It was held with the participation of 15 neighborhood associations in Ningyocho, Kakigara-cho, Hakozaki-cho, etc., and tents of each neighborhood association were set up on a street where half of the roadway on Ningyocho-dori was closed, and steamed rice was brought in from a sticky rice steaming area. Rice cakes were made quickly with a pestle and mortar.

In each tent, rice cakes made by women in the town were placed in packs with kinako and red bean paste. In addition, we were able to purchase it for 200 yen.

Desks and chairs were lined up beside each tent on the street, and many people enjoyed pork juice and udon prepared in each town along with rice cakes.
