[Chuo-ku to enjoy with children] #Maternity & Postpartum Yoga (Higashinihombashi)

[Dye] December 8, 2014 09:00

This time, I would like to introduce the yoga studio "Studio + Lotus8" (Studio Lotus Eight), which I am still taking care of during and after pregnancy.

s10_01.jpg s10_02.jpg

A 2-minute walk from Toei Shinjuku Line Bakuro-Yokoyama Station or Toei Asakusa Line Higashi Nihonbashi Station.

After exiting A2, turn around the corner in front of Higashi Nihonbashi San Post Office along Kiyosubashi Street and walk a little.

Here, Postpartum Yoga and Maternity Yoga classes are held every week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

◇Mamas home project (Postpartum Yoga and Maternity Yoga)

The reason I started going to school was that I tended to lack exercise before and after giving birth, and my pelvis was loosened, so I decided to move my body, but more than that, I feel that I have been greatly helped in terms of feelings I do.

There are doubts and anxiety about childbirth and childcare, but all the students are in the same situation, so I was able to make mom friends while talking about my worries. In addition, the teacher also has children, so it is really encouraging to teach me what I do not understand about yoga as well as childbirth and childcare.

s10_03.jpg

You can participate with your baby. The breathing technique I learned was also useful for giving birth.◎

s10_04.jpg s10_05.jpg

The spacious, solid wooden floor is comfortable!

s10_07.jpg s10_06.jpg

There are also bouncers and toys, so don't worry. You can also go to change diapers or breastfeeding on the way.

When I resumed classes about three months after giving birth, my teacher first asked me, "Do you have any physical problems?" Yeah. ...There's nothing in particular. 。 No, I have it!...Speaking of which, I am and I am..."I was surprised at myself who had never thought about my body at all.

I think it's thanks to the postpartum yoga class that I was able to notice such a thing.

By the way, at the beginning of the class, there is time to talk about the state of the child and my physical condition every time, so it is also a good opportunity to objectively look back on my child and myself, and the worries of other moms and the growth of the child It is also a valuable opportunity to hear and sympathize and refer to it.

s10_08.jpg s10_09.jpg

After the class, the children also had tea time together in this room.

It's fun to talk with moms while being healed by herbal tea.

By the way, I'm worried about postpartum weight and body shape ..., but I was almost the same in six months after childbirth.

Muscle strength can still be like a newborn stupid depending on the posture, so it tightens the pelvic floor muscles more (^^;)

You can't train just by holding it. 。 。

There were also special events such as the following.

I'm sorry that it has already been finished, but I hope you can refer to the atmosphere from the link.

At the photo session. I'm glad to have a professional photographer take a picture and leave it as a wonderful memory.

There are various projects in the future, so be sure to check out the Lotus website.☆

Even in the midst of a busy child-raising, you can spend time facing yourself and your child with a calm feeling.

☆Nihonbashi Library

[Conquering Show Lew ☆] December 7, 2014 14:00

Reading...It's already December.

The Chuo City Library is located in three locations, Kyobashi Nihonbashi Tsukishima.

I use the Nihonbashi Library in Ningyocho.

It is a complex with Nihonbashi Elementary School and has more than 140,000 books and 170 CD / DVD seats with more than 10,000 titles in the clean building, making it a very comfortable space.

In addition, there are many automatic lending machines, so you can easily borrow books by yourself.

Of course, there are some kind staff.

By the way, I borrowed a CD from Strauss to prepare for the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower Atrium Concert yesterday on December 1st.

Why don't you use the Nihonbashi Library during the "winter" of reading?

And we recommend the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower Atrium Concert, which offers wonderful programs for the music "winter".

Duty-Free Shops in Ginza & Nihombashi

[Silver] 09:00 on December 6, 2014

Today, we showed those who are lost to the jewelry store Ando Shiho store.
When I saw the new work of the shop, I was informed of Duty Free.

If you ask a kind clerk, if the tax-excluded price of the product is 10,801 yen or more, you will be exempt from consumption tax if you follow the prescribed procedures such as presenting your passport.
This is good news for foreign customers.
Click here for the website of Ando Shiho store. http://www.ando-shippo.co.jp/

Therefore, for foreign customers, we examined the tax exemption efforts at shops in the Ginza and Nihonbashi districts.

At the store in Ginza, Motoki, a Western clothing store, was also informed of duty-free.
http://www.ginza-motoki.co.jp/duty-free/

LAOX is responding to the growing number of customers from China.
We strive to serve customers by assigning employees who are fluent in foreign languages and installing automatic foreign currency exchange machines.

The number of foreign visitors to Japan from foreign countries will exceed 11 million from January to October 2014, and 13 million tourists to Japan are expected by the end of March next year.
We also felt that we had to study the tax exemption system for foreign customers and friends with hospitality. Silver

A solo exhibition by quilt artist Flame "Red Silk Momi-Ten and Earth"

[kimitaku] December 5, 2014 14:00

P1010157honoo.jpg
In mid-October at the Shirota Gallery in Ginza

A solo exhibition by quilt writer Michiko Someya was held.

 Someya lives in Kyoto.

I suffered a serious illness more than a dozen years ago and lived in a fight.

At that time, I happened to meet "Kofu" and was fascinated by its charm. After leaving the hospital, I used Kofu to produce quilts.

P1010152sibori.jpgSomeya says, "This Kofu and others are from the Edo period. It is not seen now and is thrown away. I was so sorry that I bought Kofu and revived it as a quilt work. "I was saved by these Kofu and others."

P1010158kazakuruma.jpgP1010163hebi.jpg P1010162kanban.jpg

The event was held on the 6th, but he said, "I was very happy to see many customers."

You said you would like to hold it again next year.

・・... When I stood in front of the bright red "flame" quilt extending toward heaven, I was filled with a feeling of washing my heart. ・・・・・・・・

Kinshu no Hamarikyu 2014

[Silver] 09:00 on December 4, 2014

On November 28, this day seems to have been named as a perfect day (and to become) for visiting gardens in Tokyo with the word "good garden".

I'm not fooled by such PR words, but I don't remember visiting Hamarikyu Garden, which I usually love, in late autumn.

Then, as I visited, I would like to report on the "good garden".

The autumn leaves of the garden right after entering the park. Japanese maple was beautifully turning red.

After passing through the ruins of the Liao Pavilion, the left hand side of a short walk away.

Kofukuzakura and Japanese allspice were blossoming.

And it is the scene in front of the teahouse in Nakajima.

On the promenade in Yae-zakura, I visited in spring.

There is a couple who enjoys a leisurely walk on weekdays.

No, Hamarikyu on weekdays is spacious and it is a really healing space.

Is the best time to see the autumn leaves in late autumn until around December 7?

Please go out as soon as possible.

In the large garden where falconry is performed at the beginning of the year, mothers with toddlers about 2 years old (do you call mom friends?)

On the lawn, the parents and children were cheerful and cheerful.
