Falconry (falconry): A hunting method that releases tamed hawks and catches wild birds and beasts

It began about 4,000 years ago in Central Asia and was introduced to Japan in the middle of the 4th century.

A falconer is a profession that teaches hawk.

There were many falconers during the Edo and Meiji eras, but after the war, falconry was no longer performed by the government due to various circumstances, and it was handed down by private volunteers.

I would like you to think about nature and the connection between hawk and people through demonstrations.

Suwa-style hawk

It is one of the corps of hawks held by shoguns of the Edo period, and is derived from the Shinto ritual, where birds caught by hawks are served in front of the gods of Shinshu Suwa Taisha Shrine.

Long-established soba noodles: Yabu Izu Sohonten (Nihonbashi), a direct line of Yabusoba in Kandasudacho, holds the Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki once a month.

Both of them have the same "Seiro Lunch", but for the first time, they gave me something other than Seiro so that I could enjoy it as "tidbits", and when I run out of alcohol, I served the soba soup again, it was a soba hot water, slightly sweet and delicious!

I was very satisfied with the taste of the bush-like crisp soup, thin and fragrant soba, sweet shrimp heaven, and egg-yaki with the taste of Edo-mae soup.

After this, I thought that I would enjoy rakugo, and I felt very rich that people from the Edo period felt like this!

The appearance of "Yabu Izu Saturday Yoseki" and the name of "Kazaguruma no Kai" is Suzusha Fusha and Sanyutei Nuo. The storyteller's photo should have a problem with portrait rights, so I took it around Koza. Kido coin: It's ￥1700.
