[Chuo-ku to enjoy with children] #08: Issho mochi for birthday commemoration! (Ginza 7-chome)

[Dye] July 31, 2015 14:00

This time, it was a long time ago, but I would like to introduce how Chibi of my home celebrated his first birthday and celebrated at a wonderful shop in Ginza at that time.

The shop is "Irimoya-Bettei-"

It is on the 4th floor of the Ginza Lion Building at Ginza 6-chome intersection in Chuo-dori.

"Bear Hall Lion Ginza 7-chome Store" on the first floor is the oldest existing beer hall.

Since its opening in 1934, it seems that the appearance has not changed completely.

The entrance of the iris house is behind the street, just one road from the street.

I made a reservation here in advance and visited at lunch time.

Guided by a calm private room, adults can enjoy colorful and delicate dishes.

A 3-year-old nephew has a children's plate, and a 1-year-old Chibi has a one-year-old mochi.

Mr. Chibi, carrying Issho mochi. I was able to choose the furoshiki that wraps it from various patterns.

In addition, the shop took a group photo and printed it on the spot, and when I returned home, I cut this rice cake and made it a souvenir along with the photo.

s17_07.jpg

It was a delicious rice cake that felt the rice and melted quickly.

In addition, I think it's a reservation privilege, but I also received a birthday cake.

Chibi and others are also excited about the candle service that opens with a paka.

The shops were also very kind, and I had good memories on the anniversary.

And the tired mother has a good time. 。 。 (^^;)

1st birthday is special...How about such a luxurious anniversary occasionally?

Icing cookie specialty store ★Merifactury

[Mapo ★] July 30, 2015 14:00

A cute shop that I happened to find around Ginza as usual.
Merifactury Ginza, an icing cookie specialty store.
It's located next to Kirfebon in Ginza 2-chome.

When you enter, it has a cute interior that looks like a toy box turned upside down.
Just being inside makes you feel happy.

There are so many kinds of message cookies.
Wedding, prayer for passing, thank you, celebration of childbirth, prayer for safe delivery, support, etc.
Any message can be conveyed deliciously by cookies (*^^*)

RIMG1856.JPG RIMG1853.JPG

There are cookies of various occupations, and personally I wonder if the patissier was cute.
Also, cookies for pets such as dogs and cats were good.
But this time my sister will give birth in August, so I made it a cookie to pray for safe delivery.

By the way, the reason why the price is slightly different is the number of colors used.

It seems that there are boxes and pears for celebration, and it seems that they can handle any celebration.

RIMG1874.JPG RIMG1854.JPG

There are also cookies and pens where you can write messages on your own.
It may be good for a private celebration or a drawer★

It's cute and tasty for a little petite.
There is no doubt that you will be pleased.♪

Soon the Day of the Ox ★Eel weight at Nodaiwa

[Mapo ★] July 23, 2015 14:00

It seems that this year's Earth Ox Day is July 24 and August 5.

It was crowded near the day of the Ox, so I went a little earlier.

Nodaiwa, which I wanted to go for a long time, is a long-established store that has been in business for 200 years.

Actually, I wanted to go to the Ginza store, but only Sunday I can go.

Both the Ginza store and the main store in Azabu are closed on Sunday.

That's why I remembered the special dining room on the 8th floor of Nihonbashi Takashimaya.

It's a department store, so of course it's open on Sunday as well.

However, I went on July 12 and waited for 90 minutes. 。 。

The special dining room contains the Imperial Hotel, Yamatoya Sangen, and Nodaiwa.

I feel that there were overwhelmingly many people who were eating eel in terms of time.

And the special dining room here is often replaced with tea.

At the end, Hojicha was also available, and the service was very good.

I also ordered a boiled rice with eel weight.

It was a hot day, so it was cool and delicious.

The method of grilling eel is different between Kansai and Kanto.

Since I came here, I often eat Kanto-style eels.

