Tsukiji Orimine ORIMINE BAKERS-We can also deliver bread-

A friend who loves bread received an email saying, "I found a new shop," and I immediately looked into it. It is "Orimine" in Tsukiji 7-chome. Since it opened four years ago, it seems that there are many familiar people, and the specialty of the shop "Orimine bread" of "Aging overnight with domestic wheat and homemade raisin yeast" already leaves only one half size. It is said that bread is baked twice a day, so it may disappear around noon. "Milkyb Red" (298 yen) and "Hard Toast" (298 yen) Hard type "Calenz Noah" (432 yen with plenty of current and walnuts in rye dough) I noticed a flyer for "home delivery of bread" near the cash register. It says, "If you order by the day before you want to deliver, it is OK," so we will ask you a few days later. If you order more than 1000 yen at a time, there is no shipping fee and payment is at the time of delivery.

The nearest station is Shintomicho Station on the subway, along the quiet street between Chuo-ku government office and Tsukiji police station, there is the authentic Italian "S'apposentu diaki" (map below, marked ○).

Here you can taste delicious Italian based on regional cuisine in Sardinia.

By the way, Saposentu (S'apposentu) means "room" in Sard language ().

Because it is close to my company, I often use it for lunch.

WINE & BEER, ISE-UDON BAR Ise Monogatari GINZA

 As I walked from "SUNMI Takamatsu" in Ginza 6-chome toward 5-chome, I found a shop with vinyl curtains so as not to miss the warmth of the shop.

It's a shop opposite the "Ikinari Steak".

 At the entrance of the shop, there is a sign saying "WINE & BEER, ISE-UDON BAR Ise Monogatari GINZA".

This is the first time I've experienced a restaurant called Udon Bar.

 From the exterior, I feel the atmosphere of a cheap standing bar.

When you enter the shop, "What kind of shop is it?"

There is a proper bar counter, and there is also an endorsement of "Mie Support Store".

I decided to try it.

The white wine is delicious with Ise-no-don like sprinkled with raw soy sauce. (Thinking about Aya in the photo, I wonder if red wine was good.)

There are many meal menus, and there are more than 10 udon menus, such as Ise Udon and Matsuzaka Ushi Sukiyaki Udon.

In the Ise Seafood series, it is written in Japanese spiny lobster and English as Japanese Spiny lobster, and there are more than 10 Western dishes such as Abalone.

I went to Kofunecho for lunch.

 

1) First, we had a lunch with "Funasushi" and it was a reward for the weekend.
It has a quiet appearance, and the crisp sushi held by Mr. Itamae is delicious.

 

2) And if you go a little to the right, you will find Iwashiro Inari Shrine, a banner that says Success XX.
After all, in the Edo period, it was just said to be "Iseya, Inari, dog droppings", and everywhere.

Hot break in cold winter (amazake)

I went to amazake Yokocho in Ningyocho on the cold Saturday of the twenty-third.

The name of amazake Yokocho is said to be derived from the fact that Owari-ya sold amazake at the intersection of amazake Yokocho and Ningyo-dori.

The best Pesen in Ginza Edo is the standard of Tokyo famous confectionery.
