Chocolate specialty store in Ginza ★Decadance du Chocolat

[Mapo ★] April 29, 2015 09:00

There was such a chocolate specialty store in Ginza 1-chome.
It seems to have been made in February of last year, but I didn't notice it.
Decadance du Chocolat
It seems that there has been a shop in Shibuya for 10 years.

It was the time of Easter, so there were a lot of egg-shaped chocolates.
The chocolate of this Nana crayon was cute.
I bought 4 bottles alone, but it's creamy and very delicious.♪
But I'm glad that it's not refrigerated.

KIMG0250.JPG KIMG0255.JPG

The contents are milk chocolate and white chocolate.
Coffee, pistachio, caramel and passion from the left.

The macaron was also a little large and delicious.
This is refrigerated, so next time. 。 。

And what surprised me is the coffee service for those who bought chocolate.
There is also a milk pot, so you can put it in plenty and put it into ole.★

There are chansons flowing in the store, so you can feel like Paris.♪

Kitakata Ramen [Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 27, 2015 16:00

We had Kitakata ramen at the food and drink corner in Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE, an antenna shop in Fukushima Prefecture in 4-chome Nihonbashi Muromachi.

This is for a limited time, Kitakata Ramen's long-established store "Maruya" is opening a business trip. Moreover, it seems that the opening of encore stores in response to the great popularity of the past.

By the way, Kitakata ramen is a local ramen made around Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture. There are about 120 ramen shops in Kitakata City, and the number of shops per population is said to be the best in Japan, and along with Sapporo Ramen and Hakata Ramen, it is counted as one of the three major ramen in Japan.

The soup is light with soy sauce flavor, the noodles are flat noodles with a unique shrinkage, and the texture is soft and sticky. The ingredients are char siu, green onions, menma, and nart. It's a good taste of Japanese soba.

The eating and drinking corner of "Midette" is substantial, and for a limited time, famous shops in Fukushima Prefecture are opening business trips, and from May 7th, after the GW, we plan to have wappa rice.

By the way, "Midette" is a dialect of Fukushima Prefecture, a word of hospitality that expresses the feeling of invitation such as "Look, come and visit".

Just one year after opening, the website of "Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE" is here.

The original Kuzumochi of Funabashi-ya [COREDO Muromachi store]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 26, 2015 09:00

On the 1st floor of COREDO Muromachi, there is Funabashiya COREDO Muromachi store. I had Kuzumochi.

 funab1.JPG

Matcha Kuzumochi (with tea) which is limited to the COREDO Muromachi store. Matcha honey (white honey and matcha) and matcha kinako (kinako and matcha) are served. Delicious

I learned that Kuzumochi is the only fermented food in Japanese sweets. Hey~

 funab2.JPG

By the way, Funabashiya's main store opened in Kameido Tenjin Sando in 1805. It is a long-established store that has been in business for over 200 years, and has been popular since the Edo period as the original Kuzumochi store. Funabashi-ya, the name of the shop, was taken from the birthplace of the founder.

The wisteria at the storefront seemed to bloom early, and it was in full bloom.

From April 18 this year, the wisteria festival is being held at Kameido Tenjin Shrine (3-6-1 Kameido, Koto-ku) near the head office.

By the way, I'm sorry to say, but this is also one photo (taken on April 22)

Lunch in Ginza ★La Manière

[Mapo ★] April 25, 2015 14:00

A French shop located in the basement of a building called Optica in Ginza 3-chome.

It seems that the restaurant week was full soon.

This time, we went to lunch with 6 girls on the OZ Mall plan.

The course is 4,180 yen for 4 items (sa, tax included)

I'm fascinated by the table setting when I first sat.

It's nodding that it's popular with girls.

KIMG0283.JPG KIMG0284.JPG

I intended to book a plan with a drink, but it seems to have ended in March, so six people opened the champagne.

Before that, the shop provided a beautiful rose sparkling called Sakura.

In the first amusement, there was a frit of bamboo shoots, and did the appetizers do scallops and cherry salmon?

The green sauce seems to be spring.

KIMG0285.JPG KIMG0292.JPG

The bread was also delicious, and the butter was cube-shaped and there were several kinds.

And the main one is Hokkaido Sika Deer. There was no habit and it was soft and delicious.

I think the match was potato.

KIMG0291.JPG KIMG0292b.JPG

The dessert is chocolate with a crunchy texture. The small sweets were also very fashionable.

This time it was a shop I would definitely like to visit at night.

Visit to member stores of Chuo-ku Tourism Association Bistro TOUT (bistrotu)

[Silver] April 22, 2015 18:00

I'm going to go to Hatchobori for business, where? When I was thinking about lunch, I found a member store on the website of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association.

It is a Western restaurant where you can eat French and other dishes about 2 minutes from Hatchobori Station.

The address is 2-28-9, Hatchobori 1F, Tanaka Building TEL: 03-3523-0680

The front of the shop is a blue color that reminds me of the Mediterranean Sea. It's nice. I went inside right away.

There are 16 seats in the store. JAZZ was flowing. Regulars came in one after another, but it is said that it is relatively vacant before 12 o'clock and after 13 o'clock.

P1001067.JPG

This lunch is less than 1,000 yen. There is no French that can be easily eaten for less than 1,000 yen, so I'm happy.

P1001069.JPG

I've had beef stew today. 1,000 yen (tax included) with salad, consomme soup and bread.

It contains 5 large beef, 5 pieces of gorogo, the seasoning is mild, and it is my favorite taste.

P1001070.JPG

This is the same in the evening. The number of shops I would like to visit has increased.

The store name TOUT is Total in English. That's all right.

Please refer to here for more information about access to the store.

Bikini PICAR (Bikini Picar) [Cored Muromachi]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] April 7, 2015 14:00

We had lunch at Bikini PICAR, a Spanish restaurant in Catalonia, on the 2nd floor of Cored Muromachi in Nihonbashi Muromachi 2-chome.

bikin1.JPG

"Picar" means "to pick up (cooking)", and Pinchos (tidbits) and tapas (small dish) are also available. We ordered lunch menu.

bikin3.JPG

5 kinds of pinchos tapas assorted

bikin4.JPG

It was a seasonal soup, and this day was a chickpea soup.

bikin5.JPG

Fidewa (Pasta Paella)

It seems to be a specialty dish of the Catalonia region, and the crispness of thin pasta is fresh and very delicious. As the main dish, you can also choose today's meat, fish, and rice paella.

bikin6.JPG

Paella of clams and wild plants

In the main rice paella, the large clam soup stock that makes you feel spring is soaked in the rice and matches the bittersweet of wild vegetables.

bikin7.JPG

It comes with dessert and coffee.

It was my first time this time, but the shop feels good and the cost performance was good, so I would like to come again.

The inside of the store is divided into a casual "bar corner" and a "dining corner" where you can enjoy a meal slowly while sitting, so next time at the bar corner, I would like to enjoy drinking with pinchos or tapas.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 23:00.
