From the New Year to the New Year! Nihonbashi Kobunamachi

[Dharma] December 31, 2017 09:00

Crossing Showa-dori from the Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi Main Store toward the Horidome Intersection ... Nihonbashi "Kobunacho" envelops history in newness. It is said that during the Edo and Meiji eras, it was a town where textile wholesalers, fan wholesalers, and bonito wholesalers were crowded along the Higashiboriru River, which entered the Nihonbashi River. As an aside, there is a dedicated Japanese lantern Dai Japanese lantern from Kobuna Town in Asakusa Hozomon....Now it is Kofune-cho, where new buildings of long-established companies and leading companies are lined up. Restaurants and hotels are also available, making it beautiful. The main street has been unnamed for a long time, but it is said that naming is being considered. On the left and right of this street, the [Ogura Building] and [Nagase Sangyo Building], which have been rebuilt into a solid building, stand out.

Decorating the new year! It is a long-established appearance in Kofune-cho.

[Ibasen] It is a fan, fan shop with a history of more than 400 years. The interior of the store is full of ukiyo-e products. I bought a cute decorative fan with a dog pattern.

[Takashima Family] It is a "eel specialty store" founded in 1875. I was impressed by the taste of protecting for more than 140 years and the hospitality of the young landlord.

[Higetsudo] Founded in 1877, it preserves long-established flavors such as "Kamisei confectionery", "Kuridorayaki", "Kiriyamasho", "kagami mochi" and "Red and White Manju".

 [Kobunacho Yakumo Shrine Tenno Festival]

In September 2018, the festival will be held once every four years.

Kobunamachi Yakumo Shrine is one of the auxiliary shrine located on the grounds of Kanda Myojin.

It was in the early Edo period that Kofune-cho began to implement festivals.

During the festival, Kariya will be built in Horidome Children's Park and portable shrine will be built in imperial procession.

Photograph of carrying of miniature shrines, which seems to be before the war (the fine figure of his late father?) That's right.⇒⇒⇒⇒

The Tenno Festival is a rough portable shrine festival by the common people, and it is said that only Kofune-cho now inherits the festival.

Lenoir was held at Galerie Tamenaga.

 The New Year's Day

When you pass in front of Ginza 7-chome "Galley Tamenaga"

The "Lenoir Exhibition" was being held.

When I entered the store with a change in the reception, it was filled with many bright colors.

There are many hand-drawn paintings by Lenoir.

I was surprised at how much it was. A group of works by masters is approaching in front of you.

 Each work is self-assertion.

It seemed to be asking me something.

One year of fatigue blows away when you give thanks and go out, and a new step.

I felt like I was able to take a solid step toward next year.

Be sure to enjoy the mysterious sight at dusk, the old city of Yagenbori.

[Shiba Inu] December 25, 2017 09:00

From Tuesday, December 26 to 28 (Thursday), the year-old city of Odeko, Yagenbori fudoson, will be held in Nihonbashi. The location is Higashi Nihonbashi 2-chome, the eastern end of Chuo-ku. The nearest stations are Higashi-Nihonbashi Station and Bakuro-Yokoyama Station. It takes place in the fudoson area of Yagenbori.

The year-on-ichi is the last city of the year, where New Year's decorations such as shimenawa sacred ropes, winter clothing and food are sold cheaply. The remaining old cities in Tokyo are Hagoita in Asakusa and Yagenbori here. Yagenbori's year-old city was the last city in Edo Gofu, so it was called the "Noto-no-ichi". It was once cut off in the war, but the local people have resumed, and even now in Heisei, they can buy it at the beginning of the year while enjoying the Edo atmosphere.

Yagenbori was the place where Dutch studies (medicine) surgery was performed during the Edo period, and the place where the talks began. There are a number of related monuments on the premises. And it has a very mysterious cityscape. In a small town, if you walk for a few minutes, you will get to one of the major streets in Tokyo, but when you enter the Yagenbori area, such a modern hustle and bustle disappears, and you will feel the illusion of entering a town somewhere in Showa.

The best time to visit is from dusk to night.

I don't want to go shopping at such times even though it's cold and busy....I feel like that, but this is the most mysterious thing.

IMG_8897.jpgIt is a very recommended spot for those who like to take pictures of the night view.

IMG_8902.jpgIMG_8899.jpg

There's also a lion dance, and there's a lot of entertainment. You'll bite your head properly!

IMG_8895.jpgMany strange stories are actually transmitted to year old cities around the country. Those who died in that year came to shop, or local youkai opened a shop at night. At the end of the year, everyone is passing each other on the street corner and welcomes a new year.

The current Yagenbori Toshinoichi has a very lively atmosphere with the power of a nearby wholesale district. By all means, please come to the lively “last year old city” where there is mysterious!

