Last year's Christmas cake was Shiseido Parlour.
Since there are two people, I'm happy to have a small size.
The fresh cream was not too sweet and tasted as expected.
In this case, you may have eaten even a little bigger (^^;
I learned later that there is also a Christmas cake limited to the Ginza Main Store.
I'd like to try that one next year.♪

And it is held every year at the Kyobunkan.
At an event called House of Christmas
This year, I bought tree candles and snow crystal brooches.
I don't feel like Christmas has come unless I go to this recently (laughs).

Speaking of monuments near Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, the lion statue is famous, but most of all, my recommendation is "Kidai Shoran" in the underground concourse in front of Mitsukoshi.

This picture scroll was discovered in the attic of a relative's house by Hans Joahim Custel and his wife Inge, who were biology professors at the Free University of Berlin in Germany. The Custel and his wife are collectors of Chinese art, and they seem to have deposited this picture scroll with their own Chinese artworks at the Berlin Art Museum. Initially, this seems to have been considered to be a Chinese picture scroll, but in the early summer of 1999, Tadashi Kobayashi saw the main picture scroll taken out of the storehouse of the Berlin Orient Museum, and lived in the streets of Edo town. It is not difficult to imagine that the historical and artistically valuable main picture scrolls that were written in detail with the customs of the people who lived there.
The Kidai Shoran seems to have been described as "heaven", so it's exciting to think that there are sets such as "ground" and "people". A unique documentary painting that knows the time.
There are 1671 characters. Of these, 1,439 men, 200 women, 32 children, 20 dogs, etc. It seems that there were many men at the time of the town of Edo. The number of dogs is large, and the famous Edo specialty at the time, "Ise Family Inari Dog droppings" is also drawn firmly.
It is a must-visit spot to see expressive people like bird and animal caricatures and loose characters now, to learn about various occupations and craftsmen, and to learn about the lively breath of Edo.
Please refer to this booklet for details of Kidai Shoran. (Shogakukan)
