisei Muro and Tatsuo Hori, and built a unique world in the form of a sonet (14 poems) set in the literary magazine "Shiki".

Although it was a short life of only 24 years, delicate brushes spread to grass, trees, birds and clouds, and still capture the hearts of many people.

* Kingo Tatsuno is known for the design of the Tokyo station building and the Bank of Japan.

To celebrate the 135th anniversary of the opening of my alma mater

                   Hisamatsu Elementary School Alumni Association

                                         Hisamatsu Elementary School Matsuyukai

Yes, it is.

 He also wrote his poems.

 I'll introduce you.

     What I dreamed of ...

What I dreamed is one happiness

   It is a love.

There is a quiet village over the mountain.

There is a blue sky on a bright Sunday

The girls in the countryside with parasols

I'm singing a song with my wear.

   Make a big round ring

The daughters of the country are dancing

   What you are saying

A little bird with blue wings

   Sings with low branches

What I dreamed is a love

One happy thing is one happiness

   All of them are here

By the way, the "Michizo Tachihara Memorial Hall" in Hongo closed at the end of September last year.

The materials are said to have been entrusted to Shinano Drawing Museum in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture.

Hisamatsu Elementary School is a historic school that opened in 1873.

At the time of opening the school, there is an episode that a large amount of money was donated by former Matsuyama feudal lord and Sadakata Hisamatsu.

It is said that they are interacting with Bancho Elementary School in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.

As mentioned in the novel, "Clouds on the Hill", I am taking care of the former feudal lord in Hamacho, such as the Akiyama brothers and Shiki Masaoka.

If you come nearby, please look for it.

amazake Yokocho, Hamacho Park Flower Tour

[North Yujin] April 14, 2011 17:57

This year's cherry blossoms seem to have a long appreciation period for the flowers due to the delay in flowering.

You can still see Oshima cherry blossoms on the Hamacho River Green Road.

Heading amazake Yokocho toward Ningyocho, the azaleas planted in the Nisshinbo Building on the right are at their best. You can enjoy the bright colors.

It's just right.

Keigo Higashino "Kirin's Wings"

[North Yujin] April 3, 2011 17:50

Keigo Higashino, who was a "newcomer" and made the Nihonbashi Ningyocho area completely famous, was given a new "Kirin no Tsubasa" from Kodansha.

It is a mystery novel that begins with the writing, "The man passed beside the Nihonbashi police box, ..."

I went out to see "Nihonbashi" again.

Today was the 100th anniversary of the current Nihonbashi Bridge on April 3.

However, all events were canceled due to the outbreak of Great East Japan Earthquake.

Long-established people were engaged in fund-raising activities and charity sales.

Take a look at the quiet Nihonbashi area.

MIKU 029.JPG

Except for those who are raising funds, traffic is cut off.

Turn your eyes to the police box.

Cherry blossoms are blooming in the foreground.

weeping cherry tree, also known as Itozakura. I have a family of roses.

It's just in full bloom.

Today, I'm going to go home with a view of the completed dock from the bridge.

As for novels, Ningyocho and Nihonbashi neighborhoods will appear, so if you read the place and shop in your head, you will be more interested.

From Hamacho River Green Road to Hamacho Park

[North Yujin] March 30, 2011 08:30

The cherry blossom festival of the amazake Yokocho Store Association was suddenly canceled due to the Great East Japan Earthquake.

Today, I felt quite warm, so I went to Hamacho River Green Road to look for cherry blossoms.

I found a tree in the middle of the statue of Benkei.

Do you know?

hanadayori 019.JPG

It is the statue of Benkei directly below.

Ningyocho is said to have set up a statue of Benkei in the "Kanjin Book" here in commemoration of its prospering as a play street in the Edo period. It seems that the wooden gate in the back is a crown gate.

hanadayori 020.JPG

There is a monument on the north side of this green path of "the land of Chinese medicine reconstruction".

It may be difficult to understand.

hanadayori 007.JPG

Is the cherry blossoms in the middle of next week?

Cross Kiyosubashi-dori and head to Hamacho Park.

The "Akame" at the fence of the tree-lined road at the entrance of the park in front of Meijiza has been colored in Oita.

Gourmets are in full bloom.

hanadayori 024.JPG

The cherry blossoms in the park have not yet bloomed.

The children were gathering in a small pond, so I looked into it.

Look inside the pond.

hanadayori 028.JPG

That's right. It's a tadpole.

hanadayori 026.JPG

When I turned my eyes toward the bank, the white "Yukiyanagi" and the red "Hanamo" were competing for victory as the tip of the cherry blossoms.

[North Yujin] March 15, 2011 08:45

The center of commerce Chuo-ku There are many lively shopping streets in Japan.

It conveys the lively charm and vitality, special information, etc. Chuo-ku This is the 17th "correspondent's Shopping Street Visit" that introduces the shopping associations and shopping streets.

