Experience the art space of Hyatt St Rick Ginza Tokyo!

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] September 19, 2018 09:00

I visited Hyatt St Rick Ginza Tokyo, which just opened this year in Ginza 6-chome. This place used to be the Asahi Shimbun from 1888 to 1927, Soseki Natsume was the main writer since 1907, and Takuboku Ishikawa has served as a proofreader since 1909. As you all know, there is poetry monument of Takuboku.

Entrance wall type. jpg At the entrance on the first floor, you will be greeted by a map of Ginza made using the type that was actually used in printing until 50 years ago. The red one is here. You can feel the grid-like appearance of Ginza, which inherits the town layout of the Edo period, with a three-dimensional effect.

Restaurant wall type. jpg

The stairwell walls on the 3rd and 4th floors have contemporary art in print.

In 1872, a brick street was built with the prestige of the government, but it was not easily accepted by general stores, and newspaper companies gathered with an eye on the convenience of transportation and good information collection. For a while, Ginza became a city where about 200 affiliated companies such as newspaper companies and printing offices gathered.

Printing in that era involves engraving letters on metal, arranging prints side by side, writing, and printing them. Imagine while looking at the wall that made the top print of the time art.

There are letters art works everywhere, and the fun of searching is tickled, and it seems that this hotel aims to be a base for visitors to know, feel, and experience the charm of Ginza.

In the dining & bar on the 3rd floor, the paper that comes out of trial printing at the start of newspaper printing and the paper that is discarded are wallpapers.

In addition, you can spend a moment that is blocked from cars and traffic while being blown by the unusual outside wind in Ginza. The space with the opposite building of Namiki-dori St. is exactly the town layout space between Yokocho 7 from the Edo period. From now to the past, from the past to the present, and from the future. It is a valuable place to hit in Ginza, which is also indulge in fantasy trips of time. By all means, why don't you use it for accommodation in the middle of the silver bra?

"Jabjabu Pond" at the end of summer @ Tsukishima Daini Children's Park (Kachidoki area)

[Edamame] September 14, 2018 09:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

September 9 (Sun).

It was the last day of this year's Jabujabu Pond.

※It seems persistent, but what is "Jabjabu Pond"?

It is a place to play in the water for preschoolers.

There are several places in Chuo-ku, except for some parts.

Even a child before the diaper comes off can enter by wearing a "diaper for playing in the water".

↓For more information, please visit the following page.

That's why before I went to bed last night to my daughter, Azuki (3 years old).

I said, "Let's play in the water tomorrow."

"I'd like to hear you."

Mom, Edamame, was in a hurry because I was planning to go to Hisamatsu Children's Park.

Maybe this summer is not only the Jabujabu Pond but also the pool where Arakawa Amusement Park flows.

I went out to the beach for a while

I think that I was fascinated by experiencing the "place where I can play big water".

After I was sleeping, I sat in front of my PC and looked for a pool that was still open in Tokyo ...

Most of them closed on August 31, and most of them are until last weekend (September 2).

(Jabjabu Pond in Chuo-ku, which will be held until September 9, I realized that it was quite conscience.)

In addition, I was planning to learn in the morning, so I can't choose to go out with care ...

That's right. "I'm satisfied if my eyes change, then what about other Jabujabu ponds in the city? I thought about it.

I found that Kachidoki's "marche of the Sun" was held on the 9th.

That's why after the lesson, I took the subway and got off at Kachidoki Station on the Oedo Line.

First of all, for dinner, "marche of the sun."

"marche of the Sun" has been introduced many times in this correspondent blog by senior correspondents.

(For the time being, I would like to introduce two of the most recent ones.)

Aozora market held at Tsukishima Daini Children's Park on the second Saturday and Sunday of every month.

Farmers, wine shops, shops dealing with processed products such as pickles and jams are all eye-catching.

There are plenty of kitchen cars that fill the stomach of visitors on holidays.

Kebab and Indonesian cuisine, authentic pizza, roast chicken, gyoza, crepe ...

This is also a striking.

DSC_3825-1.jpg

Edamame was full of full-fledged peargolen.

Well. If you fill your stomach...

It's time to play in the water after changing clothes of azuki!

Jabujabu Pond at Tsukishima Daini Children's Park, which I visited for the first time this time.

The water depth is so deep at Hisamatsu Children's Park just below an adult's knee.

Tsukishima Daini Children's Park is just a little above an adult ankle.

It's an impression that it's a little shallow.

However, what surprised me here was a shower-like device!

Let's enlarge a part of the picture above.

DSC_3828-2.jpg

Water blows out from the pillar!

Moreover, this is where the water outlet moves on the left and right!

There was a mechanism that water spouts irregularly not only from these pillars but also from quite various places.

Azuki seemed to be very satisfied with the new stimulation.

Edamame said...

I was hit by the shower at an unexpected timing and wet my clothes quite a bit.

In Hisamatsu Children's Park, "bottoms with a length that does not get wet even when walking at the depth of the knees."

