Walking outside in thin clothes has finally become a pleasant season. After all, it is the season when plants bud, and both mind and body are fine.
One weekend when I first experienced recording at Chuo FM (84.0MHz) in Kyobashi, one of the correspondent's activities. The blue sky was pleasant, so I thought it would be wasteful to return home as it was, so I decided to walk toward Tsukiji. Recently, I like to stroll around the Akashicho area and the former Tsukiji foreign settlement. Especially around the Toysler Memorial Hall and St. Luke's International Hospital, there is a lot of greenery, and I'm looking forward to reading books, buying bread at a nearby bakery, and filling my stomach. Sometimes I encounter people who are depicting the scenery around here in earnest, but I don't have a picture, and I envy you gently peek from behind.
There are many Historic buildings and monuments in this area, but this time I would like to introduce the plants I saw instead of those explanations.
First, geranium (foreground) and rosemary near the entrance of the Toysler Memorial Hall. The soft pink geranium seems to have just begun to bloom. Rosemary is growing vigorously with new leaves, and when stroked, the stimulating scent moves to your hand. The sharp scent of rosemary has the effect of refreshing your head. It goes well with meat dishes. Is this fringe lavender? It seems to be growing rapidly, and it seems that the buds will come from now on. There were also different types of lavender that had already bloomed. The dignified figure of Ayame is very beautiful. A rose of Hanabusa like a ball. I don't know the name, but it was so cute. In addition, there were many bright yellow flowers and light purple flowers (I'm sorry, I don't know the name).
A pomegranate tree that grows beside the brook that flows next to the memorial hall. Flowers are beginning to bloom. And here, which was covered by a signboard near St. Luke's International Hospital Children's General Medical Center, is it a peach instead of a plum (Isn't it different)? I would like to see both of them grow up to harvest.
And there is a standing sign (back side) on the flower bed in front of the center. 'Laboratory of Plant Assisted Therapy TOKYO UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE' is written. Upon examination, it seems that there is a plant intervening therapy laboratory at the Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University of Agriculture.
Cherry sage and margaret were in full bloom in this flowerbed. The contrast between white and red of the cherry sage is lovely. It may be raised carefully by hospitalized patients.
And so many plants entertain your eyes and minds.
The Sumida River and Tsukiji Market are also close, so please add it to one of your walking courses. There's a new discovery.♪

Today, Tsukiji is the fish shore, but it was located in Nihonbashi during the Edo period, when it originated. Later, after the Great Kanto Earthquake, it was relocated to its current location in 1935 (Showa 10). In other words, in 2012, 77 years have passed. To commemorate this, Tsukiji Nanikaichi started in the out-of-market last year.
On the 7th of every month, I'm really looking forward to going, such as offering special products that each store boasts at a special price and limited products that only sell on the 7th, but on May 7th after the consecutive holidays Tsukiji's first time in the world that you can eat and compare the eggs from Tsukiji Outer Market. The event was held!
As there is the phrase "Giant / Taiho / Egg-yaki", there are many people who like egg-yaki, from children to adults. I really like it! Even if you take it to a souvenir, you will be really pleased.
Originally, it seems that there are many ovaki shops in Tsukiji because it is used for sushi rice, but when asked, "Which shop is delicious?", Tsukiji's deepest part. That's because there are 8 shops on the out-of-market map! Each store not only sticks to the eggs of the ingredients, but also makes its own taste by devising sweetness, how well the soup stock is made, and how it is baked. In addition to plain ones, depending on the shop, there are various variations of egg grilling, such as eels and ducks, crabs, cherry shrimps, wild plants and misansho, leek and honey leaves, plum dried and chili, matsutake mushrooms and chestnuts on a seasonal basis! With this alone, it was really difficult to conquer all the stores, and it was difficult to answer honestly.
In such a situation, I saw the poster of this event. The moment I saw it, I couldn't help but think, "Who thought about such a happy project!"
By the way, on the day, when you go to the venue "Platto Tsukiji", you will first receive a reception, and you will pay 200 yen there. Then you will be given a white tray and fork.
The tray is covered with paper, each of which contains the names of the eight participating stores. On the left of the reception, there is a corner of "Yamacho", where you put eggs on the place where "Yamacho" on the tray is written.
Then, when you turn around the venue clockwise, "Marutake", "Hontama Kojima", "Tamahachi", "Tamayu", "Daison", "Daisada", "Matsuro", followed by egg-yaki of the 8 participating stores on the tray. System that is all aligned.
At the last "Matsuro", we also received a pack containing two eggs. In addition, we also received flyers with various service benefits, and compared to eating!
It was my first experience to eat this much at the same time. As an amateur, the first thing I notice is that there is a big difference in sweetness. And the method of making soup stock is completely different. In addition, some have a fluffy texture, while others are smooth and smooth. No, no, everyone is hard to beat, and as expected, "Tsukiji, a food town." If you like sweetness, I feel like I'm one step closer to that shop, and if you like soup stock, this shop and Tsukiji master, which can be recommended according to your taste.
And on June 7th,
It's called "new tea and seaweed" and "handy seaweed".
This is also the first event in Tsukiji.
This is going to be a deep world.

