Ginza Gallery Night Party 2016

[Mill] May 31, 2016 20:00

We visited "Night Party of Gallery" held on May 27.

It is a fun project in which 24 galleries from Ginza 4-chome to 8-chome will open from evening to night, and each will be entertained with a variety of exhibitions.

I was really looking forward to it because I was participating for the first time this year.

DSC_7069 - Copy. JPGWalk through Ginza at dusk while watching the participating gallery MAP.

It is very easy to understand because the landmark Japanese lantern is lit in front of the gallery.

This is Tokyo Gallery + BTAP.

"Masunobu Yoshimura, Ushio Shinohara, Nobuaki Kojima" exhibition is being held.

In the pure white room, works created in the 1960s and 1980s were exhibited, and the energy of those days seemed to be transmitted.

Some are made of nostalgic microwave ovens

At Shiseido Gallery, "Tsubakikai Exhibition 2016-Beginner-" is being held.

Various works such as drawings, installations, and photographs are on display.

Rei Naito's small and delicate work was very impressive.

This table is the work "zine Table" by Ryoko Aoki.

This is a work in which people who come to see freely rearrange the pages, make a single zine (booklet) and take it home.

Even when I went home, I could enjoy the lingering of the exhibition, and I thought it was a very wonderful attempt.

Kuroda Toen is located on Chuo-dori.

The light of Japanese lantern was very nice.

Unfortunately, it was bad weather today, but many worshiper came from 9:00 a.m. and received a special class of Chinese zodiac Ema.

Up to two kinds, one per person. The number is limited.

In the rain of the sideways, there is also a performance in Kagura Hall.

And! This year's Reitaisai festival, tomorrow, Miya portable shrine will run around the town for the first time in 10 years!

DSC_6435.jpg

A mikoshi waiting for tomorrow's turn.

Originally, imperial procession was once every five years, but five years ago it was not done because of the Great East Japan Earthquake. That's why it's a 10-year-old look. We pray for a good imperial procession to offer safe prayers to those affected by the disaster.

Koami Shrine will celebrate its 550th anniversary this year. It was built at the end of the North and South Dynasty! Michio Ota, the founder of Edo, has a strong religion, and is now counted as the Seven Lucky Gods of Nihonbashi (Fukurokuju, Benzaiten), and is gaining popularity among young people as a power spot for improving fortune and eliminating bad luck.

It was during the war that Koami Shrine became widely known in protection against misfortune. The people who went out with the talisman of this shrine were able to return safely. And he escaped the war in the Great Air Raid. From these, it came to be worshiped as a god of good luck evil. Also, even in the Great Kanto Earthquake before that, when Miyashi evacuated to Shinohashi with his body, many people who were in the same place were saved, so it was said that it was the virtue of Koami Shrine.

DSC_6428.jpg

In the precincts, Chozubachi, which was burned down by the Great Kanto Earthquake, is still active.

By the way, Koami Shrine is famous for its unique and wonderful products, but it is also famous for its award.

This is "Mayutama Mikuji". ↓

Omikuji is in the real eyebrows. It is lucky items, which suffered from the vitality of silkworms, and it is cool because many are connected to the precincts. It seems that you can take it home and use it as a talisman.

DSC_6423.jpg

On the precincts, there is also a "Senrai no Ii", which is familiar under the name of Tokyo Senarai Benten. Please purify your coins and bills. It seems that if you put it in your wallet as it is, you will be able to get fortune!

DSC_6416.jpg

Koami Shrine is filled with a lot of culture and history in a small precinct. If you want to get rid of luck, go to Reitaisai festival tomorrow! Please take a look at Miya carrying of miniature shrines for the first time in 10 years. Of course, don't forget shrine hall's "rise dragon" and "drain dragon"! It is a dragon that controls "good luck."

Hot topic Tokyu Plaza ★Chirico Lounge

[Mapo ★] May 26, 2016 18:00

I went to the hot topic Tokyu Plaza Ginza, which opened at the end of March.
There are some shops that I'm worried about.
First, take the escalator to the Chirico Lounge.

RIMG2760b.jpg

When you look up at the ceiling of about 27 meters, you can see a great atrium space!
The lantern, hung from the ceiling, is shaped like a drum.
It seems to be an image of a traditional Japanese festival.
In the daytime, light was spilled through the gaps between the ribbons in the lantern.
Light up at night! It will be a very fantastic space.
You can relax on the sofa in the public space
You can eat and drink at the attached cafe.

The view overlooking from the glass with the motif of Edo Kiriko is a beautiful view.
It was a premium Ginza that I had never seen before.♪
I'm looking forward to the seasonal events that are held regularly.

RIMG2781.JPG

A few days later, we had tea at Sukiyabashi Chabo in the lounge.♪
I have a mysterious tea called Hojicha Art Gray.
Chabo's three sweet taste, white macaron, truffle chocolate, and fertilizer rice cake sweetness
We shared chestnut kneaded raw fu mutarashi with friends.

