"Tsukiji Shrimpkin" [Shrimp soba specialty store]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] Nov. 26, 2015 09:00

Tsukiji Ebikin, a shrimp soba specialty store located in Tsukiji 6-chome, diagonally in front of Namishi Inari Shrine.

It was introduced on TV, and before, in this blog, other correspondents introduced me.

ebiki11.JPG

It's a bit far from my company, but for shrimp lovers, it's a shrimp soba that makes you want to eat it on a regular basis.

ebiki12.JPG

It was lunch time, so I waited out of the store for a while.

ebiki13.JPG

Even though it is light, the flavor and flavor of shrimp are condensed in it.

It seems that the soup has boiled sweet shrimp heads for a long time with 50 shrimps per cup.

If you eat it, you will be convinced of the naming of "Ebi soba" instead of "Ebi ramen".

Business hours

Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Saturday from 6 to 15 p.m.

Sunday and public holidays are regular holidays

Ginza hideaway Italian ★Colpodelastraga

[Mapo ★] Nov. 25, 2015 18:00

The second Italian Restaurant Week is
Corpo della Straga in Ginza 8-chome.
It's a difficult name, but it seems to be the name of the witch's blow.

It was a small question of whether or not to put in 20 people
It's a hideaway shop, but you can see a lot of attention to each dish.

The appetizer salad also contains quiche and is full.
Salami is salsicciapicante and Tuscanna's chinternase.
And the rare ham called Brezaoladiequeina of horse meat.
In addition, the dressing is a homemade purple carrot vinegret.
Refreshing acidity and delicious~ (*^^*)

RIMG2724.JPG RIMG2725.JPG

You can choose from 2 types of pasta, and because you are not good at shellfish, you can use carbonara.
The fall truffle is scattered.
It's a non-sticky carbonara, which is also delicious.★

Meat dishes are half-sized with beef fins and foiegras.
Fish dishes are Shimanami-produced poire
For the main, I ordered a separate one for two and rubbed it half.
In particular, this mackerel is fluffy and white wine swells.
I forgot to take a picture of Japanese Spanish mackerel~ (>_<)

RIMG2727.JPG RIMG2729.JPG

Dolce is homemade tiramisu.
It was creamy and delicious (*^^*)
Drinks are +100 yen, cappuccino is +200 yen.

RIMG2730.JPG RIMG2723.JPG

But I can eat such a course for 2500 yen.
Mr. Italian Restaurant Week.♪

I'd like to go at night and eat a variety of dishes in Alacarte.

Ginza still has many hidden famous stores and is deep (* ^^*)

There is also a reasonable pasta lunch that is not a course, so it is also recommended for OLs.★

The last year of Tsukiji Market

[Shitamachi Tom] Nov. 25, 2015 09:00

Are you enjoying the colors of the late autumn season? A full-fledged winter will come soon. The town of Tokyo is finally starting to decorate the tail of the year.

P1130127_R.jpgChuo-ku is also a commercial town, so the end of the year begins here and there. Listening to the BGM of Jingle Bell and the sound of the bell of Fukubiki, I think the year is finally over.

Tsukiji was a place where foreign settlements were placed after the Meiji Restoration, and according to one theory, Tsukiji was the first Christmas party in Japan.

I guess you have been active in incorporating new things for a long time. Even now, this town seems to be full of free and advanced spirits that are not bound by old evil.

By the way, Tsukiji Market will be relocated in November next year. We started to carve out the countdown of the remaining one year. The out-of-office market remains, but this year was the last time we spent the New Year with the Central Wholesale Market. In December, the number of shoppers increases day by day, and people who regret more remnants than usual may be pushed.

P1130128_R.jpg

I sometimes serve as a tourist guide for Tsukiji with the help of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, but from now on, it may be a little sentimental every time I talk about relocation.

Fortunately, the construction of a pre-maintenance facility in Chuo-ku is also progressing, and you will soon be able to see the new Tsukiji. I am sure that the future of the new generation Tsukiji Market is also attractive.

Please remember the bustle of the Tsukiji Market neighborhood, which has reached the end of the last year, in your memory.

◆ The splendid hospitality of the owner of "India Curry Nakaei" in Tsukiji grounds

[Sumida Fireworks] Nov. 12, 2015 09:00

Tsukiji Market in the morning. It is a lively place where people and cargo come and go all the time.

Especially when you come to the market in Tsukiji, most of the people who jump in their eyes. This is a place where you can see something like the origin of human beings, "people work", and just looking at it will give you energy from the morning.

s_hanabi27-1.jpg(In the Tsukiji area seen from Umiyuki Hashikado)

Actually, since this spring, I get up once or twice a week and have breakfast at the market before going to work.