Zu Rashi Amblas' concert "Music Picture Book March 17 @ Ginza Blossom" Advance sale starts!

[Edamame] December 12, 2017 18:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

Today, I will send you information on advance tickets for concert tickets.

What is it?

I'd like to refer to the article I wrote earlier in July.

/archive/2017/07/post-4508.html

An animal orchestra "Zu Rashi Amblas" is for small children

A concert "Music Picture Book" that delivers classical music happily.

It will also be held at Ginza Blossom on March 17th (Sat) next year.

DSC_2523.jpg

The ticket advance sale start date is December 5 (Tuesday).

Tickets can be sold on the Internet.

(Click here for the ticket center website of the operating company Super Kids, http://superkids.co.jp/ticket/)

If you live or work in Chuo-ku, you can purchase tickets at a discounted price.

(General price: 2300 yen → Discount price: 2000 yen)

In addition, the handling of residence and working discounts is only available at the window of Ginza Blossom.

So...

December 5 (Tuesday), morning.

I had my daughter Azuki's breakfast, two and a half years old.

On this day alone, give up all the housework

We headed to Ginza Blossom.

IMG_2833-1.jpg

It was said that the entrance was 8:45, but it was the third time when our parents and children arrived at 8:40.

There are people who are coming sooner! I can't hide my surprise.

Did you have about 7 people at 9 o'clock?

It's about an hour's waiting time from there, but we had a chair in the lobby.

I was projecting a DVD of past concert images on the wall with a projector.

I think Azuki was able to wait without getting tired.

DSC_2483.jpg

Every time the video is switched

"Tora-san!" "Lion-san!" "Okapo!"

・・I'm a enthusiast of Zou Rashi Amblas.

And 10 o'clock. Advance sale starts.

Tell your desired seat while looking at the seat chart, and the purchase is complete.

That's right. When purchasing at a discount for living and working in the city

Let's bring something that can be proved (insurance card, license, etc.).

Oh, why are you so desperately going to buy it? ?

As I wrote in the previous article, when encores, etc.

Animals do "get off the seats"!

If it goes well, I can make a high touch.

To that end, I would like to secure a seat for "front block / aisle side"!

It's my mother's heart.

By the way, about a year ago, Azuki just exploded the ear.

If you arrive at the counter at 11:00

And the front aisle was sold out.

Of course, the concert program itself is very fun, and it's very fun.

The difficulty of the front block is that the stage is too close and it may be a bit difficult to look around the whole thing? That's right.

So I think you can enjoy the concert even in the seats after the central block.

When I visited Ginza Blossom, I found that if you are currently in the back seat on the first floor and the second floor seat on the second floor.

He said he still has room for seats.

It seems that the concert was sold out last time, so if you are interested, please?

Let's reserve a ticket as soon as possible!

Ginza Familia Main Store

[Pampon] 09:00 on December 6, 2017

Hello everyone. It's only a month to leave this year.

By the way, I found a very cute Christmas tree in Ginza, so I will attach a photo!
IMG_1591.JPG
It's cute.

The place is Ginza Familia Main Store. Ginza Familia is located on the first and second floors of the Ginza 888 Building, which contains the "Kubota Asahi Shuzo Direct Store" (article on April 12, 2016), which I introduced in the past. At the entrance, Fami-chan's doll will welcome you.
IMG_0990.jpg
By the way, there are many events for maternity and moms in Familia, but did you know? I also joined with my son. You can make a reservation from the homepage.♪

I think you will see a lot of Christmas trees at this time (← By the way, I'm excited about Christmas articles such as Christmas trees and illuminations where other correspondents are introduced every day), Ginza Familia is a recommended spot for those who want to take a commemorative photo in front of the exceptional "cute" tree.
Please refer to it.

Commemorating Fukushima Antenna Shop Integration

[Nyan,] December 1, 2017 12:00

There are 27 antenna shops in Chuo Ward, and while you are in Tokyo, you can enjoy local specialties and souvenirs that can be said to be "this!", And enhance your feelings of actually going to the site.

Among such fun antenna shops, one of the most memorable things I personally visit is Nihonbashi Fukushimakan MIDETTE, an antenna shop in Fukushima Prefecture.

MIDETTE is a word that invites you to see like a dialect of Fukushima, and sake, fruits, seafood, mountain food, folk crafts, etc. are lined up in a narrow space.

As a sweet party, I'm always stuck in classics such as "Karinto Rusk" and "Madoru", and slightly sweet "Miso Senbei". At MIDETTE, a gift certificate with premium will be released from December 1st. The happy shopping ticket in Chuo-ku is also very advantageous, but this MIDETTE gift certificate can also be purchased for 6,000 yen for 5,000 yen, so if you buy it anyway, it is a familiar thing. I'm going to buy it again this weekend.
