"Plain Pancake" cooking class under Yukinoshita

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] October 26, 2017 09:00

On October 23, when the typhoon passed and the dazzling blue sky spread, a cooking class was held at the popular cafe "Yukinoshita Ginza" with a constant line. The location is Ginza 1-chome, which is close to Kyobashi Plaza, on the 3rd floor of the Tomato Building, where a large tomato picture is a landmark. Of course, I will teach you the synonymous "Plain Pancake" when you say Yukinoshita.

1.jpg for blog under the snow

In the recipe, I taught each process carefully, including how to use equipment, in the amount that is easy to make at home.

2.jpg for blog under snow

By baking slowly at low temperature, you can create a pancake that will attract everyone! ! My dream time flows for pancakes like yesterday.

From the dough of Shaba Shaba, the freshly baked texture is like magic.

In midsummer, Usako always returned to the sidelines lined up from the third floor. I finally entered the store in September. I was captivated by the thickness and height of that pancake since I met him. This time, it was a very satisfying cooking class that solved the mystery.

According to the store manager Nishigaya, the first cooking class was held this time with the desire to make the pancake boom from four years ago a culture. It started in Osaka and opened a store in Ginza soon. The restaurant with veranda and counter seats is an open space like an urban park.

A Christmas-only classroom will be held on December 4th. Christmas version of pancakes. What kind of arrangement is it? I don't use the oven, so it's easy to make it. If you are interested, please visit the website below.

Tsukiji Out-of-site sushi chef fills up and opens a new store in Ningyocho!

[wombat] October 23, 2017 16:00

I found a shop that creates a nice space where even one can drop in casually.

tou.jpg Shop (4.) jpg

A new prayer (Tou) opened in the summer of 2017, a 1-minute walk from Ningyocho Station.

It is a shop where you can enjoy both Edomae sushi using traditional techniques by sushi chefs who have refined their skills at famous restaurants for many years at Tsukiji Market, as well as creative sushi full of surprises that have always been in mind.

I'll pick you up and tell you what you've explored.

Above: First of all, I had a first with the wine.

There are also seasonal matsutake mushrooms! I'm full with this alone.

Below: The right side of the plate on the left is the cheese.

Even if it is soaked, it goes well with wine~~~~

After that, while having fun at the restaurant, listen to the story of sushi chefs and enjoy it.

We use our experience to provide good and reliable materials at any time, taking advantage of our personal connections in the Tsukiji market.

In addition, I am glad that the price is kept as low as possible by taking advantage of the goodness of personal management.

16 seats in total, counter and table

While having fun talking with sushi chefs in a quiet space, you can forget the passage of time.

Things to change and things to keep protecting - Taimeiken

[rosemary sea] October 20, 2017 16:00

This is a rosemary sea, covering "gifts and enjoy yourself" neutral.

This time, I would like to introduce Taimeiken, a long-established and popular Western restaurant in Nihonbashi.

The founder is Shingo Modegi.

Independent in 1931 (Showa 6) and moved to Nihonbashi in 1948 (Showa 23).

After pursuing "Western food for the Japanese", he went from the first to second generation to Masaaki.

Master a.jpgAnd to the third generation, Koji. (The image on the right)

It seems that the number and taste of dishes have been changed according to the times.

However, there are things that continue to protect, things that have been firmly inherited.

From parents to children, and to grandchildren.

The traditional taste, this is certainly true.

This is why it was loved by many celebrities, including writer Shotaro Ikenami.

Mr. Tsuruoka, who is in charge of public relations at Taimeiken Co., Ltd.

We also provided an image.

In addition, here is an article introducing the kite museum on the 5th floor of Taimeiken.

⇒ /archive/2017/10/post-4674.html

⇒ /archive/2017/10/post-4675.html

Let me introduce you.

The first floor is a Western restaurant where you can enjoy casual atmosphere.

The line has not stopped since the opening time.

The secret of the popularity is that you can enjoy the taste since its founding at an affordable price.

L1180067b.jpg

Furthermore, not to mention again here, the dandelion omelet (Itami Juzo style) became famous for Juzo Itami's movie "dandelion".

You all know.

Fluffy omelet on chicken rice, if you make a cut quickly with a knife ... it is opened in a half-ripe manner ... The attraction at the amusement park is already on a face.

Omurice -1c.jpg

There are also standard omelets made with omelets and ham rice wrapped in eggs.

DSC_0154c.jpg L1180096a.jpg

And Balcich (left) and Coleslaw (right), they are still offered for 50 yen.

I can't help you. I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

Here is the food lipo of the Rosmari family's dandelion omelet.

"The omelet is soft and the taste is best.

I think it can be enjoyed by adults and children."

The second floor is a Western restaurant where you can taste authentically.

You can calm down and have traditional dishes. We also have a course meal.

Small dish 4a.jpg

The specialty dish here is small dishes.

A customer-oriented dish that allows you to enjoy a lot of different dishes little by little.

That should be the case, and it seems that this small dish is based on the words from customers.

"As you get older, you will not be able to eat quantitatively.

If you eat this dish, you will not be able to eat the next dish, so it's bad but it's left.

Is there any idea that the amount is small and you can eat variously? " And so.