Both are delicious with different goodness~ (*^^*)

Ningyocho has a quiet appearance (town walk "Eat Walk" Part 2)

[Marsha Horiuchi of Edo] July 16, 2015 16:00

From the end of the Tokugawa period, I sometimes go to Nihonbashi Elementary School, which stands on the site of the Saigo Takamori mansion in the Meiji era.
I'm in for the library and pool.

First, leave Exit 8 at Suitengumae Station on the Hanzomon Line and return to school.
You can see "This half of freshly fried croquettes" like a special one.

There are a number of old-fashioned alleys around here, each with a food shop.
There are a lot of things. Meanwhile, it was a small piece called "Nakayama", famous for tempura.
There is a shop. The couple is inside and outside the counter.
Tendon, which has a somewhat black and sweet and spicy sauce while creating a lily atmosphere.
It's a treat here, it's no wonder that there are many regulars at night.

Then, looking around the alley, there is a whale figurine on the roadside,
This was called Fukiya-cho and Sakaimachi during the Edo period, and is popular among the common people.
It seems to have been a mecca for maneuvering dolls. The doll's manipulation thread used at that time
In other words, the beard of a whale can make the most flexible movement.
It seems to be a sign of appreciation for this whale.

And speaking of Oyakodon, it's "Tamahide", and I also have lunch on a holiday day.

ck1515_20150715 (4). JPG ck1515_20150715 (5). JPG

And there are two towers that rise the street of the subway station in Ningyocho and Suitengu.

You can see "Edo Rakugo Karakuri Ogura" and "Edo Fire Exting Karakuri Ogura".

Ningyocho seems to be a place where some old Osaka remnants remain.

Nihonbashi Fish Bank and the Birthplace of "Toro" -Introduction of Yoshino Sushi Main Store ~

[Pampon] July 14, 2015 14:00

Hello.

It's on the top.

Hot days continue, how are you going to spend?

This time, I would like to introduce the Yoshino Sushi Main Store (3-8-11, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku), which inherits the tradition of Edomae sushi.

That's right.

Before introducing you, do you know that there was a fish shore in Nihonbashi?

・・・ Time goes back 425 years. In 1590, after Ieyasu Tokugawa entered Edo, Settsu Country

More than 30 fishermen from Tsukuda-mura, Nishinari-gun (now Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka Prefecture) went to Edo to create "Tsukuda Island".

With permission to fish in the vicinity of Edo, he offered seafood to the Tokugawa family.

In the sea at that time, a large amount of fish were landed, and even if they were paid to the Tokugawa family, there would be much.

Therefore, fishermen focused on Nihonbashi, which has good water transportation, and began selling seafood on the banks of Nihonbashi.

This is the beginning of the Nihonbashi Fish Bank.

At present, there is a stone monument called "the birthplace of Nihonbashi Fish Market" on the site (1-8 Nihonbashi Muromachi).

At that time, it was so prosperous that it was said that "a thousand cars fell in a day", but it was so prosperous that it was said that "a thousand cars fell in a day."

The market was lost due to the Great Kanto Earthquake. Later, it was decided that the fish shore would be relocated to Tsukiji.

The history of the Nihonbashi Fish Bank, which lasted for about 300 years, will end its curtain.

The Yoshino sushi main store in Meiji period, where there was a fish shore in Nihonbashi, started its business at a stall.

One day, I made a fresh tuna fat that had just been purchased on the fish shore into sushi.

It was a big hit. A regular customer often ordered "sushi that was easy to eat."

It seems that it was named "Toro".

Yes, "Yoshino Sushi Main Store", which has a shop in Nihonbashi 3-chome, is the birthplace of "Toro"!

This photo is from the time I visited Yoshino Sushi Honten.

I was thrilled at lunchtime on weekdays and passed through the noren.

The shop is already full. Businessmen, people who have finished shopping at Takashimaya, etc.

It was a lively and warm atmosphere with people who enjoy drinking from the daytime.

The Yoshino sushi main store has inherited the spirit of "Sushi is the food of the common people" and "Stall sushi loved by the common people" for generations.

I learned about the history of Nihonbashi Fish Bank and became a shop I would like to recommend more and more.