I wish I had just cared about that.

In the case of Tsukishima Daini Children's Park

"On the premise that there is a possibility that this shower will be hit decently.

Wear clothes that are easy to dry."

It might be better to be careful about that.

※It is a rule that adults are not allowed to swimwear.

Well, it's today's cheerful (maximum temperature: 32 degrees Celsius), so if you were in a few days, it dried.

Also, I thought I walked around the pond with Azuki.

Maybe the bottom of the pond is urethane processed or something?

It was a little soft to step on.

I think it would be nice for children not to hurt.

And it's the luggage storage area and the dressing area.

In addition to ordinary tents, there are places like resting places originally in the park.

DSC_3833-1.jpg

Looking up at the ceiling, it looks like this.

It's quite a good sunshade

When you are here during the break time (the break time is about once an hour due to disinfection of the pond, etc.)

It felt quite cool, perhaps because of the hot sun.

It would be nice to have a stroller around here.

If you leave it in the sun, the seat surface will be so hot when you return ...

Jabujabu Pond at Tsukishima Daini Children's Park where I played plenty of things like this.

The usual Hisamatsu Children's Park is good, but I had a different and fun experience again.

And today, all the Jabujabu Pond in Chuo-ku this year will be finished.

I will be able to play next year.

Next year ... What about kindergarten children and azuki?

It looks scary.

For the time being, I would like to look forward to being able to play in the water again next year.

[Participation Report] Summer Festival 2018 in Hamacho Park

[Ino-chan] September 4, 2018 18:00

On August 19 (Sun), I went to "Summer Festival 2018" held at Hamacho Park.

On this day, it was a good summer-like nature, eating delicious food and eating.

It was a very fun day when I met a popular character and returned to my childhood.

I would like to leave it on my blog instead of the picture diary of summer vacation.

The first thing I visited was

Booth to publicize Chuo-ku sightseeing certification "Chuo-ku sightseeing certification challenge quiz!" (Hereinafter referred to as the following).

Greetings to the correspondent in charge.

Customers are constantly coming to challenge the mini quiz. It's a great success.

I am a correspondent who can afford and answer all the questions correctly and is natural (not strong).

I'm going to take on the challenge.

Well, all questions were answered correctly without giving any hints. I am not in my position.

I'm glad to receive a lot of prize Chuo-ku goods. Thank you very much.

Around the stall village. There was a long line in the hotel-made Tanshichu.

I see, it looks delicious.

In the meantime, eat freshly baked yakisoba next to the certification booth unconsciously.

It is absolutely a secret that you forgot to take a picture.

We lined up in another line. This is sumo wrestlers' hot pot in the Arashio room.

A chanko nabe provided by a sumo room to which the active wrestler belongs.

That's a genuine monophone sumo wrestlers' hot pot.

In the middle of the line, the number of people waiting for chanko is from the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, probably due to too many queues.

A certain Mr. Mura came to count.

I couldn't do "Toki soba", so I just greeted him and missed him.

I'm preparing now. I'm excited.

IMG_4858.JPG

Wassa.

IMG_4859.JPG

Yes, it's done.

IMG_5539.JPG

No! The procession is also full of satisfaction.

IMG_4861.JPG

Next, we visited the All Japan Tug of War Festival (Tuna Festival).

IMG_4869.JPG

Everyone in the Arashio room where laughter spills after a serious expression.

IMG_4872.JPG

In the midst of the fierce battle, there is such a peaceful scene at the rope festival.

On the outdoor stage, a quiz tournament for Chuo-ku sightseeing certification has started.

A fellow correspondent went up on the stage, and it was the Chuo-ku Tourism Test and the official text.

Introducing "Chuo-ku Monoshiri Encyclopedia that can be seen on foot". It's really nice.

Now, it's time for a quiz where you can finally get the luxurious prizes you've been waiting for.

Yes, I understand all the questions. He's a correspondent. ※I don't have any information leakage (laughs).

He shouted and applauded if the place was a little excited, and he would be a resident of the city.

And watched the little children vigorously raise their hands.

It is also the job of the correspondent to explain the quiz.

It was an interesting and helpful commentary that would say "Hey ~" unintentionally.

I have to follow you.

Thank you for your support!

In addition, entertainers from Yoshimoto Kogyo performed balloon art at the venue.

There are lots of content that will entertain visitors all day.

Oh! Mr. Pikachu. It's my first time to see you.

IMG_5545.JPG

Even before the actual performance, it is a large service that offers cute poses.

All the good adults who were present were turned into smiles and left.

IMG_4867.JPG

As expected, Pokemon. Please do your best for the "10 Great March" after this.

On the way back to Ningyocho with great satisfaction, I found a deep hall, Tokyo Miso Kaikan.

I would like to express my respect to Mr. George May, who is developing the series.

IMG_4880.JPG

I don't know the location, so please look for it as well.

It was such a report, but even those who could not come to the certification booth.

We hope that you will be interested in the Chuo-ku Tourism Test and correspondent activities.
