This time's recommendation is "Ginza Jisaku". At a Japanese restaurant near Tsukiji in Ginza 8-chome.
It's not a shop that says "a little bit of a cup after work" ... but entertainment and special date
It's perfect for you.
The interior of the store has a well-built Japanese-style interior with a high-class atmosphere and all rooms are available.
It is a completely private room.
The full course of cooking is at least 10,000 yen, and there is a threshold for the poor like me.
It has a high feeling, but it is a shop that you want to use only on special days.
The dishes are made with orthodox Japanese-style kaiseki, appetizers, soups, sashimi, baked goods, etc.
Mouth, meat dishes, porridge, desserts are all delicious enough to surprise.
I'm satisfied.
And our signboard menu "water-cooked porridge" is an exquisite word. "Water-cooking
A traditional taste made by a chef specializing in water cooking called "" uses only chickens, water and onions.
That's right. Each customer is assigned a customer service charge one by one.
It is finished in the field, so you can enjoy the ultimate taste without having to bother your hands.

We have reached the equinoctial week in autumn. It's finally the arrival of a refreshing season.
Here, Tsukiji Honganji is a major base in Tokyo for the Jodo Shinshu Honganji school, and at the same time it is also a famous architecture and tourist spot known for its unique form designed by Chuta Ito.
The number of worshipers does not stop on a regular basis, but many people visit during the equinoctial week. There was also a line in main hall for burning incense and worship. Although the hall is majestic, is it the atmosphere that has long been rooted in the downtown area that makes you feel familiar?
Many people know Tsukiji Honganji well, and it has been featured many times in this sightseeing correspondent blog, so this time the report of the temple itself is around here and the gourmet of the precincts I will introduce you.
As a local resident, I often take care of Shisui, a Japanese restaurant on the first floor of the Daiichi Empire Hall on the precincts.
The dishes here are solid seasoning and elegant servings, and there are many fans. "Monzen soba" is a popular dish, and it seems that many customers visit for this purpose. There is also a set menu of soba and rice, so it is a useful place for lunch.
In addition, the morning set in the morning is a popular menu, with standard items set one by one. There are plenty of rooms and banquet halls, which are often used in Buddhist memorial service and parties.
There is also a "tee lounge" near the entrance, where you can often see local elderly people chatting while drinking tea here. I think the salon-like atmosphere where you can calm down and talk is a space you want to take care of.
In fact, "Katsu Sand" is overwhelmingly supported by me and local young people in this "Shimizu". It is not on a general lunch menu, but you can make it by ordering individually at banquets etc. This is a comprehensive taste work that is soft and juicy tonkatsu into bread and moist scissors and seasoned with a unique sauce. I'll carry a few of them to my mouth. It can be said that it is "a masterpiece". If you have a chance, please enjoy it.
There is no flashy publicity or no special eyeball project, but I guess these solid and productive stores are "famous stores". From now on, I would like to make it an important place to go.

In the middle of September, the morning and evening have become a very cool and easy season. Colds are prevalent due to summer fatigue and changes in temperature, but is everyone changing?
In other words, I suffer from unexpected hand-foot-and-mouth disease (the disease mainly affects infants). About two weeks ago, the throat swollen bright red, and countless pigeons on the mouth, hands and feet flat. The situation where I couldn't eat due to pain and pain continued for about a week.
Nyanko Tsukiji, who loves to eat, is hungry despite suffering. In the bed, I thought of what I wanted to eat when I was cured.
Last weekend, when we finally recovered, the first return to Japan was "yakiniku" ... I enjoyed the meat at Tsukiji "Sureya" familiar in the neighborhood.
The menu you order is always the same. Tan salt, carbi, halami, Mino, Shima intestine, and sea flea.
Good, salad, kimchi, yam And put on your favorite garlic power.
"Goodleya", which uses Yonezawa Wagyu beef, is in a calm restaurant at home. It is a beautiful shop without noisy, so you can eat slowly.
The meat and hormones are high quality and the quantity is just right, so it is recommended. I feel that the dishes are characterized by relatively modest spiciness and strong sweetness.
We'll have bivin noodles and kuppa at the end. Both are sweet and refreshing, so I think those who are not good at spicy are OK.
The number of seats is about 5, so we recommend that you make a reservation by phone when you go.

The Mochi no Matsuri Honpo Mochikichi, located near Tsukiji Honganji from ADK Shochiku Square Building. Every month, 9, 19, and 29th are Kusuke's Day, and we sell cracked rice crackers that are a little difficult at a very low price.
Hisasuke! C'est ne pas 10.
Yes, it's less than 10, it doesn't reach 100%, but it's broken.
It is said that rice crackers that cannot be sold at the right price have come to be called this in the industry. It is sold from 7:00 am and can be purchased before going to work, so it is useful for friends to eat snacks at 10 o'clock or 3 o'clock.
This morning, at 10 o'clock I flattened one bag with my wife at home. It's also perfect for holiday snacks. There is also "Enmochi", a rice cake with raw confectionery bean paste. There are two types of this, red bean paste and bean paste. Please try it once.
Don't forget to go out to Ginza and Tsukiji! This morning too, I served cold tea, and the heat was drawn. It is a shop that offers warm hospitality.

I wanted to eat pancakes, so it was a shop that came out when I was looking for it.
Go down the stairs next to Questina on the first basement floor of the Nishiginza Department.
It's like an old-fashioned coffee shop.
There were so many different types of pancakes.
But when it came to the stage where I actually ordered, I wanted to eat salty food and eventually had a sandwich lunch (laughs).
This is also an old-fashioned coffee shop sandwich. It's nostalgic and delicious~ (*^^*)
Oh, by the way, I had the tomato pulled out (laughs).
A woman who puts magazines and reads only at the hospital.
While reading Shukan Bunshun and others, I made a sandwich (laughs)
I felt like I had slipped back in time to Showa!
