Follow the 90th Anniversary East

[Apricot peony] May 29, 2014 14:00

The annual "East Odori" by Shimbashi geisha was held at Shimbashi Enbujo from May 24 to 27.

ck1203_20140528 (8). jpg ck1203_20140528 (6). jpg

The first performance was held in 1925 at Shimbashi Enbujo, which was originally built as a place to showcase Shimbashi Geisha's arts, even though there are restaurants, shops, etc. around Ginza and Tsukiji, but the first performance was held.

Counting, this year will be the 90th anniversary performance, so I came to see it after a long absence.

First of all, when you enter the entrance of the theater, you will see the Japanese lantern of "East" in front of you.

In the lobby, kimonos are more noticeable than ever, and a restaurant landlady greets here and there.

ck1203_20140528 (4). jpg ck1203_20140528 (9). jpg ck1203_20140528 (1). jpg

In the back of the left hand, there is a special corner of "Sa-ka-su (sake, confectionery, sushi) sales floor", where drinks, limited sweets, and lunches with different flavors at each restaurant are sold. You.

At the stand in front of the escalator on the other side, limited sweets and goods are still sold.

Just like a CD size, there was chocolate in a package with photos of geishas printed.

ck1203_20140528 (13). jpg ck1203_20140528 (12). jpg

If you go up to the second floor, there is also a corner where you can sell sensha bills, fans, fans, etc., the name of the geisha, sell sake masu, and sell Don Perinion glasses.

The place that is usually a dining room is a tea ceremony.

ck1203_20140528 (2). jpg ck1203_20140528 (11). jpg

As I looked here and there, a buzzer rang five minutes before the start, so I'll hurry to the audience for the time being.

"Hospitality" became a buzzword in the presentation of the Tokyo Olympics.

It is a tradition of hospitality in Japan that has been reviewed in various places, but it can be said to be the ultimate in Hanayanagi world.

Even so, the audience seats are full because you can enjoy the atmosphere of Shimbashi Hanayanagi world, which is one of the top class.

ck1203_20140528 (5). jpg

First of all, as soon as the curtain opens, the sigh of hoo's sigh spreads throughout the hall.

Five veteran geishas dance "Aominami" in a magnificent manner, but Kiyoharu and the shamisen regions are of course geisha.

A 30-minute break when the curtain descends after a remarkable dance.

That said, I can't relax.

After all, this theater is regarded as a restaurant, and various tastes are elaborated so that you can enjoy it during a break.

ck1203_20140528 (7). jpgFor the time being, I went to the shop and purchased the program.

In commemoration of the 90th anniversary, the gold ground is vermilion and the title is "East Odori", and the wisteria flowers are foiled with gold on the top.

It is a design that feels like "Shimbashi", a stylish Saga that does not become gorgeous and luxurious in a casual place.

By the way, the cover of the 68th edition is the legendary Meiko Mari Chiyo statue by Meiji Hashimoto.

In addition, the title "Higashi Odori" is based on the masters of the predecessor of the restaurant "Kanada Naka".

And the letter "East Odori" on the red leaflet affixed to the city seems to be from the previous master of "Kanada Naka".

And what I found at the shop was "Geisha Karuta", in which both picture cards and bills became the hands of Shimbashi Geisha people.

It has a very atmosphere and is rarely available, so I purchased it immediately.

ck1203_20140528 (14). jpg  ck1203_20140528 (10). jpg

At the goods section, there was also a geisha wearing a wig costume, and they were casually answering your request for a commemorative photo.

At the tea ceremony, you can enjoy thin and Toraya sweets while looking at the front of the formal geisha, but this was a long line waiting in line.

There are many other corners, but in such a way, it will be the time for the next curtain in no time.

ck1203_20140528 (3). jpgThe second act is "Nippon's Four Seasons" divided into four places.

In the spring "Daigo Hanami", she appeared not as a geisha, but dressed as Hideyoshi, the northern government office, Yodo-kun, and Chihime.

In the summer "Waterfall Shiraito", stunning water arts are performed using real water.

Autumn is entitled "Travel in Mutsu" and is a group dance of folk song such as Mount Aizu Bandai with a feeling of Tohoku.

Two veterans dance moistly under the theme of "Fujijuro's Love" in winter "Ume at Night".

And it's finally the long-awaited finale!

On the darkened stage, only the sound of drums and gongs resonates.

Oh, haven't you yet? By the time as much time as I think, it finally came in, and the stage turned into a restaurant great hall.

In the middle is the head of a Tobi, and there are geishas in costumes on the left and right.

After a hand tightening with a single tightening, So-odori begins with a lively song called Sawagi, which is often used in the scenes of Yoshiwara in Kabuki.

I've heard that some people say, "I want to go here, so I became a Shimbashi geisha," but no matter how many times I watch it, it's so beautiful that I can sigh and fall in love.

If you can see it, on the stage, geishas who have spread to the flower path will throw a yaora towel toward the audience.

In the audience, it was a fussy to take the towel.

On the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is plenty of chance because stakeholders will scatter.

In anticipation of the time, the sister who becomes the "core" of the day hits the stage with tons and feet, and the song and dance begins again.

・The lyrics of the east dance is the Japanese dance, finally the world dance, and the curtain descends.

As soon as it was over, there were voices from the audience saying, "Oh, it was beautiful ~" and "Oh, it was fine!"

