White peach (white peach x green peach)

Jelly finished based on the concentrated juice of white peach, and rose-shaped jelly containing collagen using white peach puree and green peach are mixed.

 I went to Cartier's Ginza boutique on 6-12 of Ginza 2-chome. In Japanese, I used to write "Carche" before, but recently it is said that it is correct to write "Cartier".

I came to ask for a replacement core (Refill) for a ballpoint pen, but in the elevator, a "leopard called breadtail" welcomed me. In French, I write Panther.

During the checkout process, there was a cold tea service in consideration of not getting bored.

Last year's viewing party was also introduced, but this year it will be from Monday, June 4 to 10 (Sun).

 

You can watch from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

 The last day of the 10th is until 8 p.m.

It is held at the special venue on the second floor of Ginza Main Store. Admission is free.

 

This time, I was also taken care of by Watanabe Manager of Soke Genkichichoan Ginza Main Store.

 

This firefly viewing party has been held since 2004 and is the 15th this year.

Genyoshi Soke raised the fireflies eggs born during last year's viewing party in the nature of Okayama by himself.

One year later, this time, it is a genuine "Ginza-born fireflies" who have returned to their hometown Ginza as an adult.

About 600 of them are majestic.

I guess Ginza once had reached such early summer.

This year's firefly light was ephemeral, strict, and very beautiful.

Last year, the number of visitors was about 1,000 in seven days.

Every year, it seems that there are many people returning from work on weekdays and couples and families on weekends.

Especially on weekends, there is a line outside the shop.

This year, it is expected to be so popular that visitors to the venue will be restricted.

 

 This firefly viewing party is a firefly, so the exhibition period cannot be held for a long time.

In line with this event, there are special events on each floor of this building.

"Tokiwagi" - a long-established Japanese confectionery shop that claims originality

If you take Eitai-dori St. toward Nihonbashi Intersection, you will find Chiyodabashi in front of Showa-dori. When Eitai-dori St. was built in a large-scale reconstruction plan after the Great Kanto Earthquake (1923), it was built as a bridge across the Kaede River, which was flowing here at the time.

It is said that Tokiwagi, a Japanese confectionery, founded along the Kaede River in 1910, so it was more than 10 years before Chiyodabashi was built. He once moved the shop along Showa-dori, but then returned to his current location. The current wrapping paper is marked as "Chiyoda Hashi Tokiwaki", and you can feel the history of continuing to carve.

 Currently, the third generation, a friendly couple is taking over the shop.

 Mr. Tokiwaki doesn't have any sweets lined up in the showcase. You will see several kinds of Japanese sweets placed in a heavy box, and customers will choose from them. It seems that it is a sales method that has been continued since its founding.

This time, I would like to introduce the original Japanese sweets "Wakashi" that I purchased at the end of May. It is a very young purple sweet made from red beans, hand-made beans, and sugar.

 The disappointing thing is that we use coloring (red No. 3). These tar pigments, which are prohibited from being used in food in some countries in the United States and Europe. If you don't use this, I wonder if the beautiful color of "Wakamurai" will come out.
 However, the texture and elegant sweetness that ephemeral but melting in the mouth are products that you want to taste at least once, even if you are not a Japanese confectionery fan.
You need to make a reservation for the purchase of this "Wakamurai". You can receive it on Thursday and Friday the week following the day you booked.

 When I went to receive the booked "Wakashi", I was surprised to ask how to do it! As expected, the skill of a master! Oh, I'll keep it secret.

When you purchase "Wakashi", actually look at the cut and imagine how to do it. And enjoy the elegant sweetness and texture of this sweets. I recommend sencha which is slightly darker, but it goes well with black coffee. Also, I think it is ideal as a souvenir for loved ones.

Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), who always introduces seminars, is located in the Tokyo branch office building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kobe.

On May 28 (Monday), at the Hakutsuru Ginza Style, a sake party was held to commemorate the release of "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku no Sake" for media officials.

As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has created “Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm” as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building since 2007, and cultivated its own developed rice “Hakutsuru Nishiki”. I am working on it.

In order to develop excellent sake rice, the breeding of Hakutsuru Nishiki was started to elucidate the excellent characteristics of Yamada Nishiki, the best varieties of sake rice, and to develop even better sake rice.

In 1995, we started crossing the variety "Wataribune", the father of Yamada Nishiki, and the mother "Yamadabo", and registered the excellent variety as "Hakutsuru Nishiki" in 2007.

Next, Mr. Shota Takao, Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm, explained and reported on the history of Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm and this year's "Sake of Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm".

As a year of Tenku Farm from the perspective of 25-year-old Takao, he talked about the difficulties of managing the growth of rice and the fight against the "city sparrow" trying to eat the ears that grew.

And the sake rice harvested last year is about 50 kg.

The sake rice made from here is said to have been highly evaluated at the Hachioji test site.