There are many wonderful places in Chuo-ku, and at the same time there are many wonderful people. From now on, I would like to introduce the story of meeting wonderful people around the city.
This time, I went to Shintomi-cho for the first time.
As you already know, Chuo-ku is a town with a history and tradition related to culture and art, but for the first time, we will introduce attractive spots and attractive people related to music. There are many music spots from Ginza to the vicinity of Tsukiji.
[DYNAUDIO JAPAN] in Shintomi-cho is an import and sales agency for audio equipment made in Denmark. If you like music, I think you are particular about the equipment, but the equipment handled by the company here, especially the speakers, make use of the know-how accumulated over many years, and stubbornly value design and concept like North Europe, seems to have gained deep support among enthusiasts as a product of a specialized manufacturer that values design and concept. Chuo-ku is a land that has been accepted by a new and advanced culture of foreign countries since ancient times, so many people may recognize such good overseas products.
We spoke to Mr. Masato Maeda, the president of the company. In the first place, about 12 years ago, it was founded based on a sense of responsibility to deliver truly good things, and in response to enthusiasts who wanted a place to check the real thing, a showroom was opened three years ago.
Recently, I was able to download as much music as I want through the Internet, and I was worried that the development of mobile media may have reduced the number of people listening to music, but Maeda says, "On the contrary, I want to listen to proper music Is increasing. " I actually heard it, but I was overwhelmed by the thickness and softness of the sound even as an amateur.
However, when I asked persistently whether there was an easy idea such as "I should listen to music", I asked, "I hope you can listen to it with a good speaker at first and wake up from there." It was a very generous word.
In addition, when asked, "Is it classic to listen with this kind of device?", "I don't necessarily have to stick to it. You just have to listen to what you like. Whether it's pop or enka, it's important to listen to your favorite music in a good environment. "
Maeda also has a separate company called onandon in this place, which mainly supports studio management and all kinds of music creation. I was surprised to find a calm place in the basement of a building in the city center. If you consult, it seems that you can borrow it for various events depending on the conditions.
When I listened to the story, I thought, "This person really loves music. And I like to interact with people." It was a relieved day to see such a loving studio and find a place to blossom another music in Chuo-ku.