RIMG2782.JPG

Ginza has many foreign tourists, so it seems that Japanese sweets will also be received (* ^^ *)

[Inform the feeling of reconstruction support! ] Kumamon of Kabukiza and Kumamoto product store (Ginza 4-chome, limited time)

[Dye] May 16, 2016 14:00

I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to all those affected by the recent Kumamoto earthquake.

I think that restless days continue, but I hope that you can regain a safe and secure life as soon as possible.

There are few things I can do when I am in Tokyo, but I think that even small things can lead to support.

This time, I would like to introduce the Kumamoto product store that is being held at Kibikicho Square in Kabukiza.

I'm going to Oita next time! m(_ _)m)

This is near Higashi-Ginza Station, you know! Kabukiza Theater!

s27_01.jpg

...Underground there is Kobikicho Hiroba, where souvenirs and restaurants are located.

s27_02.jpg s27_03.jpg

Directly connected to Higashi-Ginza Station on the Toei Asakusa Line and Hibiya Line. A lively atmosphere.

The Kumamoto product store is open here only until the end of June.

s27_04.jpg s27_05.jpg

Shimomachi Antenna Shop Kumamoto Amakusa Treasure Chest (seasonal food Nippon Treasure Islandkan)

It seems that he was on a business trip before the Minowabashi train stop on the Toden Arakawa Line.

The Kabukiza version Kumamon is cute, isn't it?

s27_06.jpg

I'm going to goemon Ishikawa.☆

When I asked about their recommendations, they told me about Amakusa's "Aosa", Aso Marukichi soy sauce "Takemai vinegar", and "Lemon cake".

I am grateful that this is delicious but I can't buy it easily.

s27_07.jpg s27_08.jpg

s27_09.jpg

As it gets hot from now on, vinegar will be especially useful (`・ω ・ ')!

Personally, the most hit was Koppamochi.

Sweet potatoes, rice cakes, sugar and water candy are kneaded, and it has a gentle sweetness and texture.

s27_10.jpg s27_11.jpg

I suddenly like dumplings, but koppamochi...!!

It's delicious, this should be wider (` ・ ω ・ ')! ! !

I was told by the shop.

・It is good to cut with thread when it is soft. (If you use a kitchen knife, it will stick to it.)

・It's rather delicious after it's hardened. (You can intentionally cool it in the refrigerator and cut it with a kitchen knife.)

→It's good to eat it because it's a microwave or a frying pan. Depending on the season, for example, if it is about 5mm thick, you can see it in about 5 to 8 seconds.◎

・You can also freeze it. (Oh, convenient!)

It's rather than baked sweet potatoes, rather than sweet potatoes (laughs)

It's easy to eat because it's not mossed at all, and it doesn't contain extra items, so it looks good for your body.

Even if you say that Kabukiza is a high threshold, you can easily drop in at Kibikicho Square and enjoy the feeling of Kabuki, and now you can also meet Goemon Kumamon.

It is limited to the end of June, but if you have time, please drop in.

Ginza Kumamotokan Kumamoto Let's do our best! Let's continue to support the Tohoku region.

[Silver] May 6, 2016 09:00

First of all, we asked people in the Kyushu region, including Kumamoto, Oita, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, Saga, Fukuoka and Miyazaki prefectures, which were affected by the disaster.

I would like to express my sincere condolences to the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.

On top of that, I thought about what I could do even if I was in Tokyo, so I'm writing a blog for reference to those who are near Tokyo.

On April 25, 26, and May 2, I went to the Kumamoto antenna shop "Ginza Kumamotokan" in Ginza today. (Monday, April 25 was closed.)

There were many customers who were worried about the damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake.

KIMG1574 (400x225). jpg

With only donations, I just put the donation in the donation box installed at the entrance without lining up, so today I did that.

I've been impressed with the greatness of this bear main building.

KIMG1578 (225x400). jpg

I was impressed by the feelings of the Kumamotokan by passing the impression.

There was also a support booth at the 2nd observation deck of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, so I bought rice crackers. (April 29)

DSC00093 (400x225). jpg

Here, booths in each affected prefecture in Kyushu and Tohoku were set up, and the people involved in sales were very kind.

DSC00095 (400x225). jpg

And it is the Yaesu Tourist Exchange Center in Fukushima Prefecture in Yaesu. May 2 is a little bit less customers, probably because of the valley of consecutive holidays.

DSC00304 (400x225). jpg

Recommended by free announcer Yumi Karahashi

"Homare Shuzo Co., Ltd." in Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture, says Junmaihara sake "Naranai is something that can't be done."

DSC00305 (400x225). jpg

I purchased the seasonal Kashiwa Mochi, "Onahama Katsuo Senbei" from Iwaki City.

Don't forget to visit antenna shops in Tohoku, such as Kumamoto and Oita prefectures, which were severely damaged this time, and Fukushima and Iwate prefectures, which were damaged five years ago.

Postscript: On May 3, at the venue of the Tsukiji Festival, a donation box for donations was set up, and many people donated. I made a donation, even though I did not reach me.

At a nearby supermarket, Kodama watermelon and Kumamoto Prefecture's JA Yatsushiro "Hachibee Tomato" were sold. Let's continue to support you in a familiar place.

DSC00376 (400x225). jpg

We hope that it will be restored as soon as possible.