◎Correspondent Visit to Shopping Street (17th)◎

amazake Yokocho Store Association, a nostalgic city with new discoveries

004.JPG

amazake Yokocho is the street that goes east along the middle of Ningyocho-dori toward Meijiza.

As the name was known throughout Japan in the TV drama "Newcomer" last year.

On March 9, we asked Mr. amazake Yokocho Store Association at 2-chome Nihonbashi Ningyocho.

Mr. Seiji Sasaki of Sasaki liquor store, chairman of the store association, met happily while he was busy.

009.JPG

Sasaki liquor store has been founded in 1914 for 100 years.

Q: Could you tell me about the history of the store association?

Chairman: At first, it was for collecting streetlights installed on the street. Then, in 1982, when the streetlights became under the jurisdiction of the ward, we formed the "amazake Yokocho Fellowship". The Federation is the 31or 32nd member of the Association in 2009, so it is a newcomer as a society.

Q: Please tell me the area of the store association and the number of members.

Chairman: In 2009, there were 63 shops on both sides of the street from Ningyocho Dori to Hamachogawa Ryokudo.

Last year, we entered the street from Hamacho Ryokudo to Kiyosubashi-dori (here is Hamacho 2-chome), which is an extension of the street, and became 69 stores.

Q: What is the classification of shops?

Chairman: Is there about half of shops related to food and drinks, and half of miscellaneous goods and clothing? As you can see if you walk, you can meet a shop that is very varied.

Q: I think there are a lot of historical shops.

Chairman: Iwai Tsuzura store is the oldest on this street. It was from the end of the Edo period.

There are many shops from the Meiji era to the Taisho era, including Shino Tasushi (1877).

Q: How about the customer's layer?

Chairman: Ningyocho, Suitengu, and Meijiza customers often visited, so if anything, the elderly were the center, but the effect of last year's TV drama "Newcomer" increased the number of young people . There are many people who come from Hokkaido or Kansai area. In addition, many people from China (homeland), Taiwan and Korea are also visible. The power of TV is amazing.

Q: Could you tell me the appeal of the shopping street?

Chairman: The shops on this street are mainly private shops, so each shop is working hard and demonstrating its individuality to excite the city. As a result, it is loved by everyone as a town where you can feel nostalgic, relax and heal your heart.

Q: Please let me know if there are any events that will be held in this shopping street soon.

Chairman: Every year, the cherry blossom festivalcherryblossom is held as a store association.

This year, we are planning to serve you in amazake on March 27.

Also, those who get a fortune ticket at the store association can have a fun fortune.

Please join us.

The place is from 11:00 to 13:00 at the statue of Benkei on the Green Road.

Let's take a look at the poster.

007.JPG

By the way, the chairman's cherry blossom forecast information this year seems to be March 25!

Q: Finally, please tell us your future aspirations and passions.

Chairman: First of all, in terms of infrastructure development, Ningyocho-dori and Kiyosubashi-dori have been completely cleaned up, so next is amazake Yokocho-dori. I would like to ask the mayor and related departments.

Regarding the activities of the store association, I would like to take from the current "line" to the activities in the "face" including Ningyocho and Hamacho. The Sky Tree will be completed soon, and Akihabara is near, so I would like to consider an approach to attracting tourists.

In terms of culture and history, Matsutaro Kawaguchi's "Meiji Ichidai Woman" is appealing that this is the main family, and I would like to make monuments related to it on the green path, the site of the Hamacho River. (On the road along the Sumida River from Ryogoku Bridge to Hamacho Park, there is a signpost of "Hamacho Riverside Street", but it is.)

However, for the whole city, I would like to leave the atmosphere of the downtown area.

pencil Sweeping

A wealth of experience and knowledge, such as the Hamacho River on the day, Rikidoyama Jim, movie theaters, and vaudeville, were presented one after another, and I forgot the passage of time. I'm sorry that I can't introduce you.

I had a good time interacting with Mr. Sasaki's rough personality.

I would like to thank you again for the further development of the amazake Yokocho Store Association.

Thank you very much.

bean-throwing ceremony in Setsubun

[North Yujin] February 4, 2011 08:30

February third, today is Setsubun.

I heard bean-throwing ceremony in Setsubun, and when it gets dark at night, "Fuku is inside, demon is outside", but I haven't heard it recently.

The weather is nice, so I went to Suitengu.

It was said that it started at 2:00 pm, and everyone was gathering in front of the special stage.

This is the whole view of the venue.

Mamemaki 006.JPG

The first bean-throwing ceremony has begun.

Mamemaki 003.JPG

In the second session, small children are also participating.

When I looked into Kasama Inari Shrine, it was 4 o'clock next time.

After all, a special stage was created.

Mamemaki 011.JPG

I went a little further and went to Yakken Dori Fudoin.

This seems to be in the evening.

Mamemaki 013.JPG

Tomorrow is Ritsuharu.

It seems that the plum blossoms are carrying early spring.