Photo Exhibition and Lecture [Nara Mahoroba Hall]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] May 28, 2014 14:00

Nara Mahoroba-kan, an antenna shop in Nara Prefecture, is across Chuo-dori and opposite the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi New Building. In Chuo-ku, there are many antenna shops in each prefecture, but in terms of the number of events and lectures, isn't this Nara Mahoroba building top class?

naram1.JPG

Currently, on the second floor, a photo exhibition "The folklore of Yamato caught by me" is being held. This is a competition exhibition by 10 photographers. This is a photo exhibition where the lifestyles of the people of Yamato are cut out through festivals, events and prayers, and for some reason you feel nostalgic. The period is until June 1.

naram2.JPG

In addition, in cooperation with this photo exhibition, a lecture entitled "Yamato Festival and Prayer" was held on May 24, and I went to listen. . The lecture is Hiroko Yokoyama, Chief Curator of the Nara Prefectural Folk Museum. Mr. Yokoyama's one-and-a-half hour lecture was very interesting and enjoyable, with the story of the people living in Yamato and the annual events firmly rooted in the rhythm of living.

The 66th Tokyo Minato Festival May 24th, 2014

[Silver] May 24, 2014 19:33

The 66th Tokyo Minato Festival was held, and I enjoyed watching it on May 24 (Saturday).

On the day, it was called "2014 Water Fire Service Pageant" by the Tokyo Fire Department.

Beginning with a parade of Nihonbashi and Kyobashi firefighting boys, color girls, and music bands, there were opening greetings and guest congratulations.

The highlight is the “napping water discharge” that showcases the daily training of the Tokyo Fire Department.

DSC04885 (640x360). jpg

"Firefighting performance." It was a very nervous scene of rescueing a person who fell from the ship and transporting it to a fire boat.

DSC04912 (640x360). jpg

"High-speed fire brigade performance." No, it rushes to the scene at a great speed.

DSC04917 (640x360). jpg

And it is a five-color color water discharge to celebrate the bid decision of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020.

Harumi Wharf is scheduled for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020 Olympic Village. I'm really looking forward to it.

The children who visited also seemed very happy at the fun event.

This "Yuru-chara" is the mascot of the Japan Coast Guard. What's the name? Here's the answer.

There were a lot of local gourmet restaurants, all of which seemed to be delicious.

I wanted to buy Ghana beer, "Yashi Sake", and cacao liqueur, but I put up with it in preparation for the city walk from noon. Here, Quiz

"What if" in the sea ... The answer is 118. 24 hoursI thank the Japan Coast Guard and the Fire and Disaster Management Agency for their hard work to prevent marine accidents and rescue them.

[5/25 The predecessor of Bettara City is revived! ] Nihonbashi Hisashi City

[Dye] May 23, 2014 09:00

On Sunday, May 25 this weekend, "Nihonbashi Kushi City" will be held on Ebisu Street in Nihonbashiodenmacho.

"Kusa City" is the predecessor of "Bettara City", which has been in Nihonbashiodenmacho since the early Edo period, and this time it is the first block market to block the street of Otemmacho.

On the day, there are 40 stores such as long-established stores and modern cafes founded in the Edo period, but I think it's a chance to check them all at once because there are only shops I care about.

http://kusareichi.com/?p=41

By the way, I taught this event at Yoga Studio Lotus Eight, which I usually take care of in postpartum yoga.

This is also a booth, and it seems that there are also hand massages, lectures on how to relieve stiff shoulders, and discounts on yoga-related books.

http://www.lotus8.co.jp/blog/staffblog/

I tend to be fluttered on my shoulders when I usually hold my child, but I recommend this yoga because I am healed both physically and mentally.

What I personally care about is the egg-yaki of the long-established "Uoju", the brush of the well-established "Edoya", the lunch box of "Cafe Beni", the mousse of the chicken white lever of "Le Fullshet", the "Nihonbashi Daddy Association" and the "Kendama Tournament"...I can't write it.

I am also interested in the art atmosphere, such as events of works using textile street products and booths for photographers.Art

I think the people of the Edo period were very busy in the city and surely enjoyed it.

Over time, I'm excited to see various discoveries in Heisei no Kunishi City.

Choledo Muromachi is also exciting, but why not go to Otemmacho this weekend?

Ginza Mitsukoshi ★French food fair

[Mapo ★] May 18, 2014 09:00

This year, a French food fair is being held on the 8th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi.

It's until May twentieth and the last day ends at 17 o'clock.

When you go up the elevator, you can sell miscellaneous goods such as bags.

The first food sales floor is oil sardine.

KIMG0124.JPG KIMG0125.JPG

It's an oil serdin in the Pluttany region, from a company called La Bell Iroisers.

The taste was very rich, and I was able to taste all 9 kinds.

All of them were delicious, but I made it a little spicy Pimento flavor.

And next is the mustard of Edmond Fallow for this purpose.

There are many kinds of mustards of Faroe.

I also sell it to Japan, but I went to buy a taste that I couldn't buy in Japan.

There was no pandemic, but there was a cassis, so I bought it.★

And next is cheese. It's also in Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, and the main store is in front of Suitengu-mae.

A shop called cheese on the table.

This time, I also tasted cheese specially imported for fairs.

I bought shavre (goat cheese) and blue cheese.★

Next is the shops of Junbon (Ham) and Socison (Salami) in Byonne.

It was delicious, so I bought a ham.

KIMG0127.JPG

And let's go through the wine corner.

I've been drinking quite a lot of different kinds until now.

There are a lot of wines with labels that I have never seen before.

When I heard it, there are many wines that are sold only at hotels and restaurants.

It is also the real pleasure of the fair to buy such wine.

I tasted more than 10 kinds.

KIMG0137.JPG aRIMG0001.JPG

Sweets booths such as Essile Butter and Eskis Milfeuille were also exciting.

I will definitely go next year (*^^ *)