A new studio of Chuo FM (84.0MHz), which broadcasts the radio program "Hell! Radio City", which you know, has started broadcasting on April 22 (Monday).
This program is broadcast from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 13:00 (rebroadcast is 18:00), but from around 12:30 on Monday, a correspondent from the tourist association came and talked about blog There is.
The new studio is located on the first basement floor of Tokyo Square Garden, which opened on April 18.
I went to this newly opened studio because there was a recording about the correspondent blog. It was my first time to enter a studio, but it was a very beautiful studio because it was just completed.
First of all, at the entrance, as shown in the photo below, the door only says "Radio City 84.0MHz Central FM". It's not a shop, so you don't have to stand out too much. In the photo, you can see the passage with the door half open.
There are festive flowers in the aisle.
At the end of the aisle, a stylish Chuo-ku map is affixed.
There is a glass-walled studio facing the underground garden of Tokyo Square Garden on the right hand side, where the recording took place. You can also peek from the outside, so if you go, please take a look at the studio. You might see a celebrity.
On the left side is personality Toshiya Nishikawa (I thought it was not necessary to know everyone, but I wrote that some people may not know their faces because it is a radio broadcast).
I've been talking with Nishikawa for only about 10 minutes, and I'm a very amateur, but I'm a fool, but I'm impressed that the simple and point-taking story is indeed a professional personality. Was.
If you haven't heard the program yet, please listen to the Central FM at 84.0MHz.
Also, if you can not watch this program on the radio, you can listen to it by connecting to the following Simul Radio on a PC, so please come by all means.

Tokyo Square Garden, where our studio is located, is directly connected to Kyobashi Station on the Ginza Line.
In addition, from the first basement floor to the third floor, there are 30 shops including restaurants and shops. There are many places where the lunch price is around 1,000 yen, so I think it is easy to enter.
The building has an underground plaza with an open space and an aerial garden on the third floor.
In addition, the ceiling on each floor is high, so it feels very relaxed, and there are chairs for resting here and there, so it is recommended to relax. The URL is as follows.

It's lunch time on a sunny day in May.
I went to Ningyocho to eat hot freshly fried tempura.
At the recommendation of a friend, the goal is "Tempura Miyabi" standing quietly behind the alley near the Hisamatsu intersection.
Despite 15 minutes before opening, there is already a line in front of the store.
In the restaurant where the counter seats are the main, freshly fried tempura comes out one after another in front of you.
As for the lunch course, in addition to seafood such as shrimp and scallops, seasonal fish and vegetable tempura, mini Kakiage Tendon is also accompanied.♪

A 1-minute walk from the Higashi Oji Paper Headquarters in Ginza Mitsukoshi, there is a "Kencho" (Kakuuchi).
It opened last November.
(Kakuchi) This means not drinking alcohol at a bar, but drinking sake directly at a liquor store. Drink with your mouth directly on the corner of the square box. It means turning and partitioning a corner of the store for standing drinking. (Daiji Izumi)
The inside of the store is bright, and the pillars of Shiraki invite nostalgia. The table is unified in white, creating a gentle atmosphere of women's preference.
It seems that the shop is managed by a liquor store in Kanda. You can drink various kinds of sake such as Japanese sake (sake), wine and shochu. The snacks are mainly canned, and there are snacks that match the sake of bonito kakuni. Dr. Canzume explained with a smile.
In addition to standing-drinking business. Orders also deliver cold liquor from one bottle (the Ginza neighborhood).
In addition, there are rare liquors, but don't worry because this shop does not sell or give a premium at the market price.
Today, there was "Takarayama of wealth" at the store.
There are a variety of wines, and there are some brands that are irresistible for wine lovers.
I ordered a sake set by standing drink. Enjoy the spring menu "Ume no Yado", "Dewa Sakura" and "..." Drink while enjoying the spring. The knob was "Kasaya cheese", and the fine details of the kusaya were trapped in the cheese, creating the harmony of cherry blossoms in the mouth.
Today, at the counter, Mr. Fumie, a Japanese sake coordinator, served us. Toast in full bloom. 。
Mr. Akie says he's a little bit of alcohol.
The bright atmosphere of the staff seems to promise the future of this store.
(Japanese sake) The word (sake) sounds better than (sake).
