On February 10, the 4th "Parent and Child Bird Observation Meeting" was held by Tsukuda Tsukishima Shimbun and Tsukuda River City Residents' Association (cooperation: Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd.).

After listening to a lecture on recent circumstances, such as (1) the blessed birdwatching environment in the Ishikawajima and Tsukuda areas and (2) the changes in the bird ecological environment following the dismantling of the Tsukiji Market, and (2) the bird ecological environment in Tsukuda and Tsukishima.
Visit Ishikawajima Park, Paris Square, and Tsukuda Park while learning how to find and identify birds with guidance from the local birdwatching family and nature observation instructors.
This time, I met Indian spot-billed duck, Eurasian wigeon, Owang, Kawau, Urica plum, Segrocame, black-tailed gull, Hakusekirei, dusky thrush, common sandpiper (upper left image), brown-eared bulbul and Japanese white-eye.

The “Shinshu Inspired Healthy Cooking” Academy focuses on the “food” of “Healthy Longevity Prefecture Nagano” and learns new menu proposals unique to Shinshu and directing methods that will impress customers.
On February 8, at Angelo Court Tokyo (Yaesu 1), participants of this academy, Takako Yokoyama of the regional cuisine family, Masakazu Kitazawa of the artisankan, and Tadahito Yumoto, chairman of the Nagano Prefectural Culinary Association. The event "Shinshu Impressive Cooking Proposal Presentation" was held to sample the menu proposed by Nagano Prefecture's delicious Shinshu Food Minister.

A new menu designed to become a new specialty of Nagano Prefecture while using Nagano agricultural products, traditional ingredients and dishes.
Shinshu's "food" is a combination of "standard" and "diversity" including fermented foods and preserved foods that are tasted with Nagano wine and sake, and pursues deliciousness, comfort, and surprise.

Ginza U.K.'s show window is entertaining us every year as the four seasons change.
This time, they showed off the bees that danced in the show window. I am trying to collect honey from cherry blossoms that seem to be Yoshino cherry tree.
