Maxim Dopari Ginza opened in 1966, recreating "Maximus" in Paris.
After moving to Tokyo, I wanted to go there at least once. It was in 2010 that I visited on the birthday plan. While being enchanted by the dining room in Art Nouveau It was a blissful time to taste delicious food and wine.
Last year, we went to the lounge on the upper floor for lunch. I'm really sorry because I didn't think it would go away.
It was around mid-May that I learned that the store was closed. I tried to make a reservation right away, but there were fewer days when I was vacant.
Maxim's menu is traditional French cuisine. Because it was lunch, it wasn't so heavy. Recently, French cuisine that comes into Japan is also available. Perhaps because of the influence of Japanese cuisine, it has changed to something lighter.
Also, in Ginza, the number of up-and-coming chef French restaurants is increasing steadily. Meanwhile, Maxim seems to be a bit unsuitable for the times. Maybe it's gone.
There are 4 types of lunch. I made it a concord of 6,000 yen (excluding SA and tax).
Amuses are made of fish mousse with untan. The appetizer is a courie of parotine serpno, a horohoro chicken wrapped in foie grass.

Today's soup is Visisoirs. The main dish was Piare Barsamico sauce of Suzuki.
![RIMG1774.JPG](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/RIMG1774.JPG)
I ate Suzuki at Maxim in Paris two years ago. Japanese Suzuki was smaller and the taste was delicate (^^;
The lower left was mostly chosen by most people.
Blzeal veil sauce with a flat tongue.

Avandesale is orange mousse. It was very nice.

And dessert is also nicknamed "Napoleon Pie". A cake representing the popular Maxim Dopari Ginza♪
As it is the date of birth, a class person is contacting the store. Appeared in such a wonderful decoration!

It was a very good memory.
30 days will end with a 47-year history.
Napoleon pie is Ginza Sony Building until the 30th. Daimaru Tokyo store, Haneda Airport Terminal 2 store, It seems that you can buy it at Tobu Ikebukuro and Ecute Omiya.

The opposite side of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, which is slightly off Showa-dori Street. A small coffee shop "Café Melami" in the shop. It is said that it opened in 1974, so it is a shop full of Showa retro feeling. Inside the store, furnishings that seem to be layered with annual rings, dark brown color The interior and other items create an even more atmosphere. Furthermore, the middle-aged husband is wearing a butterfly tie, and for a moment, Showa. It looks like you had slipped back in time to that time. The space in the store is 5 counter seats, 3 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people. I can't say it's a big compliment, but personally, this much. I think it's good.
Signboard menu means "red spa set" and red spaghetti. Like that, Napolitan appeared. Enoki, onion, wiener Bacon and literally red spaghetti. (No green vegetables such as peppers or komatsuna are contained.) Set with grilled rice balls, salad, coffee or tea. 800 yen is resonable. By the way, this "Akaspa Set" is popular when it was founded in 1974. It seems that it was on the menu, but it was temporarily stopped and revived in 2004. That's right.
And the other recommendation is "Hotcake Set". It's cheap at 500 yen, even though it is limited to 14:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. Moreover, it's hand-baked. It's slightly sweet and has a crisp surface It was delicious.♪ The location may be a bit difficult to understand, but you are coming to your neighborhood. Please drop in at the time.

I went to Italy Restaurant Week before I'm worried about Vesis Alkentore's vegetable buffet. I went there a few months later.
It's only on weekdays, but the Antipast buffet is 1080 yen! There were about 12 kinds of soup curry, which was especially delicious.★ I eat it with five grain rice or a small bale-shaped rice ball. It's healthy and light.
![KIMG0234b.JPG](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/KIMG0234b.JPG)
If the buffet alone is not enough, choose the main with a la carte. There is a buffet on the main side. In fact, I feel like I can eat the main for about 400 yen.
In Ginza, there is not much such a reasonable lunch.

On this day, we made a vezis-style hamburger, potatoes, mushrooms and cheese (1480 yen).
And just show me the point card I got when I went last time. A companion can also serve a drink after meals (*^^ *)
"Wellness Italian with plenty of vegetables" Because it is a shop with the concept, you can eat plenty of vegetables.
It seems that a cooking class is also being held. I'd like to go there once.