・・・ It seems that the first generation, Shingo, began to serve small dishes from here.

The 3rd and 4th floors are banquet and party space.

You can enjoy cooking with friends who are relaxed in great hall.

We are also preparing dishes according to your wishes, and we look forward to your inquiries.

Orient - "Returned Spaghetti Meat Sauce" and "Napolitan" at Nihonbashi Colled-mae Store.

1. October 18, 2017 09:00

100_2527.JPG

I had enough time until the next schedule, and I found "Spaghetti Meat Sauce that came back" in the window I looked into with tea. I feel nostalgic and sucked in the shop. Orient has been in business for 60 years, and various people of families, couples, and age groups have enjoyed deliciously in a store with a retro Showa atmosphere at the time of its founding. It is a nostalgic Japanese Western food such as curry rice, palm rice, and gratin. Spaghetti Napolitan (950 yen) which was lost. First of all, egg soup, the green salad that comes with plenty of potato salad and tomato are served.

Even with this alone, I feel completely refreshed! The spaghetti Napolitan you are looking for has come. And Parmesan cheese in a tapasco and green tube. Speaking of which, in the past, spaghetti was accompanied by these two. Napolitan has peppers and onions, ham and sliced sausage, and ketchup flavor. The spaghetti is boiled well, and it feels a little nostalgic, saying, "This was Napolitan."

100_2526.JPG

"Pasta is Aldente" is now fully established, but I remember that it was the first time Itami Juzo wrote in "For Women" nearly 50 years ago. I realized that I still remember quite a bit of the content, whether I was longing for the scent of Europe while feeling that I couldn't touch my nose.

Italian cuisine teachers sometimes make everyone laugh, saying that they want to eat Napolitan sometimes, but the Japanese who created Napolitan is amazing. Next, I would like to try "Spaghetti Meat Sauce that has come back".

Momoroku's Momotaro dumplings-a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Kyobashi-

[Tokyo Dumbo] October 16, 2017 09:00

The other day, I went to a studio in Tokyo Square Garden B1F to record "Hello! Radio City" of Chuo FM Co., Ltd.

This was my first time in Tokyo Dumbo. ☆I enjoyed recording with Mr. Cricket and Mr. George May. Thank you very much.

During the meeting of the recording, MC JUMI talked about "Momoroku"'s raw soy sauce dumplings, so I went to "Momoroku" immediately on the way home from the recording.

"Momoroku" is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded in 1869, and the fifth generation now inherits the taste.

IMG_2256.jpg 2.jpg2.jpg

Tokyo Dumbo has also purchased "Momoroku"'s dumplings, dorayaki several times, and it is one of the favorite shops for the whole family.

The dumplings are small in size, three rice cake styles, and the taste is raw soy sauce flavor and strained bean paste.

Every day, the dumplings handmade at the shop are baked, and the taste of soy sauce purchased from "Nurihiko" right next to the shop is soaked in a slightly burnt place, and it is fragrant and very delicious. The red beans used for strained bean paste are also cooked by hand at the shop every day.

IMG_2257.jpg2.jpg

What is shown with the dumplings is called "Oki no Stone", which is Momoroku's original Ann Donut-style sweets, and I went here too.

In addition, "Momoroku" is often used by Kabuki actors, etc., and among them, Mitsuko Mori, an actress of the National Honor Award, is favored, and Mitsuko Mori's masterpiece "Wandering Ki" In commemoration of the performance in 2017, we have started selling Dorayaki with a "Wandering Record" and a seal. It's a taste that has a solid taste but is not too sweet.

IMG_2250.jpg3.jpg

Please drop in when you come around Kyobashi, "Momoroku" Japanese sweets, which are not only enjoyable for yourself and your family, but also perfect for inserting and using items.

There are not only castellas but also civilization hall-hayashi~

[Mido] October 15, 2017 09:00

Speaking of civilization halls, castella No. 1 and telephones are often associated with snacks at No. 2 and 3 o'clock, but in fact, it is not just castella. The "Civilizationdo Cafe" is set up in the Nihonbashi Main Store of Bunmeido, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. The inside of the store is spacious and you can relax. In the background music, slow ballad jazz was flowing comfortably. And there is also a terrace, so I think it's a good idea to relax on the terrace seats in this season in search of a sense of openness.

The lunch menu (5 types) comes with salads and drinks for about 1000 yen, so it can be said that it is reasonable. All of them are delicious, but the most popular is "milf-boiled egg Hayashi rice", which is modest in sweetness and is seasoned for adults. It's no exaggeration to say that beef and onions, which are likely to melt in black sauce, and the texture of semi-boiled eggs perfectly match, and it's no longer an exaggeration to say that it's artistic. It has a slightly rich taste, but it is not persistent and completes the meal. Indians are surprised not only at Castella but also at the Café in Civilization Hall, "There are palms too!" (I may not be able to communicate unless you are over 50 years old ... lol)

And under the drink I ordered, there was a coaster of that nostalgic commercial, Koguma Dance (Civilizeddo Mame Theater). Just looking at this, it seems that you can hear "Hell Orphe (Japanese title "Heaven and Hell")" in your head. Close to Mitsukoshimae Station, when you come to your neighborhood, why not have lunch at "Bikudo Cafe"?
