"Ginza Senbikiya" Tsukiji store opened today as a "sweets and chocolate specialty store using seasonal fruits". It is a well-passed road facing St. Luke Street, so I was looking forward to opening the store and came immediately. It's opening time at 10:30, but the line continues to the outside of the store even after 11 o'clock when we arrive. There are chocolates and sweets sold in "open quantity limited". However, looking at the showcase of the cake, my eyes became noticeable and I made it a classic shortcake and a Tsukiji roll cake from Senbikiya. The interior of the store has a calm wood grainy interior, with fruit jelly, madleine, fruit jam, and retort beef curry. Please note that does not just sell the freshness fruit of the image called the high-quality fruit speaking of a Senbiki person.
Ginza Senbikiya was founded in 1894 (Meiji 27) by dividing goodwill from Senbikiya Sohonten. It is also well known that Japan's first fruit parlor opened in 1913 (Daisho 2). The Tsukiji store is a "sweets and chocolate specialty store", and the chocolate won a gold tablet at "Salon du Chocolat 2015 Paris", the world's largest chocolate exhibition. It's also fun to be able to see up close by patissier and chocolatier people. Next time, I'm aiming for "strawberry tiramisu" which I gave up this time.

After having lunch with a friend in Ginza on this day, we had lunch.
I went to Markeys at 8-chome Nishi Ginza-dori for the first time in 9 years.
This shop is famous for its Eclair, but it's a good place.
In fact, this high heel chocolate is so delicious and cute.
The price of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) for three is the same as 9 years ago.
The size is about 3 to 4 centimeters each.
I couldn't buy it because it was sold out.
I made a reservation on the spot and came back a week later.
There are three kinds of white, bitter, and milk.
Alazan in the shoe decoration is also like a jewel.
The chocolate itself is hard and firm, but it's hard.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, it melts smoothly and quickly,
You can feel the moderate flavor of cacao.
The taste of chocolate spreads in your mouth.
High heel chocolate is palm size and
It seems that you can order the actual size as well.
If you receive such a present, you can wear it on the spot (laughs).
By the way, this small chocolat 3 and 6 contains
It seems difficult to buy unless you make a reservation.
It is likely to heat up in February and March, so as soon as possible.★

A 1-minute walk from Exit 2 of JR Shin-Nihonbashi Station, we had "Tenei Soba" at Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE, an antenna shop in Fukushima Prefecture.
It's "Wariko soba." The scent of soba was very good.
The tempura "Yakon" was also delicious.
Yacon is a perennial plant of the Asteraceae family, which looks like sweet potatoes, but the texture is crisp and looks like yamaimo.
Originally it was not a Japanese vegetable, it was made in the mountains of Andes.
It seems to be made in Tenei Village, Fukushima Prefecture.
The address of Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE is on the 1st floor of Yanagiya Taiyo Building 4-3-16 Nihonbashi Muromachi.

Since its establishment in 1894, Ginza Senbikiya has been popular for its sweet taste and aesthetic appearance.
In the story for the first time in Chuo-ku, it is introduced as the "store of fruit parlor".
According to the "Map of Japan Firsts" published by Tokyo Chuo City Tourism Association,
Sembikiya opened the first fruit parlor in Japan in 1890. The restautrant served fruit punch for the first time in Japan.
The renowned Tsukiji store of Ginza Senbikiya will open on January 15, 2016 (Friday).
The location is also close to Tokyo Metro Tsukiji Station and Shintomicho Station, facing St. Luke Street.
From Tsukiji Station, diagonally opposite the Nikkan Sports Headquarters, it is in front of Susumu Otsuka, Mieko Memorial St. Luke's Clinical Science Center Building, which is near completion.
The number of private use and the choice of gifts has increased again.

It's on the top.
We look forward to seeing you again this year.
By the way, there are many wonderful restaurants and delicious shops in Nihonbashi, but this time I am a big one.
I would like to introduce my favorite Ding Thailand Yutaka (Dintaiphone).
Ding Thailand Toyohi Motohashi is a dim sum restaurant located on the second basement floor of Nihonbashi Takashimaya. "Spanding small baskets to the world
It's no exaggeration to say that it's a good shop. The main store is located in Taipei City, Taiwan. 1996
Opened an overseas store for the first time (It seems that the first overseas store to be memorable was Shinjuku Takashimaya!) 、
Currently, there are more than 110 shops in 10 countries around the world (from Ding Thailand Toyo HP).
Actually, Ding Thailand Yutaka. In 1993, the New York Times newspaper said, "The most popular restaurants around the world."
It has also been selected as one of the 10 stores. It's amazing! At the Nihonbashi store, you can enjoy the skills and taste of the dim sum master who has inherited the tradition.
You can do it.
Both my husband and I love small baskets are fascinated by their deep taste. 。
There is also a sale of souvenirs (you can enjoy it at home ♪).
Lunch is quite crowded, and even on weekdays it takes a little time to enter the store, but I try to go there.
The value is "Large". I feel happy.☆