I have been a correspondent at the historical timing of the relocation of the in-house market to Toyosu New Market, but I hope that even one of the memories can be left in this place called Tsukiji Market There is also a feeling, so I decide to get up early.

I go to a curry shop called "Nakaei" in the market.

When you enter the shop, the shopkeeper is at the forefront of the U-shaped counter, always keeping the shop up.

s_hanabi27-2.jpgThe basic menu of Nakaei curry is three types (550 yen).

 ・Indian curry (dry)

 ・Beef curry (sweet)

 ・Hayashi rice (tomato flavor)

In addition, there is also a menu called "Gogake" (650 yen). It is a menu where you can choose two from the three basic types and serve it on one plate, and it is recommended for sightseeing and first-time people.

In addition, there are menus such as seafood curry and curry with roasted char siu.

s_hanabi27-3.jpg(The match between Indian curry and Hayashi rice. 650 yen)

What's surprising at this shop is that it's very early from ordering curry to coming out!

A few tens of seconds after sitting, the curry is right in front of you. I think there are times when it doesn't take ten seconds.

One of the secrets of speed is that the shopkeeper remembers quite a few regular faces and their orders. There are regulars who come out curry without ordering.

I went to this shop several times, and I noticed it, but I wanted to try out how long I could go to be like this regular.

So when we entered September, we decided to fix the order to "Indian curry and fried egg".

After that, I continued to go there once or twice a week.

s_hanabi27-4.jpgIt was long from here.

I often order "Indian curry and fried egg" by myself.

Will the day when you don't say "Indian curry and fried egg" come? Will it be in time for the date of the move to the new market?  ・・ ・ ・ I feel anxious.

When we approached the end of October, when we entered the store, the shopkeeper said, "When is it?" Oh~ I was happy. Do you mean I have been certified as a regular? It was the 8th morning after "Indian curry and fried egg".

It seems that the curry shop in Nakaei was founded in the first year of Taisho (1912). Before moving to Tsukiji, the fish market was located on a bridge called Nihonbashi in Chuo-ku, but it was a long-established curry shop that had been around since then.

Many of the customers who enter the shop work in the market, but since they are often in a hurry at work, the speed at which this curry is served is one of the "hospitality" created by the place called the market It may be.

s_hanabi27-5.jpg(Tsukiji fish riverbank seafood curry. 1,000 yen)

What I like about this shop is that this shopkeeper's "hospitality" is really wonderful, or it is splendid without waste, and makes you feel comfortable from the morning.

Attention to each customer is done as a matter of course, but the conversation between the customer and the owner is really pleasant. I feel like a pleasant music that I hear in the morning.

It seems that this shopkeeper is the fourth generation since the company was founded. It seems that there are many regulars who come to the store to look forward to talking with this shopkeeper.

Well, the main "India curry" of Nakaei curry.

Spiciness does not mean super spicy, but moderate spicyness. It may be classified as a fast-food restaurant, but I think the taste is a reasonable talented person, but I think it is a taste that feels a little nostalgic.

s_hanabi27-6.jpg(Indian curry and fried egg. 550 yen + 100 yen)

As you can see, it is characterized by the fact that cabbage is poured on the rice, and the rice is quite voluminous.

Each person eats it, but how to eat cabbage, rice and curry is guided at the store, and I think it is the most delicious to eat it according to it. The crunchy feeling of cabbage is irresistible.

It has been less than one year until the date of the relocation of the Tsukiji Market to Toyosu New Market. Closed on November 2, next year. The next day is a closed day and will be relocated in 3 days from 4 to 6 days.

s_hanabi27-7.jpg(In the Tsukiji area seen from the water shrine)

Of course, this curry shop will also be relocated, but even if you ask the shopkeeper, it doesn't seem so urgent, but it feels crisp.

There will be various problems associated with relocation in the future, but we have to move forward. I was talking like that.

From now on, Tsukiji's "place" market will reach the end of the last year, but there are still days until it moves.

It's time to try an order other than "Indian curry and fried egg", but I hope that I will continue to go as much as possible so that good memories will be remembered by this time next year.

Omelette sandwich with YOU [Cafe YOU]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] Nov. 5, 2015 14:00

you111.JPG

"Cafe YOU" (Ginza 4-13-17 Takano Building 1F and 2F) is a long-established coffee shop located near Kabukiza Theater for over 40 years.

you112.JPG

There are many Kabuki actors, and they often appear on TV and magazines.

you113.JPG

The chairs and tables in the store have a retro feeling, creating a calm space.

Cafe YOU is famous for its thick omelet rice, but the omelet sandwich is also really delicious.

This is a fluffy egg sandwich baked like an omelet.

you114.JPG

Also, the blended coffee here is delicious, and a slightly sour coffee goes well with the omelet sandwich.

There are times when there is a line outside the shop, but it is not always the case, so please try omelet sandwich and blended coffee once by all means.