June 16th is "Japanese Confectionery Day". Many people may have seen the entrance of the confectionery shop. "Kasho" was the basis of this "Japanese sweets day". Regarding the origin, Emperor Nimei offered confections based on the 16th number based on the oracle in the late Heian period and changed to Kasho to remove the plague, and then in the Muromachi period, `` Gadding 16 sentences of Jiading Toho and bowed. " During the Edo period, it became an annual event and was one of the climbing days, and it was said that confectionery was distributed to various daimyo and flagships at Edo Castle great hall. According to the Toto Tojiki, "Kaisho's celebration, the castle of various princes. It is said that this is a great place. It is said, "It follows the Imperial Palace ritual that eats sweets offered to God as an exorcism." By the way, "Kading Treasure" was imported from Soong when Zen coins were not yet made in Japan in Song Qian. It says, "20,000 sweets are lined up in the Edo Castle large hall" (Toraya's website), so it is somewhat fun just to imagine that the daimyo and Hagimoto dressed in front of it will receive sweets from the general beautifully. It is said that the common people also had a tradition of eating sweets and rice cakes in 16 sentences as "Kasho-ku". It seems that it was established as "a happy event to escape the plague and wish for health."
As you know, Mr. Taneya is the head office in Omihachiman City, and since it entered Tokyo in 1984 (1984), it has been more than 30 years. It's completely blended into Tokyo. I've booked that Taneya is making "Kichicho Yoshisho", a limited release of "Kasho" only one day. It's my first time, so I'm excited. It's just the day of tea lessons, so I wanted to show it to my friends and asked for twofolds. It's 800 yen for 6 pieces per turn. We wrapped Koshian in dumpling dough and treated Domyoji Temple (explanation of the shop). It was very popular with my friends.

Taneya makes many kinds of seasonal sweets, but some of them are fashionable creative Japanese sweets such as "Olive Daifuku" and "Agar Tomato". At the end of June, "Mizunazuki", which is related to "Summer Exorcism", will be released only for two days on June 29th and 30th. Please enjoy Japanese sweets that make you feel the season with your eyes and tongue.

I also go shopping in Yaesu and Yurakucho.
Today, I run on Sotobori-dori St. in front of Tokyo Station (Yaesu Exit) toward Yurakucho.
It's past the hotel that has been closed now
There is a convenient bicycle rack that is convenient under the highway, so stop the bicycle there.
(This bicycle storage area is free for up to 1 hour.)
The destination is the corner building (Ginza Fujiya Building) across the traffic light.
There is the "Lipton Tea School" (from 1994), which I have been concerned about all the time.
When I took a deep breath and pressed the elevator button and arrived on the second floor, there was a wonderful space waiting there~![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/heart02.gif)
Of course, it is a place for learning, but there is an open course. (We also sell black tea, etc.)
This month, there was a "Let's add hot tea" lesson (3,000 yen excluding tax) on June 4th. (I regret )
But it's okay![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/sign01.gif)
On June 18th (Thursday), the "Ginza Bee Project" was launched.
~ Honey lesson ~ There is a "Ginza Honey Course" (5,000 yen excluding tax).
Focusing on honey born around Ginza and the Imperial Palace, yes, that honey collected in urban areas
Check the differences in taste depending on the type and time of the flower.
For tea time, add your favorite honey.
It seems that you can enjoy honey milk tea .
Those who are interested in honey and those who love tea, please.![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/sign01.gif) ![](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/mt-static/plugins/InsertIcon/images/sign01.gif)

Shukule Bijuu is a shop that has become a hot topic for jewelry candy work. Previously, there was a store in Matsuya. It seems that the Ginza main store has opened, so it has moved here.
I happened to find it through the backside of the construction of Matsuzakaya.
![RIMG1826.JPG](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2015/06/RIMG1826-thumb-200x150-21519.jpg)
Not only the beautifully displayed candy work, but also The baked sweets and raw sweets seemed to be delicious, but they were also delicious. As a head office limited enthusiast, I asked about the limited items that can only be purchased here.
![RIMG1837.JPG](https://en.tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/archive/assets_c/2015/06/RIMG1837-thumb-200x150-21523.jpg)
Then, there are more than a dozen chocolates that can only be purchased here, and we were able to taste them. I chose three and purchased it, but chocolate like a rugby ball.
It contains cinnamon-flavored cookies, especially your favorite taste. It seems that it is light and popular with men.
